I really enjoyed my stay there and the staff was excellent and the rooms were great nice and clean everybody made us so welcome there was like 50 something of us

Average to bad experience. It might be worth it if you're looking for a less expensive option in the area but want a bit more than a cheap motel further away. Room is clean but smells a bit funny when you enter (like it was left humid and closed for too long). I got used to the funny smell and stopped smelling it in less than 5 minutes, so I ended up not asking to change rooms - can't say if other rooms would smell the same. Breakfast is charged extra (what is it with US hotels and no breakfast included?) and looks really poor from the outside. It's pretty close to Sea World, but the shuttle to Disney parks sucks - drivers are not polite and it will leave you on Epcot only, from which you'll still have a long commute to other parks - and if you're planning to watch the fireworks at 9 on magic kingdom, forget about catching the last shuttle out to the hotel. It leaves at 9:45 and even if you run like hell and arrive as soon as possible back to epcot, it will be too late. It will not wait for you the extra 10 minutes.

We visited this property with a 225 member high school marching band. The hotel was great and extremely accommodating.

The best hotel ever all staff was nice,when I check in the guy at the front desk was excellent my daughter love the pool.Even the chicken wings was great!!!.We will for sure be back!!!Great choice no regrets.This is my spot everytime I come to Orlando. And I don't care how much it cost..

The room was clean, and housekeeping was nice. The hotel bartender was very rude, however. I sat down to have a drink and late dinner, (I'm 22, but look young) and instead of just asking for my ID, or nicely saying "I'm sorry ma'am, are you 21? If not, I'll have to ask you to sit at the tables instead of the bar" - he decided to be rude. He started raising his voice, rudely pointing, and shouting at me to "Get up! Leave, you can't be here!". After I started to get out my ID to prove I was of age, his only response was "Well I'm sorry but you look 16". At that point I was embarrassed and angry, and chose to leave. I decided to have a drink at the bar 2 days later, with a different bartender, and he ignored me until my aunt grabbed his attention for me. The bar staff has to be trained better on how to nicely address young looking customers, and how to politely ask for IDs. Besides the bar experiences, the hotel was nice. Helpful staff, and good restaurants near by, some that even deliver.

Very disappointing I booked here. Wouldn t recommend to my worst enemy.

Checked in and was told no bedspreads because they were out so we were handed blankets in plastic bags. Curtains do not fully close so street light and early am sun coming in loud and bright.

Will not stay again. Spent to much time trying to get in our room because our keys didnt work. Had to go to lobby to order room service. Got the ordrt wrong. Had to come back down to get salad dressing. Dont let the advertisement fool you. Thought we had everything financed for a carefree vacation. This place ruined our vacation. Worst money i ever spent

Location: close to SeaWorld, international drive & the convention center. Room: Clean

Great location. I stayed here for my visit to Disney. It s 3 exits away. Drive from EPCOT at 7pm down I-4 took 14 min. The hotel has been well updated & the rooms are large, clean & modern. Room has Keurig coffee maker.

Though there is complimentary coffee in the lobby, your only option for food is a $12.95 buffet breakfast. This may be a deal breaker as many hotels in the same price range give you food.

The one thing I also found missing in the room is USB ports to charge my phone. I forgot my charger & was out of luck in the room as only regular outlets were available.

Staff was great but with on site bar and restraunts closed do to restrictions.

Very convenient for going to Disney world and Universal studios as it's in the middle of both. The shuttle to Universal studios isn't the best and I used Uber for both ways to the resort. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their event room is available for rent and they can run pretty late. I had to call one night as the party had loud music playing until 12:30am. Other than that one negative situation, I'd recommend tourist to stay here.

Good rooms and excellent service. We missed a shuttle to Disney and they ordered a private car for us at no charge.

My husband and I stayed here for four days while enjoying Seaworld. The park is literally right next door so if you are planning a Seaworld vacation, this hotel is extremely convenient. There are a lot of things to like about this hotel.

As mentioned it's location is great for Seaworld but it is also close to all of the major theme parks and runs shuttles to the major ones. The lobby, common areas and rooms are all very nice. Also during our stay the staff were all very courteous and helpful. We had a few things we needed help with and they were always great about it. For instance, one day we were in our room during the housekeeping rounds and so they didn't get a chance to make our beds, etc... We needed a couple of extra towels so I asked the front desk and they were at our door in about two minutes. Very prompt.

The only slight downside to this stay was that there was construction going on next door. This really didn't bother us too much because we got up pretty early and we were on the top floor of the hotel. However, if you are booking here close to the date of our review, call ahead and ask to be placed on the front side of the hotel facing the entrance. The construction is going on around the back of the hotel, next door. Besides that, we were totally happy with this stay and would book here again.

The hotel stay is comfortable and the view shows I-4 and the surrounding area from the room. The location is central and not far from theme parks. The king-size bed has lots of room and has an adjustable mattress. Vicky, the manager on duty, is very helpful and can answer your questions. I recommend this hotel to anyone for relaxation and vacation.

