Hilton Garden Inn @ SeaWorld Orlando FL Review

Stayed here so that we could be close to Discovery Cove. Must say that the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were given a bagged sanitized comforter upon checking in. The front desk went above and beyond to answer any questions and get us what we needed . We asked for Utensils and change for laundry. The detergent and softener, you had to buy. They were well equipped with anything and everything. Very friendly staff. They had a nice sized pool. Due to Covid, your free breakfast was bagged and consisted of a banana, cereal bar, juice and a muffin. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Place is clean, staff is friendly. The bedroom doors can be a little tricky to open since they stick, but not a real big issue. Close to everywhere you need to be.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Amenities were very nice, and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. We were also able to get complimentary quick queue passes for Sea World. Overall, a great stay!

Not very pleased. The lobby was really stuffy (AC not cutting it), there is construction next door so some of the sidewalks were closed towards the Renaissance where my conference is located. The sink was clogged, there was mold in the shower sealant, and overall not what I expected from a Hilton. All the other hotels were booked in the area so here I stay. Update: As I was checking out, they took my concerns seriously and shared the management met to remedy some of my findings (ie: new sealant in showers). They shared with me to feel free to call them and voice concerns right away and they would have been happy to make it right. I was so busy at my conference but wish I had done so. Thanks to their customer service I would consider staying again knowing they are making the improvements.

Location is okay, walking distance to Seaworld. But the room is not what I expected for what you pay. Room and linen had a smell. The first day our room was not cleaned even though we called to inform them and then left again, to come back to a room with no fresh towels or clean beds.

I want to say a big thank you to Tracie. She made my step daughter s birthday special! It was very memorable. It s refreshing to know that there is still great people in this world.she came out of nowhere to wish our baby happy birthday and gave her a birthday gift.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn SeaWorld. They were so friendly and helpful as I tried to navigate through the planning of my days at the theme parks. They also went above and beyond for my daughter after learning we were there celebrating her birthday! They sent up a super sweet surprise for her and it made her feel so special!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are coming to SeaWorld!

Good experience here. Very close to sea world. The rooms are nice and the service is friendly. The little gift shop has a wide variety of snacks for a reasonable price.

It was a good stay, especially when they dealt with so many people so efficiently. Had to call for towels but that was no biggie. The breakfast was nothing special.

Clean rooms and excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and had all the expecting breakfast foods.

The staff made every effort to ensure that our stay has been pleasant, wrestling and enjoyable.

Awsome room with a great bed. Free parking is cool. Nice WiFi service. Very close to Sea world. Definitely I'll come back.

Rooms are nice. Good space in both the room and bathroom. Nothing too above and beyond though.
Breakfast is not free but with omelette bar and decent enough options you can get filed up for the $20.
Big negative is the wifi. This is always hit or miss with Hilton hotels. Here, not even enough signal to stream a Netflix show. I know it is free, but (a) they heavily promote free WiFi, and (b) pretty much everywhere has free WiFi now. I expect a bit more without having to pay to try the faster mode. Especially as Silver/Gold honors member.

Had to be moved from original room, because room was not clean and smelled.

This location is becoming a regular stop for me when I am visiting Orlando. The location is convenient to major highways to make getting around a breeze. Staff is always friendly and I never have a problem with service.

Clean, comfortable, friendly. One of my nights here I wasn't able to watch anything on TV because the signal kept cutting out. The staff however has been very friendly and was able to help with any requests I had.

After a long walk at Sea World, nice not to have to go a long way for your hotel, rooms was clean, breakfast was ok!

It's a great location for SeaWorld were I had a business meeting, only 15 minutes from Airport

Our stay was very welcoming and pleasant. We had a conceirge named Michael and he made the overnight stay the best!

I am a Diamond HH Members, so I know the standards of each Hilton Brands; in some, I look forward to stay but in some others; I'd rather have an option... This stay I had both experiences at the same time in the same location... Nelson Rodriguez (chief engineer) was my hero, he took the extra mile and took all my boxes to the next door hotel where we had our convention., He loaded up up my boxes and pushed the cart all the way to next door hotel. He also refused to take tips!!! Confirmed that he was doing it to comfort me, not to make an extra couple of dollars. Nelson is my hero. Kudos!!!!

The only reason I gave three starts here is was for Nelson! If it was not for Nelson I would have given only "one"star! The person at the reception desk was rude not only me but also to her co-workers. The second disappointment was for the bartender (Jackie) was rude. I asked her to switch one of the three TV Screens to CNN and she said '"it is company policy not to turn on any news channels in the bar, they are sad!" I think Hilton has to confirm this policy??

I am disappointed!!!

Great hotel, cookies in the lobby are an incredible little perk, breakfast is fantastic, the dinner portions at the bar aren't very big though.

Although the room was very clean, the first time I used the bathroom the toilet flooded the whole bathroom, when I called the front desk and reported the problem they sent the security guard up with towels....REALLY???? There's 3 inches of water on the floor and I'm suppose to do what with 3 towels? Then on top of that, he flushes the toilet AGAIN....now I have an indoor swimming pool in my room, and if you're looking to have breakfast in the morning in the hotel, you better bring your wallet because your gonna have to fork over an extra $13.00 in addition to the room rate. NOT what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional and was happy to give me another room, it was inconvenient for me because I had to pack all my things up and move them.

Great place to stay in Orlando. Really close to Sea World and Discovery Cove. Very clean and super friendly staff.

the only thing bad was the housekeepers forgetting to clean my room on a few days out of my work week. but its close to Keke's and everything else!

Convenient place to stay near SeaWorld. The outdoor heated pool is a good place to unwind the day.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, pleasant staff, and comfy beds. The only issue I see is that the water smells. Though, I attribute that to Orlando city water treatment, not the hotel.

