Wonderful, just wonderful. Except for the $40 for parking but I dont think there is anything better around either.

The prices high, and the food very little and not so good quality,
We stayed a few days here and really loved it. The hotel is really great, the location on the beach, the pool overlooking the ocean, and the very large rooms were really awesome. The shower was fantastic, I wish all hotels had shower heads like this one. The best part was the very helpful staff always working to make sure you are having a great experience. My family loved it and we will be back. Thanks for all the free bottled water too. It is worth paying a little extra to stay here than some of the other hotels in FLL.
I may be exaggerating a bit but, I expected a little more from this facility. I ve stayed at different Hilton properties from 5 star to basic. As a diamond member you get a little spoiled by the whole thank you for your loyalty and they up the bar even at the more affordable hotels. This place dropped the ball, at check in no one tells you what amenities are, where s breakfast or what time nothing. Just throw keys at you and next. I understand this is a busy place, yet that is no excuse. Valet is awesome!! But for 45$ night I d be upset if they were anything less. Carlos was great helped us take luggage to room. Ms. Rene is the sweetest, always quick to respond to messages through Hilton app. Ms. P at breakfast is also very sweet they were the only ones who made us feel like appreciated Hilton honors members. House keeping is also very good.
I had made a 2 night reservation I left The next day didn't bother to stay the 2nd night just because of lousy treatment.
Hotel is great! Clean and welcoming! It was a difficult decision to go to the beach or stay at the hotel pool side.
Stayed 1 night. Room was dirty and when i walked downstairs for continental breakfast they charged me 7 dollars for a small black coffee and a tiny drink of apple juice. Being a silver member and travel with work no continental breakfast and juice is a rip off.
was ok at best. 2 room suite.
Clean, friendly, great location and view. Helpful staff. Plenty of options for drinks and food.
The location was perfect. It's right across the street from the beach and an amazing place for the wedding I attended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I will definitely be returning as a guest!
Dope place to get massages. Great staff and makes you feel like a king.
Have been there 3 times a year for 6 years. I always go back
Nice rooms, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Had a room with balcony and full kitchen. Very nice view. Continental and hot breakfast not so good on the 6th floor restaurant, which is unfortunate. There is construction next door on the north side (Four Seasons residence) so during the week expect some construction noise. When they finish it, I'm sure the view from that side will be obstructed.
Because of Edward Thornton, The experience at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale beach resort, has truly been one of the most satisfying experiences I've had anywhere. His professionalism was 2nd to none. I want to personally thank him and the Hilton organization for employing such a exemplary devoted employee to the satisfaction of his customers. Truly a satisfying experience.
Upon arriving at the hotel on a Saturday afternoon we were greeted at the door by the maneger, welcoming all the guests. Then we were treated in frondesk by samantha someone super friendly and charismatic also Hari who was very friendly. The first clean room with good view. Breakfast very good and an expert service from eniko. In general all super friendly and the hotel beautiful, with very good service and good location. I recommend it....
Upon arriving at the hotel on a Saturday afternoon we were greeted at the door by the handler, he was welcoming all the guests. Then we were treated in frondesk by samantha someone super friendly, charismatic and with great customer service also Hari who was very helpful. The room was clean, beutifull, great space with a great view. Great breakfast and an excellent service from Eniko. All the staff was super friendly and the hotel is beautiful with a great location. I highly recommend it.
Wow,wow, wow!!!!! Amazing everything. Thanks to the entire staff that truly seemed that their only misson was to make sure each and every guest was treated with the up most generousity and respect! Special thanks to the bartenders that took care of my husband and I. Highly recommend this wonderful Hilton Ft Lauderdale!
Quality place. No complaints at all, even tho its not my style... a bit too family/yuppie for myself. Great location, great restaurant, good parking, lovely rooms, friendly staff.
