Good location and it has schedule transportation to Epcot park.

To be honest I did expect a little more from this hotel because it is a Hilton. The room was very clean, but it could use some updates and the room was a little small. The hotel is in a great location right next to Seaworld and near lots of restaurants and stores. Overall my stay at this hotel was very good.

Its ok but this corona virus has to go its not the same with out the break fast

Excellent service I stayed with my husband the tv in our room didn't work we reported and they sent us a nice gentleman who took care of the problem bringing us another one then the manager gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience the staff in the lobby and at the dining room excellent professional and courteous the whole hotel it's beautiful definitely we will come back

Nice hotel close to sea world & Disney attractions, everything went smooth during our stay.

You get what you pay for. This was a budget friendly option when we needed to book 2 rooms and bring our small dog. The pool was appreciated after spending the day at the parks.
Some downsides for us: the bed base was open, which allowed our small dog to get under the bed, which is obviously not the easiest place for housekeeping to get to. After this discovery, we promptly blocked access with the help of ironing boards and ottomans. The TV was also a bit difficult to work, the remote had to be pointed very specifically in order for it to register on the TV.

Overall this was a good hotel. Proximity and package deal with SeaWorld Orlando was my primary reason for selecting it. It was easy to find, parking was good and the overall appearance of the hotel was good.

The assistant manager assisted with the check-in. Gave us a room facing SeaWorld so we could see the fireworks show the night prior to our SeaWorld day. Kids also got crowns. We were given our discount badges for SeaWorld at check-in along with explanation of best way to get there. Great job management!

The room was more of a let down. Air unit was very noisy. There was a strange vibration that kept going on and off during the night. The adjoining room (with a door - haven't seen that in a while) was loud at times without much noise insulation. The bathroom had an odd odor. There appeared to be slight mold forming above the shower, which also drained slowly.

This place was great! Clean with friendly helpful staff. I would book again. Also great location for what we were doing.

I enjoyed it. The water pressure is iffy but other than that, comfortable. Nice service and easy to check in.

Good service, excellent location and very friendly staff

Not sure how this is less than perfect. Full couch, king bed in another room, spacious bathroom. Clean bathroom and clean room. Dinning table with 4 chairs. Perfect for a family trip, or business which is what my stay is related to. The Staff at check in was great, michael at front desk was even complimented for a restaurant he suggested by a couple walking through; so obviously im not the only one who felt they were the right people to greet your arrival. I arrived at 11pm, nice to see night staff friendly as in my experiences they are less than happy to be working nights at other hotels. I stay 10 nights a month in orlando for work, this is now a top 3 hotel, wish i had known sooner.

The staff was excellent! I checked in with a very friendly and knowledgeable lady. Everyone gave their best to assist!

Love this hotel for tradeshows it is my favorite for the area. Food and beverage is great, the bar is fantastic. I stay there every time there is a convention at Orange County Center

My expectations were so high after reading recent reviews. I guess you get what you pay for...$150/night is different in every state.

They were very stingy with the towels. The water pressure was horrible. When I was in the shower, our neighbor must have flushed the toilet because the shower pressure went down and then got extremely hot. #ghetto Also, the tub was filling with water as I showered.

I don't know if it's Covid related, but there were only thin blankets on the bed. We requested more and they gave us additional but it was the same type of blankets. I guess they no longer provide comforters.

Very nice rooms. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Very prompt service when we got locked out of our room. Breakfast had a variety of options and was decent quality. Overall a nice place to stay!

The hotel was clean but the bed was hard. The night front desk employee was friendly but the maid also knocked on our door before 9am. I would stay there again.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and not too firm....standing complaint with most every hotelier - the shower head came to my shoulder blades. And not necessarily the hotel's fault, but...thin walls. The room next door had their TV on all night and it woke me about 3 times.

Decent events held at this hotel. Prices aren't justified for food or drink.
7 dollar for beer? 4 dollars for a soda.

Great service is a standard at Hilton Garden Inns. This one is no exception. Very crowded breakfast area but the staff works hard to accommodate everyone.

Very nice workers! The room seems to have shown its age, but the low rate definitely made up for it. The grab and go breakfast wasn t bad, and the pool and hot tub were nice, as well as free parking!

The people that work here are so nice and super chill. I am pleasently surprised, seeing as I was supposed to stay at a much more expensive hotel.

When we arrived we had to change rooms, because our room had a horrible odor, it did not have a fresh smell and someone had left their dirty T-shirt in the closet. I guess housekeeping over looked it. The bed was uncomfortable-hard as a brick. People were smoking at the pool. Furthermore, the air conditioner in our room did not function properly. There was water on the floor in the hallway as you entered from the pool area. I saw a man slipped which caused him to go to his knees. I have no intentions of ever staying at this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Cleaning staff does a thorough job. Overall happy with my stay. The top floor 'views of seaworld' were not that great - mostly it's a big parking lot - but not a big deal. Would stay again.

Very friendly staff and very close to Sea World. If you stay here you get free quick que passes for Sea World which is a real plus since Sea World is horrible at keeping their lines moving quickly.

