One of the best hotels in these areas they provide good service

It is a normal hotel, with nothing special. But I would not have given a negative vote. On September 29th, when we used this hotel as a base for the day as we had the night flight back, we simply had dinner there. The restaurant is ok and the waiters are very attentive. At check out they tried to charge us for dinner, even though it was included. Once this problem was solved and the person in charge was clarified, he began to talk to us badly and behave strangely, leaving us stunned by his bad behavior. Hence the negative review. A very bad service.

Lovely ambience good food. Luxury come at a cost, of course. Has everything including WiFi, bar, restaurant, spa and car rentals. Located on the main road between Delhi and Noida. A good choice for both personal and business trips.

Food is fantastic and the servuce, cleanliness is next level it's just that the are us quite small.

I found very good experience in holidays Inn.it was total deferent experience as compare to other hotel chain.

Had gone there for Breakfast and enjoyed the heavy Brunch there.

In my experience, the hotel is nice but there are no valets available for parking and the parking is too dull. There are less lights and there is no lift from parking to first floor so don't go to B-2. You will have to walk.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Food is a little bland for my taste buds. Location is good.

Nice hotel. Well appointed rooms. Decor Ageing seen at certain places.

Spending a day for a event was little less for such a nice experience

It is five star hotel in mayur vihar and is near to New Ashok Nagar Metro station.
This a big and beautiful hotel providing best class services.

It is situated at very nice location, nearest metro station is New Ashok Nagar(400m). Well connected to NCR region like Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram and Ghaziabad. Having Free parking, Outdoor pool, Business centre, Bar, Fitness centre and many more amenities.

Location - Prime, as it's prominently visible from a considerable distance and is located on the main road.

Parking - Valet services are available and anyway it has a decent amount of parking space available.

Ambience and look n feel of the venue is great.

Food was good as well and had decent amount of variety.

The food here is really very good, rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff is well versed with etiquettes. There is no scenery for viewing outside the window, but it a good place to stay!

It was a good stay abit expensive but the location was just in between the places I wanted to go. So all in all it was worth the money.

The service is stable and the room seems to be maintained quite cleanly. I felt comfortable without being particularly uncomfortable.

Good hotel if the intent is to stay in the city (East Delhi or Noida) for a couple of days for business.

The rooms and facilities of the hotel are clean, they have a small gym and swimming pool, and the buffet restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner was varied. The service was friendly and attentive. The only negative to note is that there was no WiFi in the rooms.

This place is not good to stay. Locality is also not good but there is wine & beer shop on the groud floor where you can have the wide varieties of wines & Beers.

Good Location. Close to Metro. A bit pricey for overall service provided. Plenty of options for Breakfast and Dinner Buffet. Something that was surprising was that they charge extra for WiFi depending on where you book from... Was not expecting from a hotel chain so large. But, reception and employees are very professional. Wish they were a little more clear on Food specifications... i.e. Vegan, Halal, etc.

Clean hotel, very pleasant staff and tasty meals at the restaurant, but I had poor experiences with my rooms. The rooms are nice and roomy, but the first was constantly cold despite asking maintenance to fix. Each morning, there was work being performed which involves lots of banging, hammering, and a power chisel (tile remodel?). I asked to move to another room on the other side of the hotel and was stuck in a room with twin beds, a toilet that struggled to flush, and a shower which leaked into the room and soaked part of the rug. And, guess what? Still more banging, hammers, etc throughout the day.

Lastly, at check in I advised the front desk that I work evenings and that housekeeping should come after 9pm. They called my the first morning and woke me to ask if I needed the room cleaned.

Its gud, ambience is beautiful, service is prompt.All over value for money.

I purchased a 1kg chocolate truffle cake from the Holiday inn bakery. It tasted good and considering the price (RS. 750 after discount), it was an amazing deal. I would recommend buying items from the bakery after 8pm as they have a flat 50% off on all items.

Went for a marriage function! Food was good! The hall is good for 50-70 pax! Not more.
