OVERALL: Very nice hotel. Great staff. Nice rooms.
THE ROOM: Nice size, big bathroom. Great views of the ocean. The beds are very comfortable with nice pillows and very nice down comforters.
THE FOOD: They ve got a pretty nice buffet. It s rather expensive at about $30.00 but they have a fair amount of food.
THE POOL: Nice pool area with friendly staff out there, but they put all the pool chairs so close together you can t move around, and if you have a stroller like we did, there s only a few places you can park it when it s busy.
CONCLUSION: This is a nice hotel with nice staff and great amenities.

The room was lovely and spacious. I was staying alone so it was more than enough space for 3 people. Had all the things i needed.
The pool area was fantastic and the view was beautiful.
The only concern i had was that i told the housekeeping i was hearing dripping water from one of the supplies closet or maybe the air-conditioning but i still heard it every night.
Didn't stay in the hotel, but went for a work meeting that was there for several days. Catered event food was OK, but nothing spectacular. Bars closed early.
Honestly, we love this hotel. They care for all your needs. Great staff! Great front desk! We've been there over 40 times. Great place! Thanks, Mr.Gomez
The hotel service poolside is great. However, our king size bed had a huge dip in the center and was miserable. People were partying all night. And no mini fridge. Kinda icky for room and rest.
Absolutely fantastic stay, beautiful room and WONDERFUL staff! I was in town for a work conference and was so excited to check in to the airport, log in and share my experience. The atmosphere and location can't be beat. The F&B and conference staff; top notch! Major props to the bartenders who handled our events this week, fantastic job and so hospitable! I stayed on the 16th floor so don't believe I had one of the renovated rooms however, it was so well kept, it didn't even matter. My only complaint, but I won't let it affect my score- there was no clock in the room and one never showed up when I requested it. While we all use phones for alarms, it was pure panic mode waking up to not being able to see the time and thinking you overslept! Next time I come down for either work or pleasure, I will most certainly be back. Highly recommend!
My family (6 rooms) stayed here for a couple days for my wedding back in September. The hotel was really nice. The entire staff was amazing, but Donovan, the relationship manager, went above and beyond making sure anything we needed was taken care of. He even upgraded our room to an ocean front suite, which was the nicest room I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again.
Our home away from home. My wife and I have been staying here for 15 years or so since the month they opened. Thru the years the staff has gotten to know us and welcomes us with a smile and a hug. In a word awesome.
My husband and I thought the Hilton beach resort would be a great place to spend our honeymoon. With everything going on with the covid-19 we didn't have many options so we chose the Hilton beach resort in Fort Lauderdale. To our surprise the resort was doing renovations on three different floors so we had to change rooms 3 times due to no hot water, the noise of drilling, knocking and machines all day. Sound quite romantic huh? Not the quiet, relaxing honeymoon I was expecting. By this time we were just over it and ready to book a different resort elsewhere. We finally got moved to the 25th floor for the remaining time of our 6 day stay. Finally some relaxing, peaceful and romantic time with my husband! For our inconvenience we never received the complimentary items that were promised to be sent to our room by two different managers but took care of the valet parking. We should have been made aware of the renovations being done so that we could have made the best decision and options that best fit our needs. For the money that we spent over $2,100 we thought this experience would be somewhat impeccable but I guess we were just paying for the name Hilton.
My daughter took me there for my birthday weekend with some friends. This place is amazing. Every one was so accommodating, the front desk staff, the bartender, those who park your cars, amazing staff.
I have stayed here on a couple of occasions and even though I have had small issues on every stay the experiences were very enjoyable. They have suites which is one of the reasons we stay here. The ocean front one bedroom with two queen beds is spacious and the balcony is one floor up from A1A. It has a kitchen but kitchen supplies are sparse even after requesting some. It has TWO yes, 2 bathrooms with marble floors and real fans for removing unwanted odors. The beds are getting old and the sofa bed would probably cripple someone if they slept on it overnight. We ran out of toilet paper!!! Why wouldn t you leave two extra rolls since there two bathrooms. The sushi at S3 is not very good. The pool food is not great and the servers get busy. Cabana rental was $150 for the day and we ended up spending about $270 for the entire day with lunch and tip but we drank very little on the tab. Pool is great but not huge and get full quickly.
Have stayed here many times and always get great service. The pool is great, the rooms are good. Andy at front desk went out of his way to make our stay. Many times you make a request and get the let me check on that and if I can make it happen I ll get back to you . Andy actually did!
The staff made our stay truly memorable- from the lady helping us at check-in to the pool staff. Everyone was so attentive to our needs and accommodating to our children. They didn t try to nickel and dime us for everything!
Exellent room and service!!! Just one problem: You have to use their valet parking. There is no self parking. The valet parking is $40 per stay. If you stay for seven days like we did; $40 x 6 nights = $240. If you use public meter parking then 4 hour is $5.00; therefore 24 hours is $30.
