Everything is just gorgeous, gorgeous sea, gorgeous beach .. Very entertaining animators who help to have a wonderful time

The location is great, the access to the Dead Sea is very inviting. The rooms are modern, the beds comfortable. The hotel has several restaurants. The breakfast is perfectly fine.

A great place to relax, everything is very clean, well-groomed and modern.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful but service was terribly slow. We ordered a pizza at pool side which took ages to come, most probably they ordered it from Italy. I didn't like their infinity pool, it was too small and overcrowded.

Had a great stay here, staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great!

So beautiful, beautiful views and setup, a lot of sea view balcony with nice seating all over the hotel

A very bad experience, bad hospitality, that was still not done when the hotel gave it to me no robes the mini bar was sealed with a key and they refused to open it until we pay a deposit of 50 JD's in advance like we r going to run from them if used anything claiming that they r the only hotel in the dead sea that does not have a free minibar (like it's a privilege than the other hotels)....not just that and after all they did room service opens the room (thank God I was alone) without any warning saying am sorry I thought it was room number blah blah blah then slamming the door behind him....never coming back to this hotel and hopefully no body does.

Well, Hilton used to be my go hotel in the dead sea, however, my last visit was horrible, basically me and my friend reserved a sea view double bed room, and as soon as we entered the room it smelled like sewer and the balcony was dirty full of ants and cockroaches, so i called guest services and they told me that maintenance guy will come and check the room, so I had to cancel my plans and waited 2 hours and nobody came, so I asked to change the room and they gave us a room with one bed only which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient so it was hard for us to sleep, the three stars is basically for the good breakfast and pool services.

A bit late with the check-in process but overall, great and highly recommended..

Love. So great. Jordan is hot, brown and dry. The Hilton made it bearable.

Great hotel. Being a diamond member I was upgraded to a junior suite. Great room. However, it is painfully hot in the dead sea and their swimming pools (all of them!) were hot, dirty and it seemed like they didn't care too much about cleaning them.

Very nice place, distinct services, staff, creation, ethics, experience and prices. Every respect I invite all friends to experience my experience in this distinctive tourist edifice

It was amazing stay in hilton dead sea special thanks for rasha almufti from guest relations because she made our vacation easy and fun she explained for us everything in the resort and she gave us the schedule for the restaurants and the time for the pool and the beach

You can't bring food and beverages from outside OK room, Service is slow, lots of children

Great accommodation but the restaurants are very expensive. Great views and private access to the dead sea.

Nice modern and clean on the beach they do the mud baths and massages included in the stay.
One of the swimming pools houses a bar where you can drink cocktails beers etcetc

They have nice amenities, rooms are poorly designed and finished. Watch your kids when they take showers because water can easily splashes and get the bedrooms. And expect to do#1 and#2 in one ting washroom and wash your hands on another washroom. Loved the idea of the sliding doors.

Loved they family pool and their quality of food only by the food by the hotel. The Cafe they have has very poor menu, below average food and over priced

Beautiful lobby with a view, perfect location on the Dead Sea, beautiful room, friendly staff. The beach service is excellent with free muds available, even if the jetty is under renovation.

The shower water took a long time to scale and cooled down shortly after. Breakfast not included of quality but a bit expensive. The Spa is not yet available.

Good all around hotel. Lovely rooms. Swimming pools more crowded but more space at the beach. Visited the Lebanese 1312 twice and great service with Rushdi and Ahmed. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Magnificent setting by the Dead Sea on Thea Jordan side. Very good beach staff who volunteer massages and mud packs. One thing I didn t like was the toiletries in the room were not of Dead Sea, which seems absurd.

Excellent treatment The room in perfect conditions, magnificent swimming pools and exclusive access to the beach of the Dead Sea, make this hotel an ideal place to spend a few days of sunbathing. Only one but sometimes the waiters are so efficient that they have taken the glasses without being finished.

Yes, yes and yes again !! This is the best hotel on the coast!
Very large and beautiful area! An ideal spa hotel, with mud bowls on the beach, a special pool in the Dead Sea, which will create favorable conditions for getting into the water and swimming. Very helpful staff, good service, delicious food!

Bad service for the value. Even WiFi is not included in the price! You have to pay extra even if you pay 150$ for a night! Never gonna come back again. Here are the details that owner asked:
-Toilet seat is peeled off. Who knows same thing is used for how many years.
-when you flush, water is all over the toilet. You have to cover yourself or just run away as soon as you flush. What a nightmare!
-shower head was chalky and water was flowing unstable.
-Pier to the dead sea was broken in multiple places and closed. It can be seen that place shut down instead of getting repaired.
-there is no entertainment to do in the hotel. During the day, there is a table tennis (1 table) and a hoop in the pool. Dead sea and pools are there also. But nothing else. You can get bored and try to use wifi but suddenly you see, you have to pay for it!! It's not the price that we are angry about. It's that cheap mindset. You have to choose a package for WiFi. 1 or 5 dollars. Who cares about how much you already paid to stay? Not Hilton, I can say that.
Hopefully, this is enough for explanation Dear owner.

More than wonderful ... in every sense of the word especially was with my 7/7 birthday

Pool was under maintenance, breakfast was so bad with no varieties. There was some bugs on sheets but when i called they chabged it immediately.

Who likes high temperatures, mud baths and sea water, will enjoy it here. Hilton is one of the best in terms of accommodation and catering.

Fantastic stay here. Very beautiful resort property. Loved having the private beach. The executive lounge here was actually quite and peaceful too. Our room overlooking into the Dead Sea was phenomenal. It is common in the region but still odd the amount of security to enter the hotel. One has to go through metal detectors and bag scanners at entrance

My family and I have enjoyed our stay in the Hilton dead sea resort. The staff were very nice and welcoming especially Miss Madanat. The hotel is very beautiful and fancy. Will come back again for sure.

Price of the room was incredible for the comfort of the stay.

A beautiful hotel. Service throughout was also excellent. It s nice that they have their own private beach for you to experience the Dead Sea. The rooms were modern and clean and the only minor let down was that the food on site was a bit ordinary.

The views are wonderful. The staff is top notch and being able to so easily grt to the Dead Sea was great

A newish large hotel with very friendly staff, good quality restaurants onsite.
Only odd feature of the rooms is that the toilet is situated at the entrance of the room whilst the shower entrance is along the bedroom.This is not ideal for families with teenage children.Otherwise 5 stars all the way

i stead at Hilton Dead sea last week and it was really nice and comfortable satay and the staff was really helpful specially Rakad at the defiantly will comeback.

Horrible experience. I was staying in suite number 540, the door gets stuck everytime i open or close. Horrible staff , trying to put my baby to sleep where someone comes banging on the door to deliver an envelop only to realize its even the wrong room and then someone else comes to collect the envelop because he delivered it to the wrong room.
Smelly towels, not worth the amount paid.
Baby crib is stone hard and of very poor quality.
Would never cone here again
