Nice accommodations but very private. If you like the resort feel not so much.

It's very kid friendly and even though I have no children it was still a great time. Everyone is so nice.

Hotel was nice & cleaned! Staff was great! Pool was everything my family was looking for! And some!

This place is beautiful, clean and friendly! Our 3 bedroom is like an apartment and the property is so lovely. They have multiple pools and fun activities where you can sign out things to play ping pong, tennis, basketball and other sports. Thank you Hilton for not disappointing and for saving our family vacation!!!

Chose the best time to come. I was able to pay a great affordable price for the resort. Really a must come to place. Amazing experience. 5 min away from Sea World. Amazing amenities. If you have kids or no kids the place provides a great experience. Quiet rooms and best of all amazing bedding sheets and comfortable matress and pillows. Was really impressed.

This was a great hotel. We had a very large 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults and 2 children (5 and under). We stayed for a promotional event so had no housekeeping but it wasn't an issue as we only stayed 3 days. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were great. The pools were nice but a bit chilly, but it was also the end of October and slightly chilly outside. My kids enjoyed the playground area as well. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was ok, their water is salty though but I have a feeling it has to do with a softening system. I enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning too.

We had an excellent stay except all three of us got pink eye after staying there. We were planning on returning in June, but I think it would be better to stay somewhere else.

Love this place. I wish the pool stayed open later though. Second time coming here. We always feel like we are treated with respect and kindness. They give you all the free movie rentals you want for free while you are there.

Excellent location by sea world. Friendly staff. Lost of activities for everyone. Live music on Tuesday 6-9 and Thursday 1-4. Free movies.

Loved the property and location. Amenities were tremendous. Did not appreciate the traffic noise of the units closest to the main road. Probably wise to ask to not be facing that road.

Can hear the neighbors reak easy but the room is nice and close to the theme park attractions of Orlando.

The service is good and the rooms is ok the pool is good the place of the hotel is very good there is a shatel to the sea world and to aquatica evey day (in diffrent hours) and thats it.

Bugs in bathroom. Room not serviced (beds made, new towels) until after 5pm. Resort-fee amenities not placed in room, had to go get them each day, and not worth the extra cost anyways. On positive side, Marketplace cafe full of yummy, gourmet treats.

The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff was awesome

Staff were awesome and always greeted us with smiles! Replenished towels quickly, and food was great! Will definitely be back!

It was a great place to vacation! I loved the rooms. We had a 3 bedroom suite and the rooms had everything we needed. Totally recommend this place for anyone !

We stayed here for 7 days and loved it. It is a secure place where you have to check in with a card to enter the premises. Beautiful pools and large area for many many families to enjoy the pool area at one time. They have a little Starbucks and store if you need to grab something.

It was quiet with a little noise from the street. We enjoyed seeing Sea World with the coaster lights on all night. An awesome little screened in porch to enjoy.

The walk to visit the turtles and the alligators was my favorite part. =) Thank you for a great vacation place. We enjoyed it so very much.

Great resort. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to restaurants public transportation(if needed) and walking distance to SeaWorld. The property is beautiful.

We checked into a 1 bedroom suite and we noticed there was an issue with our accommodation and we had mentioned it to someone at the desk earlier in the day but we didn t receive a response, we spoke with Jeff (Front office Manager) and he took the time to listen to us and took our concerns seriously. He knew exactly what to do! He told us if we needed anything during the rest of our stay to contact him. We need more people like Jeff who know the value of customer service and courtesy. Thank you Jeff!

The stay has been amazing. I usually never fall asleep when I go to hotels but in this one I have had an amazing sleep and time from hanging in the pool to exploring the Harry Potter Hogsmeade theme park. This experience has made me want to go to Orlando, Florida for every vacation my family and I go to.

Outstanding service, beautiful room, and great amenities. Reception could be improved. The golf cart service around property and ability to text guest services with any questions, issues, or requests really takes the service up a notch. Food and drinks on property are plentiful as well. The market is overpriced, but that s to be expected at a resort like this. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

This is a great place to take your family. It s just an easy walk away from Sea World one of our favorite thing theme parks.

The pictures just don't do this place justice. I went just to visit a friend who was staying there and i didn't want to leave! Beautiful in a solid sense, not just a cheap feel. Homey and calm. Cant wait to go on my own vacation there. =)

I'm 2 days into a stay and I'm happy to be in a newly renovated 2 bedroom suite. Everything is very nice, including the 3 HDTVs with accessible HDMI ports. This is a very convenient location and there's free shuttles to the major parks.

My daughter loves the pool here, particularly the waterfall.

Location is very central location to theme parks.. room is very nice.. nice view..

Hotel was Great, Service/Staff was great. Could ve had more food choices but besides that, 5 Stars from me. Perfect location, movie nights , endless pools. Will be returning this 4th of July.