Fantastic staff! When we checked in I mentioned that we were getting married the next day. They sent us a complimentary plate of fruit and chocolate covered strawberries and a lovely handwritten note. Included with the note were two vouchers for free drinks at the bar. The rokms we got were nice rooms. Large, Clean and modern with free WiFi. My only complaint is that the king bed was too firm but the Queen beds were fine.

Nicely situated hotel near the main spots of Orlando. Pool is nice as well.

Pros: Good customer service, great breakfast, spacious room, microwave, mini fridge, 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Digital Key via phone app.

Cons: A/C makes very loud noise making sleep difficult. Bed is rock hard (air bed) even after adjusting it to "soft". Pillows are EXTREMELY soft with no support feels like you're laying on a bundle of sheets.
Housekeeping didn't leave me towels had to dry myself with the tiny hand towel. No safe in room. Hotel is old.

Would NOT stay again.

Perfect placement for this hotel, beautiful and very comfortable rooms the pool is amazing and very affordable.

Very quiet and clean place. Security walks around all night. And they come to give you whatever it is your looking for. Be it some towels, sheets, garbage, etc. The price is very reasonable. And the pool area is very clean. I would love to come back and recommend this place to some of my good rich friends. Thank you guys for the great hospitality and cleaning skills. It is very appreciated. The customer service quality is 10/10.

Was very convenient if going to Sea World. Michael at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Had a small maintenance issue but they went out of their way to do things right. Only complaint was coffee is not available to guest at all hours and they charged for that-even if you ordered the breakfast. They do have coffee in the lobby in the morning FREE...and also K-cup brewers in the room but I must say that coffee was awful.

First time staying here and it was OKAY. Nothing spectacular. I definitely expected it to be like the Crowne Plaza or Rosen hotels, but it was pretty basic. Beds were okay, but pillows were way too soft! No firmness at all. The room doors slam very loudly!

Breakfast was just okay--very limited selection and the section doesn't seem that organized (kitchen/wait staff seemed like they were not use to being that busy). Also, I was a party of 1, yet it took about 15 minutes to seat me, although every waiter saw me and kept going. Once I sat down, nobody directed me on how to get my food nor came back to offer me any drinks or simply check on me.

Despite all of all that, the hotel front desk staff was WONDERFUL! Especially Steve (short, older gentleman)... he made my stay a pleasant one.

Overall, I may not stay at this exact hotel again, but I may try another Hilton.

No towels clean or dirty for 2 days : / No Seaworld fast passes for the first day because check in is at 4 but concierge is only open until 3.30 :/

Parents please beware of the chife engineer name Eric he is a worker there and still going to court for trying to meet up with a little girl online.so please beware of this worker there he love the pool area.

Great customer service, nice rooms, pool and hot tub clean, well maintained hotel.

It's a beautiful place but very loud when you're sleeping near the elevator.

Room was pretty clean and service was good. Got exactly what I was expecting for the price range and had a good time. I really liked the microwave and empty mini fridge. This made it possible to save and reheat leftovers. Bed was firm, but I like it firm.

I've stayed at dozens of Hilton Garden Inns and this one meets their standards very well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and clean, the front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Not at all consistent with what you expect in the "hospitality" industry.

Great location for walking distance to Sea World. If you are travelling with kids though, breakfast is $13/adult (a little less for kids) but rates are the same as surrounding hotels with your average room.

Good place to stay and work, if you have a particular job that includes distances, near by there is a mental facility, don't get there I warn you, I being there to be honest and what it is inside, is lots of different people whom could be violent or not

Nice hotel with good location to seaworld and side parks. Only problem was the lady at the Seaworldschalter who sent us to the park because of our fastpasses in the package. You do not get them there!

Easily accessible from the highway. Located across the street from Sea World so from certain rooms you can watch the fireworks at Sea World. Easy access to a drugstore for forgotten essentials. The room was good sized with a comfy bed. There is a bar and a breakfast area with buffet or cook to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There seemed to be sufficient parking available also.

Did not stay here. Was in the conference room all day. Great restrooms. Was amazed at the staff during lunch. Employees were very professional. Very clean. Well-dressed. And literally at your service. This place has it all figured out in my opinion. First impressions are everything. Again I did not stay here on the way by the staff. Can only imagine if I had stayed. It would probably be even better. For not being a customer in a room I was treated with the utmost respect. Will definitely stay here one day. Love the location next to SeaWorld

Rooms were a little outdated, but they were clean. The room came equipped with a stuffed turtle that you can adopt and take home for $17 dollars. Nice touch, but if you have more than one kid you better get in the room first and hide it, or be willing to buy a few more turtles. I ended up buying a few more turtles. There is a restaurant and bar onsite.

We haven t had our stay yet but Stephen at the front desk is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and answered all of our questions when we were booking our room.
