I had such high expectations but was left disappointed. Mainly due to the attitude of the guest relations person and finding the amenities and facilities mediocre. However, same of the staff were helpful.

The employees are really helpful, but can not provide services when the hotel is full occupancy .
The hygiene: dirty swimming pool, we fond dark spots all over the blanket when we take off its cover, even the sea please check the photo .
The Italian restaurant : the dish is a little quantitatively and not as tasty and it's expensive.
The bathroom: you have to go out of the tulit open the door and your hands are dirty to go to the sink in another corner of the room !!!!
Even for the membership: we got late checkout after along discussion!!!
The best thing is their human recourse only..

Beautiful place with an awesome views..But the stuff there as not as beautiful as the place .Not all but some of them..The way they welcomed us not welcome & we dont feel the warming .After our long flght & 2 hours drive from Amman because this is our 1st time to drove there.. we dont expect what we get when we reached the hotel a very dull welcomed from the stuff .I saw a refreshing towel & drinks to welcome their customers but we dont have that..again i saw a trolly there but yet we have to carry our own luggage to our room & the stuff carried one out of three .again the stuff there not very helpful when i have problem to connect to wifi end up for few days there i cant connect to anyone.. when we called and asked for praying mate & slippers we have to wait for so long & end up we pray on the bed..Again when we checked out & its was raining that time the stuff just saw us walking in the rain drag our luggage to our car & we are soaking wet & cold..Or its because we are asian ??? Feel so upset with our vacation there

Place for no children, against kids and the music at the pool is way tooooo loud, the pool guy asked my daughter to leave the pool of the adults because there children under 16 must be supervised by the parents, but I was there

I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was a nightmare yes a nightmare.
First issue when we checked in I was with my friend and told them that we want two rooms next to each other after two hour of waiting they gave her one in Jarash area and me in Ajloun!! Wow how close ! So I went back to the girl she said I can t do anything now I said but we told you and gave you a note about then went to change the room they said yes we have rooms empty next to her but u have to pay extra 80 dinnar for it I was whaaat I paid 180 dinnar for a small room and now 80 ! 260 dinnar for a small room in this hotel that s insane unbelievable then I walked away with no help so I stayed in the area that even dose not have the place to walk the stroller down in their I have to keep carry my daughter and the stroller every time I have to go to the room ! Then the room was not that clean and very small.
Then the biggest problem was when they entered the room while the kids was sleeping and emptied the mini bar that was illegal and no one even called to ask if they can do that or not or even left a note after taking everything out !!!!!!
I called and called at night to ask but no one called me back ! I called after an hour to ask them who did that ! Then the balcony door was stuck no way for a me to open it I called them they send a guy after 40 min then he tried so hard to open it it was jammed what if their is a fire or something and we have to open it ??!!! Then in the morning I called to help me get my son clothes it fell and stuck on the balcony edge I can t get it no one came and I left the hotel and kept calling and calling and ask about the cloths till they said oh ya yes we have two pieces not three we can t find it !! Will hello people I called u before checking out but you guys didn t care.
It was the horrible hotel I ever been in I m not a resident here it was the first visit for me and my kids and it was horrible.
I talked with a lot of managers in this hotel but no one called me back service is not acceptable at all.

very nice and elegant place, clean and well managed, EXCEPT a very stupid receptionist called Omar, who was creating troubles for any request, but his colleagues and management appologized professionally for his behaviour. After all it's one of the best hotels in the area. (Just be more careful in choosing your emplyees at front desk, Hilton).

The staff at the reception were ok but ok is not good for a 5 star hotel, especially in Jordan where we have a variety of excellent hotels. The windows of the hotel even in the elevator and the windows in the room and the glass barrier between the pools have never been cleaned except once a month I would presume!!!!! And the pool is unclear because it is sooooooooo dirty that you can't see through...guys this is a nice hotel don't ruin its reputation..get it cleaned invest in it!

Everything was better than expected. The rooms were spacious and the 3 swimming pools, beautiful during sunset. Highly recommend! Amazing breakfast and dinner options. The best option for relaxing time.

Nice modern hotel and excellent customer service. The staff members at Hilton genuinely care about their guests and want them to enjoy their stay. Very friendly. Italian restaurant is so fresh and would recommend this out of all hotels at Dead Sea.