My stay at this hotel wasn t all what I expected. When we first arrived it was valets guys up front and they were so overly aggressive. We had stopped on the side so we could pull up our reservations and one of them walked over tapping repeatedly on the hood to take me to pull up. Than it was one in front of me telling them the same and another to the right waving his hands to tell me the same. I was like do you all not have enough work to do or something?... I politely rolled down my window and asked them to give me a second... and they all stopped and walked away. When we walked into the hotel the entrance was clean no smell or anything. I just wish we had been greeted by the concierge like Hard Rock and Sheraton does. No one spoke to us as we proceed to the counter. Renee was who helped us. I asked for a room on the 14th floor if possible she said it wasn t any... so we took what she gave us on the 10th. The elevator was up and running this particular day. When we got in our room it was a disaster!!! The curtains were ripped off barely holding on. Their were marks on the walls like someone had been kicking it... the furniture was chipped and cracked... the mirror in the bathroom had some type of stuff around it that looked dirty and nasty... the balcony was dirty... The walls someone had painted them very poorly.... the carpet definitely could have used a shampoo... so I immediately called to ask for a supervisor to come up and see the room they had given us. They couldn t come up but she said it is a older hotel and she could switch our room. I understood the hotel wasn t newly built but it definitely shouldn t look that way with all the money we as customers invest in staying in a high end hotel. I mean this isn t Motel 6 or super 8 it s the Hilton... so she switched our room to the 14th floor where their were no rooms initially. The overall room was bigger and nicer however it still had stuff around the mirrors and carpet could use a shampoo and etc... we took pictures. We noticed even walking around the hotel the carpet needs a shampoo. Our second day the elevator two of the elevator broke down. Which made it extremely frustrating because now it s a line waiting to get on 2 elevators. My overall experience is customer service could be a lot more friendly and helpful. Our second day the front desk people don t speak or greet you coming back... but on our last day it Was different people there that was very attentive and help. They spoke when you walked in or out of the hotel. It was a lot of cleaning people on the floor just walking around with pure attitudes. It was one particularly one with braids in her hair she was mad she had to clean the room that had the rip curtains so she was very upset. On the pool deck it was VERY BUSY!!! But up there they do pay you attention. Someone will come by several times to make sure your ok or if you need anything. That s would stood out more to us than anything else. They do have a mini store there... and the lady there was very attentive and helpful. She came from behind the counter to assist us with items. We have been at this hotel years ago. And we wanted to come back to see how it was... I asked one of the guys was it under new management and they said yes. Hilton needs a little touch ups on the building and more guidance on being friendly vs being overly aggressive.
The hotel itself is great. While the rooms are a little dated and need an upgrade, they still provide a luxurious experience. With that said, the staff is hit or miss. And was usually a miss. I was surprised how much people weren't customer oriented in a travel destination like Fort Lauderdale. The gentlemen at check in was great (really upset I can't remember his name). However, on the day of checkout we weren't given a late checkout without paying (Gold member, but wasn't a huge deal); yet it took a lot of bargaining and the front desk used the excuse that the rooms aren't really Hilton but timeshare. So they have little control. Even if that's true, it really devalues the brand when you're told that as an excuse. When we arrived in the room the balcony had not been cleaned with cigarettes and beer cans on all the tables. We called down several times and used the texting service to try and get it cleaned. We were told it would happen immediately. Around 11:00 I got a text saying they apologized and we would receive VIP cleaning service. I can only assume this was sarcastic; I have never heard of such a thing. Nothing different was done. (Although we did receive turndown service once). The pool area and restaurant are great for relaxing with easy access to the beach. However, the staff was cold and inattentive. Unless you found the person serving drinks, no one was sure when the bar started serving or how to get a drink. We stuck to the inside, but learned slowly that there was a server that comes around. With that said, the bartenders inside were great and Nick (who served us every morning) was my favorite person the entire trip. If you want more peace and quiet, go downstairs and there is an area for adults only. Plenty of seating, a bar, and lots of lounging space; and the beach is right across the street with plenty of space and chairs. Honestly, the big redeeming factor was only because my partner ran into the General Manager at the restaurant on our departure date. After he heard our stories, he waived our checkout fee and gave us a car service to the airport. This was extremely nice. However, if we hadn't run into the GM and if my partner hadn't been a sales manager at a hotel earlier in his life (knew how to barter), this wouldn't have happened.
