Patricia was outstandingly helpful, cheerful, smiling, polite, courteous, respectful, and had a genuine caring attitude, with a desire and effort to help and be of service. She saw that we were having difficulty unloading luggage, and ran to assist us, which my wife Georgia and I greatly appreciated. When we were checking out, we needed a luggage trolley, but couldn't find one. We asked Patricia where they are located and, immediately, she ran to get one for us. What sincere, caring service with a smile and a happy, friendly attitude. She practices professionalism at its very highest level!
Both men behind the counter were very polite and anxious to help us, and contributed to our pleasant hotel experience.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, and well serviced by the conscientious cleaning staff. They are performing an excellent service.
I'll long remember how friendly and helpful all employees were whom we met at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld.
General Manager Dan Jordan is performing excellently with management skills and outstanding leadership at the helm. Kudos to you Dan, Patricia, and all of your staff. All of you are performing well above your paygrade, and that makes our visit to your hotel a very pleasant Five Star experience.
