Friendly staff!! Very clean!! only down side was the hots are not open yet .

While it s a beautiful hotel our room is fab by the construction of the new hotel where they start making a huge amount of noise at 7 am !! My balcony is facing it . Not very peaceful at all ! That s the only downfall . I wish we were told about this before hand and not that we have a beautiful view of the ocean they left out the huge construction site with eyesore cranes out our window ! Very dissatisfied!

Very disappointed in the service and condition of the hotel

Best Hilton Resort I have ever visited. The customer service is amazing, We have been treated like royalty. The amenities are top notch. Would recommend this resort for families and businesses travelers.

The food was not good. It has good views, but it is a very expensive hotel for what it offers

My stay was extremely excellent because of the staff. The front desk manager called me an hour before I was to arrive to let me know the room I selected was going to be occupied by the owners. The gentleman asked me if I was coming in for a special occasion and I told him that it was my birthday. He asked me to change rooms, I responded no problem. He told he would have a nice room for me. Wow, when I arrived I was upgraded to the penthouse suite. I couldn t believe it, this room was so beautiful and it was overlooking the ocean. I am a teacher and I would have never been able to afford this on my salary. The last several months teaching online made me mentally exhausted. This experience made being over 50 feel like 30. Thank you so much for the Rejuvenation!!!!

Standard hilton. Junior suite was not that impressive and you need to cross the main road to reach the beach (so much for beachfront).
They do have tables and towels at the beach but again you would have to cross the main road in front of the hotel!
Breakfast is better than the standard Hilton hotels.
A bit overpriced and they didn't offer an upgrade although I'm a diamond VIP under the hilton honors program plus a hilton grand vacations owner too!

One elevator was not in service so guest had to wait a very long time for the elevators. The rooms are a bit more dated than I expected. Part of our shade was torn. The staff is very friendly though.

The hotel is nice but the service I thought was a three. It could have perhaps been because of spring break but I was sent next door to another hotel for an adaptor as the room wasnt fitted with USB chargers. Breakfast was nice especially the hand made omelette.

EXECELLENT!!!!!Excellent.... Everything was PERFECT. Especially the STAFF. I have and had no complaints at all. This is the hotel that you should definitely stay at. Yes they do have some fees but read, read, read before u stay and you will be fine.

My room was beautiful, service was friendly, and Kathy at valet is super friendly and very helpful (smile on her face every time I walked by!!)

Hotel and rooms look "tired". Plus funny enough the umbrellas are not part of the resort fee....location is great and the staff is friendly.

One of the best place to live in the area. I got the room on 25th floor and it had awesome view. The right side (looking from road) has Four points coming up that may block the sea view to a lot of rooms.

I will surely come back next time.

Could use a facelift on the outside. Room was nice full kitchen just no actual pans etc . Prices at their market were exorbidantly priced.

Beautiful rooms, lovely pool. Can't wait to go back. The entire staff was amazing from Ms. Vicky at the concierge desk to the security.
It's a great hotel. But the staff made it beyond great answering questions and making recommendations. 10 stars to everyone

The room was great with an amazing view. All of the staff was courteous and very helpful. My only complaint was the WiFi did not properly serve the whole building ANF would disconnect sporadically.

The actual hotel room I would give five stars. It was big, roomy, clean and comfortable.
The hotel facilities aren't bad, but not the best. No regular breakfast due to Covid, the hot tub by the pool wasn't hot, the water in the sinks, shower and bathtub was yellow (apparently it's a thing here in this area). The glass around the pool can use a good cleaning.
Overall it was a good stay (across the street from the beach, not actually on the beach).

It s impossible to make an appointment at Spa Q. I ve called 5 times, left messages, been put on hold indefinitely and told I would get a call back regarding availability and nothing. I ve never seen anything like it, much less from a Hilton property.

this hotel is half condominium , and Hilton leases the rooms out
some have kitchen areas which is great if you want to stay in , housekeeping was very attentive as well
always Valet everyWHERE in Lauderdale ,the city is aggressively ticketing cars

Rooms are dirty. I called the morning after check-in to ask for a thorough cleaning, but every day after housekeeping, the same hair was on the bathroom floor (not mine), makeup debris on the bathroom counter (not mine), almond on the room floor (not mine), hole in the sheets (not from me), and built-up dust around the room (a bit of grime too).

I stayed because I was there for a wedding, but I listened to other wedding party members also complain about the low quality of the hotel.

Staff is friendly and I think if they can improve the room clean-up and auditing process, this could be a nice hotel.

Great location. Not all views are directly facing the ocean, but you will have some piece of a view and it's beautiful.
The pool and other amenities are nice and as advertised, well worth the resort fee.

Staff was absolutely fantastic, starting with Rosa at the front desk who upgraded our family of 5 after a room mixup, as well as Nixon who brought up cookies and milk because the single birthday cake slice was going to leave the kids lacking, through the bell housing and everyone who assisted - thanks!!

Amazing hotel, don't confuse it with the fort Lauderdale beach resort.

This is a great clean hotel with many amenities and beautiful rooms. This is a great location that keeps you close to so many fun things to do.

Usually I love this place, however this time valet was very very slow to delivery and pick up luggage. Ordered kitchen set up and it took 2 1/2 hrs and 3 phone calls. Rooms are still wonderful. We had a 2 Bedroom suite. I expected more from the Hilton

Stayed in a private rental from AirBNB. It needed a little work. Hotel staff was great.

