This is a nice little hotel with excellent service all around.

The rooms were decent, but the front desk seemed to lack alot of social skills as well as basic hotel experience. When asked where a room was so I could go to it to see family in town before we headed to a local restaurant, I was asked for my id and credit card... The downstairs bathroom was utterly disgusting, urine all over the floor and most dried as if it had been there for over a day.

We were very disappointed in our stay. It just ended up being one thing after another. So are just personal preferences but others are absolutely unacceptable. We went out of dinner and when we came back the fridge was not cold so our food spoiled, but then was cooler (not cold) in the morning, we found German cockroaches later in the evening around the kuerig and going into it, asked my husband ( who is an exterminator) if we should change rooms and said if one has it they almost all will. And the next morning as we are getting ready for our day at seaworld the toilet over flowed all over the floor while I was taking a shower, not what you want to step out of the shower onto. We didn t particularly care for the mattress (too firm). Not at all how we wanted to spend our night in Orlando, Especially for the price we paid

Walking distance to SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The price is decent with acceptable pool and facilities. I stayed during covid so there was no formal breakfast, you are able to come done and get a bagged breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed there for the last 3 years. So helpful and kind. Breakfast bar is great however dinner is way too expensive and has no flavor.

We were taking my daughter to SeaWorld for her 5th birthday and chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was amazing, they allowed us to have cupcakes in the area they normally have breakfast, Kristen was extremely nice at one point she skipped to the pool door to have a little fun with my daughter. ANYTHING we needed the staff was on it, we will certainly be back.

This property is magnificent! Staff is beyond friendly. They are so friendly and welcoming make you feel like family every time. And you can't get much closer to SeaWorld!

Beds were comfortable but if you go to bed before 10 pm the Sea World fireworks will surprise you. They have free basic wifi and you can pay 4.75 to upgrade to 4 x faster. Breakfast is 12.95 each so we decided to go somewhere else. That was not to convenient but we should have checked on that prior to breakfast time. They have a large touch screen computer by the checkin that looks like it does something but seemed broken. The guy behind the checkin that was in charge seemed very nice and helpful. Location is close to Sea World so that is a plus. Hotel does need to be updated maybe the owner has that in the works later.

Nice staff, quiet rooms. Good middle of the road place to stay. Recommended

Clean rooms, great location, free parking and friendly staff. The bed and breakfast deal is definitely worth it. Will stay again if I go back to Orlando.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful Swimming Pool located adjacent to SeaWorld. the staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The beds were very comfortable the room was impeccably cleaned and breakfast was delicious. Who could ask for anything more? Enjoy!

I wish I could give this place a lower score ordered as a seaworld package they refused to give us the promo quick que etc we where pitched when we purchase the package we where told we had to switch rooms at almost 10 PM after kids asleep room was disgusting. Ordered food and it was rotten this place is far from the hiltons in the north east

The location is almost perfect. It's only about a 15 minute walk to the park entrance from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms look too have been recently remodeled. The breakfast buffet was an excellent deal. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

If you are going to SeaWorld, this is the place to stay! Front Desk staff were great and restaurant staff were awesome! Even when the restaurant was packed for breakfast the crew kept things rolling and were great. The perks at SeaWorld when you stay here make it even more worthwhile and you are literally a few blocks away from the park. Overall we had no issues at all, my only complaint is that there were no luggage trollies available when I checked in or out and I did see one loaded down with boxes on the 8th floor as I was leaving. It appeared that it was in-use for the hotel or a contractor to repair stuff in the rooms. Other than that, we had a great stay!

It's a very nice Hilton garden inn, very conveniently located. I'm a diamond member so I always get taken care of nicely, but I suspect that this staff also takes care of everybody nicely. Props to food and beverage, there was a slight problem and it was ironed out in a very very professional manner. Thanks, I'll be back. I LOVE THE RUBBER DUCKS!!!!

Nice clean rooms paint on bathroom floor and caulking coming off of the tub ,Front desk people were very nice ,Towels could have been stocked a little better

The hotel was nice and comfy. The room was big, but front doors were a little loud and dirty. I stayed on the second floor and enjoyed the bed. Hallway smelled a little weird and had little stains on the carpet.