Overall, I'd definitly stay here again. But the ropes you have to climb to get a resort vacation were troublesome.
I have absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. Sascheen Finnikin is the absolute best, she made me feel right at home. When i called to make changes on my reservation, she ensured I got what I requested and for that I'm extremely grateful to her. It's my second time here, and I love, love this resort. I think this is the best, cleanest, most convenient hotel/resort in Fort Lauderdale beach. I highly recommend.
Great staff and location for the hotel. The staff did their best to accommodate with the current situation. Everything was open and carefully cleaned. Rooms were cleaned and in great condition.
Wonderful stay right on the beach with a great view. No complaints for this hotel.
This hotel is completely mismanaged. Service as restaurant was terrible, there were two of the four elevators down during our stay and both public bathrooms were down. All of this, at the same time. It looked like a bunch of 20 year olds were running the place. Look elsewhere.
This is a very nice place. We went to S3 restaurant for dinner.
Beautiful hotel, service was exceptional. Highly recommend
I was expecting great service (due to the hotel's name), but was unfortunately LARGELY disappointed. Walking into the hotel it has an overbearing odour (similar to a fish market), all the time. The hallways (aside for the lobby area) are without a/c and therefore feel and smell very humid. The bell service put all my luggage and bags on the trolley, then left me to bring them up on my own. Rooms are a little dated but clean. Spent half my trip at the Atlantic and half at the hilton. Really wish I would have booked the entire trip at the atlantic. Overall would not stay here again, unfortunately.
Great resort hotel. Beach across the street. Excellent service.
I found this place amazing I had an outstanding room with an ocean view and at night I had a outstanding view of the lit-up city. I loved the jacuzzi in the bedroom that was amazing! The ocean was right across the street couldn't get any closer than that and there was sea turtle nests that you can observe! The pool being on the 6 level gives you an incredible View itself of the oceanfront and a full service bar with menu items for snacks and small entrees.. on the desert option I would have to recommend the brownie bites delicious and delightful!
We had a wonderful time in this clean, accommodating, convenient and fun resort. The staff cannot do enough for you and the pool is awesome. This is the first hotel we have been to that actually has enough beach/pool loungers for their guests and you don't have to get up at 6 am to reserve seats at the pool/beach. The food at the pool is amazing. The beach access is super quick and easy and view from our room was great. This hotel is a great value for the price. We will be back!
Nice enough but the hidden charges makes it poor value for money..... Great staff though. I wish the extra money went to them.
It is a fantastic place to bring your kids, walk around or just admire the view. :)
Not a bad view! Great location. Was here for business meetings.
When we arrived at 4:30 to check in, our rooms were not ready. I'll never understand this. When you are told 3:00 check in your room should be ready. The solution they provided for us, was to give us $100 dollars in vouchers to use in their markets or restaurants while we waited for our room to be finished, which is the equivalent of 2 rounds of drinks. At 6:00 we tried to once again get in to our room they told us 10 minutes, keep in mind this is a 409 dollar a night suite with a kitchen. They then offered us an additional 6 wine glasses for our room, which apparently has none. The kitchen had no utensils or anything in it. Keep that in mind when booking this type of room. Finally we get into our room at 6:30 and the cleaning staff were still in our room, we change and go out for dinner, letting the staff finish our room. When we returned at 8, our double doors to our room were left wide open with no staff to be found, luckily the bellman went up with my wife and daughter to make sure the room was secure. I phoned the front desk to complain and all they said was, that was unacceptable!!! Well I guess not!! Then our kids got changed to go to the pool and low and behold it was closed. After all of this they did their best, they waived my mandatory valet parking charges...woooohhhooooo!!! Thanks for staying with us here's your bill for 900 dollars for 1 and half nights. Oh yeah, I forgot 1 thing. They apparently comped me sheets and a pillow for the pullout to be made up, unfortunately the girl who brought the sheets up said she doesn't make the bed. What a joke!!! Beautiful hotel with some nice staff members(Fernando and Mark), it's too bad that is horribly mismanaged from the level of customer service and efficiency.
