A hotel of superlatives. Great equipment. Food excellent. Several restaurants. Access to the Dead Sea. The staff is well trained and spoiled the guest. Hilton is just great. I know many Hiltons, this one does not have to hide. You feel well and cared for here. Next year we will come back. We liked it very much.

Dinner was substandard in terms of quantity and type, although the staff were good and helpful .. The ponds are crowded and relatively few ... Hotel services are below average and not commensurate with its prices ....

The swimming pools are heated... breakfasts had a good spread highly recommended

Very nicely located. The +s: amazing beach access, staff is very helpful, breakfast buffet is good and the offering is diverse. The -s: small swimming pools and not much depth.

Well... it s not a bad hotel but it s far away to be a 5 stars resort...the staff is very friendly but inefficient. I cleaned my table twice before eat. Had to look for everything (glasses, flatware...). During the breakfast and dinner a lot of things were missing... like plats...Another stuffs were missing or need to be repaired or are just old and ugly. At 8pm there is a stage with a belly dance performer but the music is so loud you can t talk to the others. At the beach, the platform into the Dead Sea you can see in the pictures -which is very charming- it s not working. For the title of SPA... humm... I don t think so. For the internet, they offer you 3 hours for free than you have to pay. Not friendly...
Overall, expect a good 3 stars hotel not a 5 star resort. So, with my 3 days experience there I would say it s a little expensive for what it is

My first experience with the hotel was the check-in delay. Reception staff are not helpful The pool water is not clean where there are insects floating and flies.
The buffet dinner does not have a variety in meat and hot items only excellent salads and desserts either breakfast is excellent.
The helpful staff gives them wellness.
The price of the reservation is not suitable for services.

All in all it was a pleasant stay.
However, there has been some confusion in the reservation, as I reserved a room with a balcony, but my room didn't have one. But they were kind enough to give a complementary breakfast.
There was a problem with flies all over the place, which made it unpleasant to stay outdoor.
The breakfast selection was good, although there is a room for improvement.
The room was clean and tidy and beds were comfy.
One thing disturbed me was finding dead flies inside the restaurant.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
But for sure the hotel was in a better shape the first time I tried it a while ago.

As a very great location but the hotel policy does not have a full booking covering everything When you want to drink your own drink, that means you will pay a lot of money So I advise not to book hotels in Jordan because you can spend a longer vacation in Sharm el-Sheikh or Taba hotels for one night in the Dead Sea hotels and to know the thing Sharm el-Sheikh or Taba much nicer

Nice and spacious place. Swimming pools are clean, large and varied. The rooms are of a high standard. Dinner is very pricey

Great Staff! Beautiful views on Dead Sea and great food.

Everything was great in our stay in Hilton Dead Sea, from a smooth welcoming to overall experience. The different pools available are a great addition. You have kids pool, family pool and a adults pool along with a beach bar. The Dead Sea mud experience was great as they have the mud already extracted for you. There is constant supervision in the Dead Sea. There is three restaurants, one main restaurant, one Italian and one Lebanese. The lebanese restaurant was just fabulous. Breakfast was also awesome with a mix of both traditional and American food. I would only like add that some improvements can be done on the dinner buffet. There can be more traditional foods included. Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was amazing and staff at the reception and in the restaurants was more than professional, smiling and very helpful. The upgrading to the Suite really pleased us and we were even more delighted by our pleasant stay at the Dead Sea. I can only recommend. We will definitely come back here again.

An absolute dream. The Jordanian side can not be compared to that of Israel. But the Hilton is for those who want to relax.

Though it is not recommended for elder people and people with disabilities!!
We had to walk long distances! Outer Elevators are still under construction!

A pretty nice place but when it comes to the way employees treats you it's too aggressive, specially the security guys on the main hotel entrance, he was so rude otherwise everything was just fine not that much of a 5 the pool is just (120 CM) that was a shock for me.so it's was my first time and my last.

The toilet in the room was separate from the bathroom. There was no sink in the toilet. The cop box pedal was broken. There was no soap. I wanted to bring it. Lot is on the shore. You can experience battering in the hotel and do not sink into the water in the goal.

It was a bad weekend when I visit this hotel

And they were very slow and made me wait about 40 min and the second thing is very bad that the hotel make the dinner out side behind the pond and the whether was very hot and there is too noise from the party that they made with the dinner it's not comfortable for have a rist and enjoy with the dinner and for families to make someone dance there .
At the end I put the two stars one for hotel

Its very bad services the pool was dirty also , I don t recommend this hotel

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I feel badly for the people working here. They were very friendly and overall helpful. But we paid over $300 per night to stay in a room where the sheets and bedding smelled awful. The grounds of the hotel smelled like poop. There were not even sheets on the bed...just one sheet over the mattress and the bed was not comfortable. The most annoying part was that we paid for a terrace and instead were given what could barely qualify as a balcony. We asked to switch to the room we paid for and finally after us insisting, they found us a room (even though they said they were all booked up). There is also nothing to do on the grounds, only 3 restaurants. We tried spectrum for dinner and paid $87 JOD for a buffet worth about $25 max. The breakfast that is included is pretty gross - much worse than dinner. Meanwhile the business people are lining their pockets and exploiting people to work here for next to nothing. All the while guests pay to stay in rooms with broken doors to the bathroom and with dirty smelling bedding. Do yourself a favor a pay a little extra to go to Movenpick or Kimpenski.

Large hotel on the north end of the Dead Sea. A long walk is often necessary to get to the rooms. The hotel is quite modern, but could improve the service significantly.