Honestly we really loved our stay the pools and the resort was spectacular but the 3rd night we found a massive cockroach on the side of our daughter s crib and it was very frightening as I am not used to those types of insects (from up north). We also let the staff know but they didn t seem bothered by the situation. It was located in the St Georges building. We would have rated this resort 5/5 if we hadn t been exposed to that. We look forward to spending more vacations at Hilton resorts but would have appreciate a room change or a building change.

We visited Easter weekend and during the Starwars Celebratuon in the area. We had a very nice time. Area we stayed in had been recently renevated. It was very nice. Resort was crowded but people were all in good spirits.

We really enjoyed the stay; it is conveniently located right next to SeaWorld and all great restaurants on International Drive. They are in the process of a phased renovation so make sure to ask about the renovated properties. Also, if you are going to SeaWorld, this property is considered a SeaWorld "on property" and will get you different perks such as a Quick Que cards, which give you a priority place in line for the major rides.

The hotel is what is very player and flush but the kitchen don't know how to make real scrambled eggs

Good hotel. Not bad, but not great either. This hotel property is huge and I didn t realize it until they showed us where our room was...basically the second furthest building from the main areas. It s quite a walk and it s such a huge property that all the workers drive golf carts to get around. If they re nice, they ll stop and offer you a ride. Most of the time, they just drove on by.

The food is ok. Not terrible but not great either. Better than what you get at the theme parks fast eating spots, but very forgettable and it s convenient.

Pool was warm which was great. This is a decent hotel for families with children and my kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Employees were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I would not recommend taking the shuttle they offer to the Disney theme parks. It took us two hours to get to Magic Kingdom because they also pick up other people from other hotels, then the monorail process took another hour. We were better off with Uber. However, the free shuttle to Universal was fine.

So my major complaints were the walking distance from our room to the main area and the food. Otherwise, it is a typical Hilton hotel good for family and ok for the price.

amazing staff and love that you dont have to be 21 to check in

We were in bldg 5 and there is an ant infestation. We had a 2 bed room unit on the 4th floor. My daughter was.in bed and she felt something crawling on her, so she got up and looked in the mirror and saw 3 ants on her face. We had ants in the bathroom in the master suite as well. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to spray unit. Less than 10 minutes later we had ants all over. I'm not sure which was worst. They sent someone up to help us switch rooms but when we went to to the new room, not only were the ants visible but there was a BIG roach in the bathroom by the light switch....That I almost touched!!! That was not a good experience!!! They found a room for us in bldg 6 on floor 6. So far so good.

Excellent service and attention to the guest, very good facilities, very comfortable beds. If you travel to Orlando to visit the parks, it is a good option because you are close to Universal and Disney Parks.

Very nice and cozy. Large room with mini kitchen. The resort fee paid extra is not worth it.

big resort needs a car to move in banana trees and Jacuzzi the place you need to relax ping bong table on pool have fun with your kids it was the best suit ever

We stayed in 1bedroom apt and it was very clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed swimming pool area. Only con would be that there is no daily cleaning of rooms in the vacation houses.

You need to have a car to stay here! Everything smells like chlorine

We stayed in the Tucker Town building during our visit and everything about our stay was perfect! The room was very clean and absolutely lovely! We will stay here again someday!

We love it here! Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, and close to everything. The kitchen comes fully equipped, spacious, dining rooms, screened patio, lovely grounds. The pool is amazing! You don't feel like you are on top of each other. The market place offers everything you could need if you run out of forgot. Pricing is a little high, but what you would expect for purchasing at a resort. Love the activities! Something for everyone! Ample parking and feels safe.

I just dropped a friend off, but the parking lot was immaculate!

The hotel was beautiful. Wished out room had a little more natural lighting coming through, but everything was great. The employees were very accommodating in every way.

For anyone that didn't buy a rental car, lyft kept recommending the back entrance for the drivers for drop off, causing confusion for some of them, just a little heads up.

We come every year and love it here. It s our home away from home. It s close to everything.

Excellent place to vacation when in the Orlando Florida area, very close attractions specially Sea World, also the pools are good for kids in the main area Ana a quiet pool for us who wants to read a book or rest. Restaurant has very good prices and the Deli. Bring family's home, you'll love it.

Great please not for special needs or handicap . They have 11 build with nearly 500 UNITS in each building with ONLY 2 parking spots in front of each build.

Very nice resort, beutiful pool and great workers. Only one slight problem, the power went out halfway through the day but the hotel got it up and running with anfew hours.

I have left Hilton SeaWorld Grand Vacations with a very sour taste about the place. Despite being told we were not required to pay the resort fee as it was included in the initial cost of the booking my family and I were refused to leave the resort without paying. In a word hustled in to paying the fee with the management intervening to help the process. I ask the staff on several occasions to help resolved throughout the stay but noting was done.