Rooms are small and the construction outside my balcony started at 7:00 am.
Best service all around. Pool is great, beach access is awesome, rooms are perfect. Plenty of things to walk to around beach. Short cab ride downtown. Best place I've stayed in Ft Lauderdale.
The management at this hotel are conducting nefarious practices, and as such, I will never again stay at another Hilton - beautiful spot on the beach or not, ethics in business means something to this customer.
Following lengthy travel, my family arrived at the hotel at 2am for a week-long stay in one of the privately-owned units. Unbeknownst to us or the unit owner, due to pressures between management and the owners to sell their units back to Hilton, the Hilton decided to punish us by denying us access to the unit, although we'd paid IN FULL. At the time, they wouldn't even tell us why, just that they weren't going to let us in... unless we paid for another unit. After arguing until 4am, I found the hotel manager's home address and told the desk clerk that I was going to go straight to his house to discuss this in-person (yes, at 4am), at which point, they finally let us into a room so that we could sleep for a few hours.
In the morning we were finally able to reach the unit owner, who apologized and promised to refund us, we left and stayed elsewhere.
At the end of the day, we were mistreated by Hilton, not the unit owner, and for that reason NEVER again will we stay at a Hilton hotel.
Great resort right on the beach in Ft Lauderdale. I was visiting for a 3 day conference. The valet crew was very friendly and helpful in finding where I needed to go. My only complaint is that whenever my car came back from the valet my driver seat and mirrors were all adjusted. Otherwise incredible experience. I definitely recommend checking it out for yourself.
Enjoyable stay. The beach and pool were both fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I greatly appreciated the upgrade to the spacious and luxurious king one bedroom suite. My only complaint is having two choices for the breakfast buffet. Paying extra for eggs and bacon was a bit of annoyance as this is typically included at Marriott resort properties.
I can't say enough about this hotel and the staff. Awesome!
Room 708 (junior studio):
- No utensils and plates in the room and no dishwasher.
- Sofa bed: The hotel does not offer sheets and blankets in the room.
- Paid Wi-Fi ($ 4.95 USD per day). Otherwise, there is standard Wi-Fi (free).
- Parking your vehicle only for valets who take your vehicle ($ 42 USD per day).
Great location by the ocean. Nice pool area for lounging. Service was very good. My room was clean but dated (see my photos.) I was offered a newly renovated room but I declined because I had to pay extra for that. Also, as a Hilton Gold Member, I was entitled to free breakfast but only "continental," the full breakfast would cost me an extra $8 per day so I declined. It felt like I was being "nickel-and-dimed" which is unfortunate because otherwise I had a positive experience.
We just stopped in to check it out, as we were told construction was taking place. Glad we did!!! The entire lobby smelled of epoxy, or glue... something! It was an awful odor that reminded me of a nail salon. I am sure it will be a beautiful place once the construction is finished.
Lovely food... Mimosa bar... Sushi. Perfect Sunday brunch.
Excellent! Simply excellent! Very good meal and service. We have been here twice a week.
I love this place!!! Friendly staff and beautiful rooms.
Clean and modern hotel that is right at the beach. Numerous on-site faculties to include a pool, bar and restaurant on the sixth floor. Hotel is in a area of plentiful nightlife and has quick access to beach. Parking is limited, but the hotel provides on-site valet parking. My only complaints would be how easy it is to hear noise from adjoining rooms. During overnight stay, repeatly awoken by the guests in the neighboring room. Trying to check out can be a moment of frustration due to wait times for elevators and valet attendants.
The Hilton Beach resort in fort Lauderdale is a great beach front property. The hotel is nice and the rooms were great
Always get a great suite facing the beach, great staff and a fantastic breakfast.
