Nice hotel to stay in & food is awesome. One should atleast try dinner at Holiday inn

Best place where you visit to stay there. Staff is very supportive

The check in staff are great and friendly, the rooms are great and European/American centric especially the bathroom if you are tissue person. The guest services are excellent they even provided a HDMI cable to view your movies stored on your laptop, however the service personnel and the layout in the restaurant negates the great experience, because the staff there are more interested in talking to each other rather than providing service, plenty of Chefs loitering about but one thought about and cared about guest needs. Mr. Srikanth and Ms Mohita raised the satisfaction and expectations barrier quite high with their proactive approach but the F&B guys lowered the barrier with non reactive approach especially the chefs loitering around. Rooms are simply great with an awesome view especially at high floor levels on the metro side.

Room is nicely designed with moderate temperature and kept neat and clean. Free cocktail is first time experienced and had very good service.

It was a nice stay... Holiday inn is very near to mayur vihar metro station, delhi... I have been there several times .. I always find their staff very co-operative and responsive.... They have a restaurant with an amazing ambience.... Thanks....

Bad service at restaurant including the chef, friend vomiting after took breakfast

Assistant Manager so called "Parul" at holiday inn mayur vihar is rude manager and have her own philosophy of doing things.. we had 2 days corporate event but both the days they did not at all fulfilled the requirements.. Staff behaviour is thing which needs to be take care of... Such people working for such a good brand would surely ruin the brand name... Not at all satisfied ..

Well even though hotel looks good but managment is lacking morality and humane compassion. My incident was my car broke down on the front gate of holiday inn (late night) while I was coming back from hospital. I have my father with me who was sick also a senior citizen. I went to the reception and ask the manager for help I explained her my situation and ask her to just let me park so I can drop off my father to home who was not in a good health. I was ready to pay parking price and providing her any kind of documentation she need. But they refuse to help because any kind of help or anything is only available for holiday inn guests. But she give me some stupid options like leave the car on the outside of hotel or google a towing service. While she knows I am with a senior citizen who is also a patient. I just want to say a good building doesn't mean anything if hotel is lacking hospitality. If you have policies against helping people who are not a customer that's fine but atleast have some respect and compassion for senior citizen. It took me 3 hours to get out of the situation and all those three hours my father suffer with me just because hotel doesn't allow their emploies for helping people. Even security guards outside the hotel was more helpful than those animals in clean suits (managmet)

I visited Holiday Inn on last weekend to enjoy drinks with my colleagues. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff of hotel is also quite well mannered and and helpful. It's the must to visit hotel if you are the resident of Delhi NCR. I'm quite satisfied with the service of the hotel. I recommend everyone to consider Holiday Inn if you want to enjoy your weekend.

Very comfortable rooms and resonable price ever. The most important thing of the Holiday inn is room service which is excellent.

The location is easy to access and can be seen from the distance. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is completely professional and helpful. Food is also nice. Basement parking is bad.

Building is very good when we see it from very far but bottom part of building is not well established only beer and wine shop is established in ground floor. No other shops are available at that part. Most of the peoples are coming to this place expect regular businessman and employees to collect drinks because I observed that people are in and out from that place hold a bottle of wine or beer or wiskey. When I ask some one that why you prefer this place to buy drinks he replied me that in this place most of the brands available which is not available on other shops and also he said me that they charge more then printed MRP for their products. Very nice option for a Leisure break or work trip. Enjoyed a good birthday weekend there with family and had a great time. Good food and excellent staff and amenities overall. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel to stay if you are travelling to Noida. Very good service with a delicious buffet breakfast.The hotel has ful sport amenities with fully equipped gym an nice pool in which you can relax after long day at work on in travel. Just on the other side of entrance there is liquor store where you can find cheap local beer. On the ground floor there is asian restaurant good if you are hungry and if you don't won't go experience with local food.

I would say about the conference Halls. We were in a training and the set up was good. One thing I would appreciate was the food. Trust me in the long run, I've not had such tasty food. Setup during lunch and high tea was amazing. Tasty chocolate tarts were a true delicacy. I would like to come back for the tarts next time. Thank you staff for being inviting n with a smile.

Elegant and luxurious hotel. Large and attractive banquet halls with all amenities. Equipped with nice furniture. Food here is delicious and tasty. The location is easily approachable. Spacious rooms and excellent services.