This is a great hotel if you don't plan on getting a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly, rooms were clean, the lobby and bar area are nice. But the windows and walls are paper thin. So every conversation had at the pool you can hear (even on the 6th floor), and that includes all the screaming children and when someone decides to start blasting music out there at 6am. Speaking of screaming children - you'll hear every single one of them in the rooms around you (even when your door is closed) AND when they consistently run down the hall at midnight. I understand kids will be kids - it's the job of the hotel to make sure I don't have to hear them when I'm trying to sleep. The only thing I think this hotel could do to fix this without completely renovating the building (as it needs entirely new windows because they are so paper thin you can also hear every car that drives by), is to put ALL guests on the side opposite the pool and busy road, and then put all people traveling with children on the same floors and all childfree visitors on the other floors. Bottom line: if you don't need to get a good night's sleep when you're staying at this hotel, it's great. But if you want to be refreshed for the next day, this it not the place for you.

Magnificent location to visit the seaworld park you can really walk to the park without transport. Rooms quite comfortable with microwaves also have good service at the hotel.

Not bad. Pool area nice. Rooms a little dated. When I first checked in guy at front desk was a little rude but everyone else was nice.

The hotel was in a central location and most of the staff was friendly. The room I stayed in 709 had a weird smell in the bathroom every morning. Also, the refrigerator froze all of the drinks/ food for some reason.The grab and go breakfast could be improved more selection. Overall for the price and location not to bad.

Average hotel, average stay. Nothing bad except the air conditioning is terrible. You are either cold or you sweat. Both in sleeping rooms and in meeting rooms. Also Food and Beverage service in banquet is lower than average.

My wife needed to cancel our reservation/stay due to receiving news from overseas that her eldest sister had died. My wife needed to change plans to travel immediately. She called the hotel. She was told by staff at the hotel that she would lose the $140 for a one night stay. No exceptions. She was then referred to the Hilton 1-800 numbers. They too did not want to return the money not even due to reason of bereavement.

Chose this Hilton because of the proximity to SeaWorld. The location did not disappoint. Walking distance to SeaWorld, Bonefish Grill, CVS and more. Nice ambiance throughout the hotel and check in was a breeze. Room was large enough and had plenty of amenities. Bed was just ok and pillows were less then comfortable. . I did appreciate having the small microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Hotel offers a nice pool area with chairs for relaxing. There is a bar and a restaurant serving breakfast buffet and dinner daily. Overall price seems fair for the location and amenities offered.

Great, centrally located hotel between Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay, and the staff was friendly. You could see thar the rooms were old though, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet and tub also weren't cleaned the very best, but overall we had an enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well maintained and has very friendly staff. The breakfast is good (complimentary for Hilton Honors gold+).

It's a convenient location to the SeaWorld theme parks, dining, and shopping. There's a pool and anaemic gym that needs more space and equipment.

Overall a good recommendation to stay at.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Exactly what was needed after a long 9 hour travel day. Service was great. Only reason it isn't getting 4 stars is because the breakfast was definitely not worth $12. Definitely sub par. But other than that, is stay again.

I was there for only two days.
In SeaWorld area about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
The rooms are very spacious and well maintained.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Wi-FI good and included.
Breakfast very generous and very well supplied.
Many families with children are also present.
There is also a pool that opens very early in the morning and closes at 22.
Very fast taxi and shuttle service.

Here for a professional event. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was really cold but the hotel was move overall

The worse hotel I ve ever been to. I ve tried pretty match all the Hilton hotels in Orlando ranging from the simplest to the most premium. I ve never seen such rude employees and managers in my life. I wouldn t even give this hotel 3 starts. The guy at the front desk asks me to live the hotel and his managers comes telling us that we have 20 minutes to leave the hotel. I ve stayed in this hotel for three days and wanted to add another one they are telling me to either change my room to two double beds or to leave the hotel this is not how you treat a customer. Never booking here again. Be cautious where you choose to stay.

Basic hotel room, comfy beds, clean room/bathroom, and definitely nice to have a microwave, keurig, and mini fridge in the room. Plenty of space for a pack and play for our baby. Awesome to be just walking distance to SeaWorld! Well worth it in my opinion. Although be aware breakfast is not included in the stay.

We arrived late and left pretty early, so we were not at the hotel very long. The hotel is a slightly older hotel, but is pretty well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. All said, we had not issues with our stay. Proximity to SeaWorld was the main choice for the hotel and the park packages are worth considering.

Stayed here many times. Super friendly and helpful staff. Even though they were super busy they were always courteous.

We've visited this hotel as locals in Orlando for their excellent breakfast.
Every time we feel like a nice breakfast buffet, or when we're going to Seaworld we stop by the Hilton Garden Inn.
Service is excellent, they make Omelets, french toasts and pancakes to order. They also have waffle machines for you to make your own waffles, and they have favored creamers for your coffee... I know this is a dummy as it could be, but for me that's a big plus. If my coffee is on point my day will have a better start!