Location location location. Throughout most of 2019 there s construction,next-door to the Hotel on the north side of the hotel so there s some sound issue there but otherwise the hotel is spectacular and you can t really hear the construction at the Hilton pool an spa because it s on the front of the hotel. The construction is expected to be over by the fall of 2019 for completion of the new four seasons hotel next-door.
This Hilton Hotel was built in 2007 so it s not brand new but it for the price it s the best value because it has a larger pool then most hotels, beach is just across the street, poolside restaurant and bar,as well as beachfront restaurant and bar, large Starbucks coffee shop. Throughout the entire property, they have a very nice helpful staff!
The bathrooms ar the Hilton Fort Lauderdale beach were exceptionally clean and cold.
Nice place, clean, staff super friendly, good location. Maid service could have cleaned and restocked better.
Cons- Rooms outdated . valet $ 41 day no other parking choices , staff doesn't like to give late check outs even if your diamond . pros are 2 free waters & coffees a day , 2 chairs till 6pm at beach .
umbrella is $20 rental till 6pm . gym open 24 hours ,
It's all right. They will, however, tell you one thing before you get there and suddenly change it once you arrive and check in.
We was there to set up the deck that overlook the beach for a friend's proposal later on that evening. When we arrived, mid-afternoon, we were greeted by Norman who escorted us to the deck. Although, it was not set up in the manner in which we agreed. Norman got in touch with the necessary personnel to further assist us. Throughout the evening, up to when the couple arrived to when we left we were assisted, beautifully, by the restaurant manager, Glenn. Every thing we throw at him, he was quick on his feet and offered the best solution possible to make the couple's day, a memorable one. Everyone was fantastic, especially Glenn(Deserve the recognition)--She said yes!
the best beach ever, we love it so much , very clean, people nice to . a lot to walk , restaurant are very close . Love It
Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely accommodating from check in to check out. Housekeeping made our room look just like it did when we first checked in each time. Our room had a partial ocean view and it was heavenly. The beach was steps away and had chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. The room was quiet even if there was construction going on. Every part of the room was perfect, we were very sad to leave. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone, couples and families.
Okay and cheap for Fort Lauderdale. Approximately 20min walk to the party promenade
Very good location, a balcony to the sea of the most beautiful beach in this area
Great Hotel, Great Location & Great Service. The Beach is right across the street. Room was a comfortable setting. Staff & Service always great. The 6th Floor is the center of activity at this Hotel. The Pool, the Bar, and Dining room are all located on the 6th Floor.
Loved the atmosphere, guest service and all around service!! You will not go wrong booking here!!
Great location around the ocean people that work there the staff of very very friendly and Ice management nice
5 star service from Kacee and Rose at the front desk for their kind, professional and attentive service. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. My stay was cut short due to an impending hurricane and Hilton is refunding me for the missed nights. I will certainly be back! The hotel cafe and gift shop also provided great service with a smile! See you again soon!
This is still going on and has not been addressed. I m a resident. I am not traveling through the area .It is not music coming from the DJ at the pool deck . It s a loud , constant , blaring drum. Can not imagine being a guest and trying to relax at the pool, or dine in the restaurant, or rest in your room . Wish management would tone it down or off completely to allow guests to enjoy their stay.
Best customer service and amenities. This is a place that truly values and wants the best for all guests.
Beautiful rooms, nice view. I stayed in the beach house room. Check in was smooth and convenient.
Terrible service for an upscale resort, i will not be coming back here again...
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort over the weekend. While the room and the view were great, we were charged for 2 unknown charges totaling about $50. This was above and beyond all of the parking, taxes and any other hidden fees. I called to get an explanation of the fees and was told they are random charges, they will just charge to the credit card and hold the funds.
She had no explanation of what these charges were for, just said that they would eventually be released back to my card. After asking again for a description of what I was being charged for, I was just transferred to somebody else, who told me a manager would call me back.........never heard back from anybody. Seriously disappointed.