We were supposed to be on a Christmas Cruise and unfortunately our passports and cash were stolen the day of the cruise. We were unable to get on the ship and my wife was destroyed. We went to a restaraunt and tried to figure out what we were going to do. I looked up the Hilton Beachfront Resort and we took an Uber straight over. While checking in the front desk girl, "Lauren" asked how we were doing and my wife about broke down telling her what had happened. Lauren was so sweet she told us she was going to upgrade our room to a suite with a partial ocean view! She was kind and sincere to my wife and I during a horrible time for us. She also gave us a few drink cards for a free dink at the hotel restaurant. We stayed a few days trying to see if there was any way for us to still get on the ship without our needed documentation. Long story short we weren't able to and my wife was crushed again.

Lauren checked in on us that evening and could see that we were having a rough time still. Later the next morning the bellman knocked on our door with a bottle of complimentary champagne and orange juice for mimosas along with some chocolate covered strawberries and a hand written personal note. We ended up renting a convertable and spending a few days before we headed back home. The Hilton Beachfront is the defintion of Service First. Every member of the staff we dealt with went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be and most of them had no idea about our problem. They were just that good. I do a lot of hiring in my job and deal with interviewing and trying to find quality people. It is not easy to find people these days with passion and a genuine desire to be good at their jobs. Someone in human resources at The Hilton Beachfront Resort is doing an outstanding job! We can't say enough about how much we appreciated Lauren and the entire staff at the hotel. I would highly reccomend this hotel and we will definately be back in the near future.

My stays ate always enjoyable here. It a nicely appointed hotel with all the amenities found at the full service 4* hotels in the beach in an unobtrusive way. Staff is helpful and welcoming. I will come back for sure.

Check in at 4pm. 1 hour later room still not ready!!!!

We went on a Saturday night. Understandably there was loud music but music selection wasn't great. We we're in a big party and were told our food would come out as it was ready, however my wife and I didn't receive our food until the rest of our party had miserly finished theirs. Food was good and servers did their best to assure us that the food was coming, but it wasn't the best experience overall.

The vip limo guys that park on the curb suck. I ve asked he valentine and management to help removed them from illegally parking in the front area and they don t seem to care. The one man got rude with my husband . Apparently a manager.

Weekends they now how a party where local get wasted and leave intoxicated causing a scene on a Sunday. My mother stayed there and without warning there was loud music ruining her relaxing Sunday with bass and stripper

My stay here was great. Though we only stayed 2 days, the staff was friendly and helpful, even providing many complimentary bottles of water. The view was fantastic and it's right across from the beach!

The resort is great and their service is EXTRA ORDINARY, yet, some modifications should be made;
1. There should be more / faster elevators
2. Breakfast used to be better, there used to be guice blender which is gone. The espresso machine also broken.
3. Took a lot of time to get our laguages to the room and i had to get back to reception and ask for it

Nice hotel, great great service and pool area, we loved the room...but exorbitant fees and don't order a drink anywhere in the hotel nor eat in the hotel because they will just hit you for so much money.

2 weeks ago I was staying for 3 nights at the hotel And wow I could not take a shower because the bathtub was not working I try to call customer service on the Room telephone had dial tone I had to used my personal cell phone to see if they could have someone to come up to fixed it they said because of COVID-19 they do not have no staff working please be careful sleeping overnight here

I have stayed at this property several times. Each time, there were major lapses in service. Most recently, I stayed in an extremely expensive room, as a Hilton Honors guest, but not at the guest rate. Our room was not cleaned properly the first day and not at all on the second. Even after two calls for cleaning and supplies to the front desk, nothing happened.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. I am amazed that after paying what I did for this room, I did not leave raving about the service and value. I have stayed in many places which cost a third what I paid here and I got 300% more service.

Nothing is allowed as in all USA. No drinks no food no wind no swim:)

I don't know anything about this place, I dropped off my friends and they didn't invite me in. 4 stars

Edward we love you!!! He has been a familiar smiling face the last 3 years we stayed. Cohen is so kind, his humor and professionalism is 5 star. The 6th floor Resturaunt our server Arlene was absolutely the best! This hotel truly knows service!

Best hotel on the beach hands down... The bellman are extremely helpful and friendly.... And the front desk was efficient and informative about the resort.

Hernan the bell captain made some fantastic dinner recommendations and help us with small things that we needs through out our stay.

I was at the pool and bought a round of drinks for my family. When I went back for a second round, I waited for ten minutes as the disrespectful server helped everyone around me. I was in a time restrant so when I said, "hey I have go since you won't help me", the mean man said " give the big baby back his credit card". I felt very disrespected. What a rude bartender!

Lovely! We stayed on the 25th floor and the room was amazing for the price. Beautiful city and ocean view! Reasonable amenities are included in the resort fee. Pool was relaxing. Great access to the beach and nightlife.

Good place, a lot of security and the food in the hotel was really nice

Had a work convention here. Was able to walk the beach during our breaks. Wonderful staff and great views.

I absolutely love coming here! I've stayed here twice for different occasions and the service is just great! I had booked a one bedroom suite with a beach vote and it was breathtaking!

Restorant experience horoble over priced very expensive food. Never again.
