Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort Reviews

Amazing hotel, great staff, awesome amenities. I am a diamond Hilton member and the perks (free breakfast, free drinks, etc) rocked. The resort fee (waived for me) is awesome--two hour daily rental of beach bikes was especially cool (though they really are best on the beach, not in the street). The breakfast in the morning was awesome, such a good spread (I had way too much smoked salmon and fruit, and the parfait was great!). Getting a junior suite with ocean view balcony was also a plus, I loved having that. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I highly recommend d staying here if you are trying to find a good, low key, beautiful hotel / resort right on the beach in fort Lauderdale. (Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants all around, though you have to walk a bit for the price range to not be super high). Definitely will stay again when I'm in FTL!

We arrived at this hotel earlier than check in time so we knew we were going to be waiting for a little bit (keep in mind this was about 11:30 am) we go up to the front desk to check and they say that the guests before us just left and that the hotel room would be ready as soon as it was cleaned (which takes about 30 minutes to a hour) keep in mind we have a suite and there is a main area and another separate bedroom area. So all 6 of us have been waiting in the little sitting area for about a hour and a half (1 pm) the rooms should be done by now since at most they could take a hour to clean. So we go to the front desk and ask if the room is ready, they say no it is still being cleaned. At that point we knew they were just lying to our faces. We waited a total of 4 hours and 30 minutes for them to clean a room that I alone could have cleaned in 30 minutes. We got into the room at about 4:30 pm and found out that we wasted our whole day in Fort Lauderdale waiting for this hotel room. When we got to the room there were only 3 towels, no extra blankets, pillows, or sheets for the fold out couch. The hotel staff is full of lies, making us think that it would just be another few minutes when really it was hours. Awful experience at this hotel, for a hotel that cost 560$ we only got the resort fee back for all that happened to us today which was 36$! And a free breakfast, don t forget about the free breakfast. I would rate this hotel a -15 if I could. Lots of other waiting, calling, complaining, and overall problems happened that day with the hotel but were taken out of the story to make it shorter.

Great location and nice view. Prices are reasonable, the only reason I gave 2 stars is only because the customer service it was the first time I have this experience with customer service not even with a 2 stars hotel. I called the front desk from my room to ask for a tooth brush and tooth paste they said they will send it. I waited around half an hour and no one showed up so I called again and they said they will send it right away. I waited again for around half an hour and called for the third time and once I told them they hang up the phone in my face I called again and they hang up again in my face once I told them about my problem. After that the tooth brush and tooth paste came to my room. But the way they hang up in the customer face is completely unacceptable from such a respectful hotel.

We came for the pool and cabana. Our cabana manager Phillip was the best person ever. He was extremely attentive and friendly. I've never met anyone in customer service who was as accommodating and caring. He truly was THE BEST!

Very accommodating for a last minute trip. I had to wait a couple hours for my room but with over a hundred guests in the lobby, that didn't seem bad at all. I was constantly updated on progress and the room was spotless when I got in. Everything was alright. About a half hour from the airport, but a $19 Uber ride took care of that. Right across the street from the beach.

Really nice rooms. Shower and big soaker tub in the bathroom. Refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Our room had an ocean view! The service was great. All the staff members were very friendly. The spa services were way too pricey, but everything else was great!

This hotel is not maintained properly. The room that we had was not clean. The shower looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. I found someone else's hair accessory visible on the floor. Housekeeping could not not have vaccumed if that was still there. In short, I would not stay here again or reccomend it to anyone.

Hilton Hotel you can go to the Hilton vacation at the Hilton and has a restaurant inside and a place to eat is right by the beach you just have to enjoy yourself Marion South Florida

Very nice hotel, view is spectacular. Staff is was very professional and hospitality was top notch! Very nice stay!

Everyone was so friendly the moment we entered the hotel. From checking into our room with Edward and the manager, Dan(I believe is his name) and always being welcomed by Vicki. We will only stay here when we stay at the Hilton because of the three of them. We had a service dog and they took him in with opened arms. We could not have asked for more when it comes to top notch customer service. All 3 deserve recognition because they truly made us feel like we were on top of the world. Whenever we are at other hotels, we compare our experience to the 3 and no one has yet to come near. Thank you so much for all you have done for us and making our vacation extraordinary. We can t wait to be back and see you three again!

This was a wonderful place. Great staff, service and views. The restaurant down stairs with the ocean view had amazing sushi. Only one notable negative thing. There is construction of a new resort right next door. The only time this was a problem was at the bar in the restaurant downstairs. Very loud noise. But other than that I had a great time!!!

I called in today. The phone rang 72 times with no answer.

Bar service on floor 6 was slow. But had a great time at the hotel and got married at the beach across the street.

Beach girls aren't my thing but this one had quiet rooms and enough space to not feel confined. Many in our group got an upgraded room. Staff was good.

Stopped by to see a friend and it is as nice as when I worked there. Very good location.

I enjoyed my stay, the bartender was great. Actually I need to drop my review from 4 to 3. The web site didn't say I have to pay for parking so when I arrived I was hit witj a surprise 50 bucks a night...no choice no where else to park. I loved my stay bit you never know what a person can afford a d if i didn't have that cash I would have been hurting bad. They need to advertise the total cost of the stay. It was a problem for me, but this one lady was stressed out by it...the rate was higher for parker i can't remember the reason for it.

Always a great stay at the Hilton. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and they go above and beyond to make your stay is comfortable. Always our first choice when visiting FLL

This is one of the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in terms of Front desk Service quality as well as room service and back office response.