Clean. Friendly. Nice little areas outside for dogs.

Lives up to the Hilton hotel standard. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside was the in-room air conditioning unit was rather loud.

There was music blaring from somewhere all night through the morning. The front desk was sorry for my experience and I left at 6am to sleep at the airport as I was returning home to a day of work. Plenty of other choices, wouldn t stay here.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Very clean and centrally located. Price is reasonable.

The room was clean but there was a hole in the dry wall in the bathroom that was pretty big and it was just a little dingy with the finishings. The breakfast was good but very expensive but the overall stay was good for what we paid for.

When we first arrived to check in few days a go, the night shift front desk person was super friendly and always up for a conversation (I never gotten his name but he needs a promotion!) The room was ok however I do think there should be a few updates on the outlets (which looked to be concerning and chairs in the room had rips in them. There was a bit of a mildew smell when we first walked in but after awhile it had gone away.

Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Smoker, pet, and family friendly. Cool bar. Has a convenience store in the lobby and an Expedia desk for people going to the parks.

Extremely overpriced for the type of room. To many choices in the area that offer much better.

We had a really wonderful time. The entire hotel staff made it really special for my sons birthday. They even Surprised him with a card and gifts! Very clean and excellent breakfast too. The hotel was not overcrowded and easy to navigate. Thank you to everyone!

We stayed for the weekend and found the front desk staff to be very friendly. However my Bose noise cancelation headset was stolen by their housekeeping personal from our room. Talking to management did not help I am diamond member with Hilton and always stay with Hilton. Do not stay at at this hotel as your personal items will not be safe. They have dishonest housekeepers who may steel your stuff like they stole mine.

Amazing!! I love it so much it s the best hotel ever in the world if you re in Orlando get this one!! You won t regret it! it is very very clean, beautiful, smells good, comfy pillows, gorgeous view, and spacious! Thank you so much for your excellent services!!

Only real complaint was that my mattress had pretty deep grooves - probably time to get new ones. Staff was very friendly.

I am a Hilton honors member and this hotel is a great option for anyone visiting Orlando, specifically SeaWorld. They were renovating while I was there so I look forward to seeing the new additions soon.

Place is a bit old. The rooms give out a very musty smell

Our room was great, the employees at the hotel were great, the pool was great, and room service was great! I made quite a few requests on this visit and everyone was super helpful and really nice about everything.

Stayed her for 2 nights on a business trip comfortable beds was happy there was a microwave and a refrigerator...but if you're looking for free breakfast this hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast

If you are going to Sea World, stay at this hotel! There are so many extras that you get at Sea World just for staying here. The room was clean. We could see the Sea World fireworks from our room every night. Every employee I spoke to was SUPER nice and went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. Awesome place to stay!!!

Very good location next to Sea world, can walk there and save parking fee.

Was very impressed with this hotel. I found a good rate for a quick 1 night trip, the rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast was a great start to the day and every single staff member I encountered was very friendly & helpful. We will be looking to stay here again soon!

Excellent hotel, for the cost! The staff is well educated. The hotel is simple but well clean, organized and functional, plus a great location.

The rooms are nice and clean. K-cups provided and a mini fridge. Friendly staff and the bar has a few tasty beers on draft.

This is our second stay at this hotel. And we have had great experiences both times. Ceasar at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will defiantly come back and stay again.

Nice, clean, & very comfortable. King suite good for family of four with one bedroom & 1 living room with pull out sofa. Fridge, microwave, & Keurig. King bed is really queen-size, but firm & comfortable. Did not get a chance at the breakfast buffet yet. +Swimming pool. No restaurant but has a bar lounge that opens 5pm & closes by 11pm. Close to Sea World.

Clean rooms, had everything I needed to be comfortable on a three night stay. My room had chairs, two beds, a desk, fridge, microwave and updated shower

Loud. The doors of the room didn't close right so you had to bang them shut. Very noisy late at night. Uncomfortable beds.

The hotel restaurant had exceptionally good food reasonable for any area and particularly for this one. Rooms were well maintained and staff was ready to please.

The rooms are really nice. Expensive, but worth it!