I went here for American Porphyria Foundation (APF) seminar and meeting room was excellent and so was the meeting. We had approximately 40 people attending and there was more than enough room for the PowerPoint presentation, speakers, and attendees. I would highly recommend APF and of course Hilton Garden Inn for seminars and meetings.

Terrific service and a lovely place to stay. Rooms and common areas very clean, and location very convenient.

Great location but cable tv only had limited channels for viewing. This was due to an issue with switching providers.

The staff is friendly but the WiFi is very poor and the workout room is not well equipped or well ventilated.

Great customer service! The shuttle bus convenience to and from Sea World and Aquatica was also a major plus for a family. My only advice is to call ahead to plan a shuttle from the airport to the hotel because they do not supply it. The website is unclear about the transportation service from the airport. Call ahead and book it before you arrive in Orlando FL.

Great friendly employees. Clean and comfortable. Only complaints were the strong smell of weed in the hallway when we got off the elevator and the wakeup call time was off. Set wake the first morning for 6 and the phone rang at 5:06. Next morning asked for 7 am and the phone rang at 6:06.

Staff is courteous and accommodating. The company who booked my stay had an incorrect start date, and I was canceled as a no-show. The manager told me to stay around as cancelations would occur shortly. Sure enough, they booked me the second other rooms were canceled. It's also across the street from a CVS and 7-11, which is useful.

The room was spacious and accommodating (1 BR Suite, AARP). It was incredibly quiet all day, and when I returned in the evening people were going buck wild in the lobby and pool area till at least one in the morning.

Place is clean and all but could use a facelift and a more up to date gym. As for the staff oh they are so warm and welcoming being there is like home away from home

The location is amazing right next to SeaWorld the rooms are comfortable the beds are awesome the employees are Pleasant and accommodating

Great Hotel. Great staff. Good food in the restaurant and a big swimming pool.

We found rooms for $99/night. This hotel is literally across the street from SeaWorld & this hotel offers a free shuttle to and from SeaWorld and Aquatica. Service was good, and rooms were typical Hilton/clean. Buy the breakfast buffet voucher with your room stay, its pretty yummy. Worth every penny!

Convenient location, competitive price and good room.

Nice hotel, great customer service, fantastic location, walking distance to SeaWorld. No resort fees but has all you need, fitness center, pool, bar, restaurant. Probably the perfect hotel and location if your going to SeaWorld. I'd like to recognize two individuals that gave outstanding service from the front desk, Kevin and Patricia. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn for a fantastic stay!

Clean rooms, convenient location and easily accessible to Sea world

The rooms are nothing special, but the Keurig coffee maker is definitely a plus. However, the customer service was excellent and the front desk was knowledgeable, polite, and very accommodating. And Sea World is in walking distance, less than 10 mins to walk.

Standard garden inn, being the off season was not busy, probably could use an update. The bathroom is a bit dated, shower did not work well

The hotel is walking distance from SeaWorld and offers an on-site restaurant / bar.

Location is good if you are visiting SeaWorld, other wise it is not close to any other local markets which are mostly on international drive. They don't have any in hotel restaurant for lunch- so remember that in case you plan to stay at hotel for entire day

Patricia was outstandingly helpful, cheerful, smiling, polite, courteous, respectful, and had a genuine caring attitude, with a desire and effort to help and be of service. She saw that we were having difficulty unloading luggage, and ran to assist us, which my wife Georgia and I greatly appreciated. When we were checking out, we needed a luggage trolley, but couldn't find one. We asked Patricia where they are located and, immediately, she ran to get one for us. What sincere, caring service with a smile and a happy, friendly attitude. She practices professionalism at its very highest level!

Both men behind the counter were very polite and anxious to help us, and contributed to our pleasant hotel experience.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and well serviced by the conscientious cleaning staff. They are performing an excellent service.

I'll long remember how friendly and helpful all employees were whom we met at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld.

General Manager Dan Jordan is performing excellently with management skills and outstanding leadership at the helm. Kudos to you Dan, Patricia, and all of your staff. All of you are performing well above your paygrade, and that makes our visit to your hotel a very pleasant Five Star experience.

It was a great place to stay. Nice and clean with good Covid precautions. The breakfast was a little lame but at least they still offered something. So close to everything and a walking distance to SeaWorld buy they offered us free parking passes which was amazing.

The service was awesome rooms were clean but they offer animals inside the rooms .we had a couple beside us with a barking dog .that wasn't cool. They offered to move us but we were there first.and no they didn't move the dog .well it barked again and again.i don't Kno if I'll come back to this hotel.i feel like they should put animals on the top floor away from people.

This place was very nice. Its not fancy, but the room was nice and it was clean. The staff were super friendly. Don't eat at the breakfast area though. It's the quality of a breakfast that's free for guests but it's not included in your stay and its pricey considering the quality of the food. They have an egg bar where you can order an omelet or fresh eggs, but really they were only marginal at best. So, stay here. The room was reasonably priced and quite nice. But go to IHop or Dennys or whatever is nearby and have a proper breakfast.

Dated, mediocre property. Fitness center is a joke compared to newer, cheaper hotels like the Hampton inn or Homewood across street. Room rate was ridiculous for quality and experience. I m a Diamond member, but no upgrade or nice room and the room I got was old and dingy. AC didn t work from wall and furnishings were 80 s... Bathroom construction was falling apart. Door to bathroom stays open at a 45deg angle.

I do not recommend and won t stay here again. 100 properties to choose from in this area and made mistake thinking this was a better hotel then others.

Staff is nice and bar food and drink is good however, only saving grace and reason for 2 stars instead of 1.