Everything seems to be working well. We stayed one night at the Hilton using a convenient promotion. To bathe in the Dead Sea is essential to use an engineered structure. Here it is too much but after a trip in the most absurd heat it is great to be able to give yourself this kind of relaxation that we were not used to !!

We had an excellent time and a great stay. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
The Lebanese restaurant 1312 is incredible, their food is to die for.
Definitely going back.
Special thanks to Vivian, Rose, Hussein, Ziad and Ala'a, for their efforts and taking our suggestions into consideration.

PROS:

PROS:
1)Great room with a view of the pool - I think all rooms have a pool view though.
2) Decent buffet breakfast.
CONS:
1) They charge $5 for hi speed internet. In our 21 day vacation in Turkey, Egypt and Jordan this is the first hotel that charged for internet. Ripoff. It is enough to prevent us booking at a Hilton when other hotels are present.
2) There is a sign at the entrance that says "No outside liquor allowed" WTF kind of a rule is that in this day and age?
3) Liquor very expensive at the pool bar. 4 local beer with service charge, local sin tax and a 10% tip to the bartender was 60 JD or $85 USD / $112 CAD..outrageous
4) Toilet is separate from the bathroom so to wash your hands after using the toilet you have to make a trip to a different area of the room.

The call center staff are not aware of the facility and had to go back and forth to ask about the basic details that they should already know and showed discomfort when I asked twice though they didn t answer my question and had to seek information from someone else. Getting a direct certain contact to help was better, despite the multiple incorrect bookings made and the reminders I had to send, dealing with one person rather than the call center was a better experience. At check in, the queue was long and when the staff tried to help, they gave priority to the guests who arrived later at the end of the queue so we ended up being the last to check in (thought we were in the middle of the Line) waiting for an hour while who arrived after us checked in earlier, not organized at all. The door was broken and for three days had to call the staff in to let us enter the room, waiting on the doorstep in this heat for 10-15m was uncomfortable the least I can say, apparently the staff knew about the issue for long time but it was not reported, the only way to open the door was to hit it until it opens which should have been immediately reported. The chair inside the room was broken, the elevator was not working and had to use the stairs with the kids from the 7th floor. At night had food at the hotel and not outside, the next day four adults had upset tummy, apparently food was not fresh. At check out called the reception to get someone collect the luggage however after 30m and another two reminder no one helped with the bags and had to take them ourselves. Poor service and no coordination between the staff, waste of money and time. The worst time spent in Deadsea so far, not recommended at all.

Good rate but very crowded on weekends, very slow check in process and they refused to let us bring in our own alcohol even for extra fees, rooms are nicely designed and the furniture is great, some of their staff had weird behaviors but I cant say it was a bad behavior, just made us uncomfortable.

Service was terrible, when we were sleeping all we could hear was loud noisy music. The rooms are so tiny and cramped for a 2 queen sized beds. Only ONE outlet for a room with two beds. We had requested that a baby crib needs to come to one of our rooms, and it only came 6 hours after the requested service. I do not recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a dream visit, also there was no conditioner in the rooms which was really odd. Costumer service is terrible at the pool, and on the costumer service hotline (On the phone).

I think it s the best hotel at the Jordanian side of Deadsea, still new and rooms are tidy and nice.
Swimming pool is a bit small but they are working in an expansion to make it much bigger.
Beach is very clean, with Deadsea mud is available to use immediately.
A special thanks for Mr. Timor Shishani who is the hotel Assistant Front Office Manager, who helped me and my family to have a pleasant stay at the hotel.
Sure it will be my choice when want to go to Deadsea again.

Unfortunately, you have to pay extra charges for almost everything, services are really expensive
Hotel is really clean and beautiful but the level of hospitality is average, value to price is low

Breakfast wasn't impressive. Taste, heating, and choice options were below expectations. Also, there were only 2 pools and they are kind of small.

They also charged our room for using the minibar even though we haven t. Unfortunately, a family member paid for it before asking us whether we did or not. So please make sure you check the minibar before handing out keys to guests.

On a bright note, the overall setting near the sea was nice, and the services were good. So maybe there s a chance depending on the will for improvement.

A great place for a family vacation

A great place for a family vacation
Quiet, elegant, clean, beautiful, and welcoming, you feel that you are the owner of the place and the restaurant is excellent
But its prices are high and do not offer drinks and water at dinner

Disappointed and we're victims of theft. Lock up all valuables in safe. We have traveled the world over a dozen years and never once have we had anything stolen from us. The thief took over $600 from my husband's wallet.