Great beach and ocean here. You get two chairs down at the beach for free, which is awesome. You can wade out in the warm water with soon glistening through the waves and white sand for 150 ft and still only be up to your chest in water. Splurge on a Jr. Suite and you'll be VERY impressed! Great service, great experience.
I m not sure why this hotel have so many good reviews ! Upon going inside lobby , I have found a lot of dust, pool area is dirty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But this place needs attention to the cleaning. Be stay next door at W Fort Lauderdale , price is about same .
Only 4 stars, We stayed 3 nights, they seem to miss lots of small details that make a 5 star place great. If your particular about your 5 star hotel, this place misses the mark. The facility is very nice, just needs leadership.
Beautiful resort located right on the beach. Has everything one might need: - spacious, well equipped rooms (they all feature ocean views) - two restaurants - nice pool area, and a spa - friendly and attentive staff who will make sure your stay is one worth remembering
I was there for a few hours visiting relatives. We spent time at the pool which was beautiful and clean. The cabanas and lounge chairs are really nice. Jag a few drinks too.
Very good, only a problem of cleanliness in the room but it was kindly solved, the person who left in charge of this, Mrs. Sun Taveras, excellent, all the staff to maintain the rooms should be trained like her.
My favourite Hilton ever visited. Impeccable, amazing views (especially unit 2511 that we stayed in), great food, staff, location, and service. Pool on the 6th floor is like paradise and overlooks the ocean. Lots to do around. Highly recommended.
King suite ocean front view with wrap around balcony is Amazing! Very on point Hilton, They run a tight ship and give Guests a very good experience all around. Lots of Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance or simply just ask staff where the happening spots are that best suit your kinda vibe. I am a long standing Wyndham customer and decided to switch to Hilton. I travel alot and will now start using Hiltons more often. Thank you for an Amazing time and look Forward to seeing you again
Stayed at the Hilton for the Fort Lauderdale Air show. It's a great property, pool deck and cabanas are nice and easy access to the beach. There are a lot of children in the pool, so not the most relaxing adults location. Go to S3 for dinner and drinks, great atmosphere.
It was a bad experience from day one. Hidden fees/ add $45 each night for parking and $25 to sit in beach across the road. No room service until I asked. Bad refrigerator. Swimming pool under construction without informing customers. Water coming in yellow in rooms. The ocean view is only if you sit in the corner. You have to ask for the creamer for the coffee. Few nasty receptionists. To name a few.
Beautiful hotel on the edge of the beach, so its location is excellent as well as its surroundings. Beautiful luxury rooms, spacious and clean. With good service, everything impeccable. Right in front of the beach is an excellent place to be close to it. The pool area that is on the 6th floor is only open until 11pm. It has 2 jacussi of controlled hot water to relax with a view of the sea and just at the entrance to the gym that operates 24 hours as well as a restaurant.
I went to dinner with a very large group to S3. The food was delicious but not worth the pricetag. I ordered the Dragon roll, however it came out with fake crab. They were not adequately prepared for our group even though we made a reservation early.
My stay was everything I had hoped for! I had a junior suite and asked if it was possible to get the highest floor possible as it was my birthday in the morning and I wanted to wake up to the best view possible and they obliged! My room was on the 21st floor and the view was beautiful. In fact it only got better as day turned to night and then back to day in the morning. The room was larger than I expected and I loved how it was played out into the different room sections. The balcony area was large, about 20-30 feet long with a view down at the beach and out at the ocean. Ships waiting their turn to enter the port could be seen anchored a few miles out. The bathroom was spacious and the jetted tub exactly what I needed after 4 days on the road and the perfect spot to organize and edit my photo's using Adobe Lightroom Mobile on my phone. I woke at 6:30 on my birthday to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. I looked out from my balcony to see if I'd see the sunrise, but it was just out of view. A quick trip down the elevator and a less than 5 minute walk and I was on the beach, with my camera setup to take photo's and video as the sun peaked up in the distance. It was just as I had hoped. When I got all the shots I wanted i headed back to my room and was able to pick up a newspaper in the lobby to take with me. Once back, I made some coffee in my room and then Sat on the balcony to read my paper and sip my coffee all while enjoying the view, the sounds, and the ocean breeze. It was the perfect birthday morning! Checkout was fast and easy and the bellhop very friendly and helpful in making sure my car was ready to be packed up. Front desk staff were very attentive, polite, and fun to interact with. I left knowing I'd be coming back again in the future.
No fridge in the room. No handrail in shower/bath. No workable bath faucet. The only mirror is the sink mirror in the bathroom; no full-length mirror or cosmetic mirror. Giant swinging closet doors reduce usable floor space. We were charged a "resort fee" in addition to the room price. Digital TV. Better amenities/layout and MUCH better value can be found elsewhere when available.