When we checked in, the room was not cleaned and there was urine on the toilet seat and hairs in the bathroom tub . I called the room service mainly back office and asked them to send someone to clean it up and they did it.

But, They forgot to clean the room again on the second day. I called back office twice and stop by at the reception almost 5 times between 4pm and 9pm and asked them to send someone to clean our room. The last person I talked at the reception told me that the room was cleaned but when I come to the room, it wasn t. Finally, one of the senior employee come to check the room at 9:30pm and he recognized that, the room was not cleaned during the all day. He took a pictures and apologized about this inconvenience and sent somebody to clean the room. They did not even offer to change the room as a fast solution to satisfy the customer. They just let us wait for the cleaning at the middle of the night almost another hour.

There are so many personnel working at this hotel but they don t know how to give a service to their customers complaints and this hotel service quality is not a Hilton standard. It is such a shame for Hilton having such a poor service at this location.

The Hilton Corporate office should read my review and send someone to this hotel for an auditing regarding their front line and back line processes as well as data logging systems for customer complaints and personnel responses to those complaints.

I will never stay again at this hotel and not recommend to anyone...

Bath tub while having awesome jets.... The water that came out of the faucet was brown... Not sure why

Great live band. Drinks were pricey, but expected for location and atmosphere.

Service wasn't as good as you would expect from the Hilton chain. We were constantly requesting more towels or room service and it would take them a lot longer than expected. Restaurant is fairly expensive. Pool is well maintained.

Enjoyable experience, the best thing was the location.

The hotel is located right next to the beach. We got a suite with a great view of the ocean. The suite was large with a great bathroom and a full kitchen which is useful when you have little kids. The pool was great as well. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff noticed we had a toddler and left extra supplies to help without us having to ask. Pool staff were also great.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the views were great. However, there were a few problems. The first was that the breakfast and food was overpriced. $40 for a mediocre omelet and old potatoes is outrageous. Furthermore the pool attendants weren't that friendly. A pool attendent completely ignored us and didn't even greet us while being friendly and talkative to nearby white families. We had to get a fellow Hispanic to actually help us. An otherwise ok experience

Beautiful hotel conveniently located right on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Incredible views, excellent service from a professional and friendly staff, perfect for business or leisure travel. Great food and atmosphere at S3. Insider's tip: rooms have fully-equipped kitchenettes which are great for preparing a quick breakfast or snacks after a long day at the beach!

I would not say my experience here was the best I just experienced roaches in my coffee machine. No explanation whatsoever besides housekeeping didn't do their job. My mother already had a cup of coffee. I will never stay here again

Loved this resort. Service was top notch. Room was beautiful and sparkling clean. Love the location, pool, beach, restaurants, outside sitting areas, and I highly recommend grabbing a bike and hitting the streets.

A welcome change from a hotel down the street! All members of the staff were very attentive, got an upgrade, and the room was nice and clean.
It is the little things that differentiate - like the getting back from dinner and seeing that the bed has been turned down and all used towels have been replaced.
If I had to find something to complain about - it would be the drink service on the sundeck.. but that is a minor item in an otherwise great stay!

Awesome view from the balcony, and we loved the direct access from the pool to the beach. Expect extra expenses for tips and fees, but overall a very relaxing experience.

Wonderful place to stay, rooms are very nice ( disclosure ) i stay in a large 3 bedroom suite. Customer service, hands down 5 star service.

Ocean view is stunning. The resort area is simply great. For Hilton Honors members, they even provided free complimentary passcode to their wireless internet. Very professional staff. Walk out of the Hotel into the Beach area - so easy and relaxing. This Hotel is at a Beach location in which you can go upto 50 yards into the Ocean shore and water be still waist down.

Excellent service from the minute I walked in! Booked the 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. Breath taking views. Food was awsome, especially the buffet breakfast on the 6th floor. Pool area is amazing. Bar drinks were on point! Enjoy!!!

Clean Hotel, friendly staff great pool and across from the beach in a perfect location on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Couldn't ask for anything more except for a little bit of upgrading on their decor.

Great beach with crystal clear water. Comfortable rooms and nice pool.

Enjoyed a weekend vacation right on the beach. The room was very nice and clean. They had an awesome kids program with crafts by the pool and pool toys. They had complimentary beach towels and sunscreen at the pool. They had movie night for the kids. Also there were two hot tubs and had lots of space for chairs around the pool. For adults they had happy hour twice a day: 4-6pm and 9-11pm. There was a restaurant by the pool that offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was a store in the lobby and a Starbucks that had wonderful snacks. Bottom line, it is a great hotel and you could spend the entire weekend and not need to go anywhere else.

I loved my stay here! We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony and the hotel room was huge! The beach was also a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and it was an overall great experience!

Comfort. Class. Accessibility. Location. Staff. My room was extremely comfortable and functional. Loved the bath towels...yes, seriously. Bed linens were really soft. The only downside is the gym. It is REALLY small for the size of the hotel property.

The food had absolutely no flavor or seasoning on it. Extremely bland from the sushi to the fish tacos.

We ate dinner at S3. Service, food and drinks were all amazing!

I made a great choice. The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is a great hotel and resort. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The views are great. Overall, it's a great hotel and resort to stay at. I had a nice workout this morning. I was able to check in early. I can't complain one bit. Well done Hilton.

My wife and I went to the spa and it was amazing. The service was excellent and the staff was courteous.

Went to a wedding here! Pretty nice except for the fact that they only offered valet parking. Other than that I enjoyed my time here.