Around the hotel there are only other hotels from well-known hotel chains. Otherwise you can "only" see the Dead Sea. The baptismal site of Jesus can be reached in about 15 minutes.

We had booked an executive room, which was very far from the reception and the executive lounge. The room itself was very modern, with a lovely view of the Dead Sea.
The bathroom was equipped with a large walk-in shower. Toilet was in a small extra "room".

The service was rather poor. Very long wait at check-in, until it was finally your turn. Then the check-in itself took a long time, which was repeated at check-out. To this day we still do not know what the ladies and gentlemen had to look for and find all the time. The executive lounge was mostly not occupied. Many (who certainly also had no access to the lounge) could enter without control. There was no service itself. Tables were not cleared, or fresh / clean glasses were not set up etc.!

Breakfast in the hotel is mass-processed, although the selection is wide. Finding a place is quite tedious. Sitting outside is almost impossible due to the limited space.

The restaurants for dinner, on the other hand, are very good and also quite expensive. But the quality is right.
The rooftop bar is very nice, with a great view, pleasant music. Unfortunately, the hotel staff does not pay enough attention to the alcohol consumption of guests, so that the guests vomited on our second visit to the bar. Very annoying something like that.

The pools are very large and pleasantly laid out. Unfortunately there are often far too few loungers. The Dead Sea beach can be reached via an elevator.

Beautiful Resort. Extraordinary staff. 1 star down because of small room size. Expect for room size, everything else is 1st class.

Greedy! I booked a suite and asked to bring my photographer for a photoshoot and they wanted to charge me an extra 1000 JDs for absolutely nothing. I cancelled my booking and went to Kempinski instead

Not up to expectations for this establishment class

Bookinge rode at one price, and upon arrival and after signing up, say that it will cost you 70proc almost. The price practically doubled. It's not a laugh or a cry. Tips for that ?! To help a couple suitcase bring up to the room? Taste yourself. Pica italiskam restaurant in a swollen pad. Along with the white yuri goodies soup, it was angry at the evening.

Fabulous! Feels very luxurious, a real treat - feels very spacious and calm, with numerous pools and the great beach space with access to sea and mud. Wish I could have had longer there!

The hotel restaurants are horribly expensive, inordinate for the poor quality of food! The beach is a bit neglected, but the services offered are very good. It is very comfortable to bathe and have showers and muds right there. The room very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Beautiful rooms, pool, spa, and restaurant. The Beach and pontoon down at the sea are excellent. That said, we did have some issues with the room smelling like smoke and it took them a while to fix the situation.

Excellent if you're attending programs such as WEF, as the convention center is just adjacent! The hotel is also very nice and comfortable, with good restaurants and a lovely sea view.

There was shortage of staff. Sugar ants around the coffee station in the rooms. There was no coffee available at the pools. The staff were extremely nice, but they seemed over worked. The food options were limited.

With lack of variety of good hotels this choice is on of the best

A magnificent hotel, clean and spacious rooms, very nice atmosphere, full and varied breakfast and attentive and friendly staff.
Thank you very much for the welcome detail and the surprise in the room for our wedding anniversary. If they repeat the same gesture we will definitely return next year on the same dates.

Gentlemen, Hilton.
The evaluation came in a personal, not a colloquial capacity
And as follows.
1- The reception received 3 stars. The reason is the big delay in the procedures
2- The cleanliness of the rooms got 4 stars .. The reason is there are simple notes
3- The cleaning of the bathrooms, the swimming pools and the changing rooms, got 1 star .. The reason is that the bathrooms are not well cleaned and smell bad
4- The main swimming pool got 3 stars .. The reason is that the pool water is not cleaned well
5- The hotel evening party got 3 stars .. The reason is not to satisfy all tastes. And through my presence in the meantime, the interaction from the audience was not good and was limited to 10 minutes only.
6- Breakfast was 3 stars. The reason hotels apply public safety measures due to the Corona virus. In this case, a (menu - a menu) must be provided, and not limited to the employee attending and asking what you want to eat .. Definitely "Your answer will be quick and limited.

What a wonderful location! The staff were very friendly and the amenities great. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because it was a trek getting to the Dead Sea. The hotel is on the water but there were so many levels to walk down (only one level had an elevator). Understandable though with the Dead Sea shrinking.

I was part of the RCDS group which stayed with you on 9 and 10 April. We ate dinner outside on our last night. The choices were prawns or lamb. I ate the prawns and have been suffering with food poisoning since then. They certainly were not cooked properly. You really need to know that best practice is not being carried out in the kitchen, as my one memory now from the Hilton will be those prawns. Yes, I could have mentioned it at the time but it was our last night and I didn't want to make a fuss, and perhaps it was my imagination. And yes, it definitely was the prawns because I started feeling ill in the middle of the night and my husband ate the lamb and was fine.

It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Staff members are amazing (got a free upgrade upon arrival just because) the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The food served is also great with a lot of options to choose from. Don't hesitate to book!

The service is very slow and the handling at the hotel gate is very poor

We had issues with the service. Fortunately we were not charged and checked out. The manager was very gracious and did not charge us. I'd like to thank him for his consideration and professionalism.

Bad things first, this place won't be cheap, but looking on the bright side, this place is definitely worth the price! The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. We arrived on a very early flight and they allowed us to get in the room at mid morning. The hotel and facilities are all state of the art with a couple of lovely fresh water pools and another one down at the Dead Sea private beach. All well worthy paying a slightly higher price.
