Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa Reviews

I went to Jordan on a 6-day trip, dealing with everyone was excellent, and I felt that I was in my second country, whether in Amman or the rest of the cities .... Regarding the Dead Sea resort of the Dead Sea, the place is very elegant and tidy, and I recommend visiting it in times of winter because the weather there is moderate and beautiful ..... The suite is beautiful, the views are great, the facilities are very weak, from a club, spa, restaurants and coffee decorations are good, but the quality is less than average .... the most beautiful thing in the resort was the only swimming pools to excellent ..... During my last visit I got a problem and I was getting different words from an employee For the last time, Paine was aware that there was a defect and his lack of knowledge of the correct behavior. The dependence was only on improvisation A Shi Matlaekaya of hotel managers and Mtaatdja like Hilton enough that one of the managers and informs me that I am a guest will disconnect Alskjorta employee ..... The line for the checkout and check-in is so long. Stood on the line for checkout for more than 2 hours.

One of the best hotels in the city. The dead sea beach is part of the hotel and the hotel provides excellent service to get mud packs and other dead sea related activities. The service in the hotel is too class.

The place is amazing but the staff is not welcoming and not professional

I took a junior suite, it is amazing. A perfect cube with 4 corners( bed, living room, bathtub, hallway and walk in closet) there is a tv that can be rotated to the first 3 corners..! Very modern and kudos for the designer. The shower always leaked water to the outside though:/ .. bed is very comfy and had a nice view to the dead sea, And the terrace is spacious.
Food and service are good, we got half board which was the right choice. The executive lounge is basically a lobby, very average.
To reach the sea you have to go through 3 outdoors elevators + the elevator from your room to the outside .. The shore is horrible, it hurts to go to the beach tbh. Luckily they bring you the mud and they apply it for you, but I stayed at the pool during my stay.

Astounding! Warm staff! Great food @Spectrum! We had a wonderful relaxing day off there! Plentiful pools and amazing heated pools! Kids club and kids heated pool! Cherry on the icing is their full body mud spa n massage- they rock! Even though spa is under construction, their treatments are A1 too! I bet you find all of this par excellence in one roof- a perfect luxury relaxing holiday home! We hope to come back for more time soon! I love my wife for this lovely surprise! My infant loved every moment here as much as we did!

Very beautiful hotel near dead sea. They have private access to beach. Breakfast spread is amazing with lot of options. Totally worth spending your time in this place.

Great place to enjoy the dead sea. Friendly staff and great facilities. There is a shopping complex and a conventional centre next to the property. Easy access from Amman by highway.

Fabulous and one of a kind experience to be at the dead sea

The interior and venue is nice though The service is a disaster. We went for a wedding and slept one night there. They didnt have everything in The room service menu Although its written (24h menu). Too many delays with the bell man and valet service

Appauling service, they have one person on the reception checking in everyone for the weekend, so ended up wasting half a day just checking in!

Great experience. The staff is so friendly and caring and for sure elevates the hotel stay experience. The pool is nice and the pool bar is really something. We had a great encounter with Khaled, Rose and Stephanie from the staff. Beach is also nice. Recommending trying the Lebanese restaurant!

I don't know if this is related to the Corona Virus pandemic but the service is very bad and the Hotel is dirty.

Fantastic way to experience the Dead Sea, but a shame the spa still isn't open after a year. We had quite a few hiccups with the service, but all around, it's a great property.

The resort is a building, location and not the finest but the administration and the manager Rasbashn and the worst of it is unfortunately and haram to fall this five-star hotel because of the director Rachbsn incompetent. The sign-in took over an hour and requested an extension of the day and apologized on the grounds of lack of possibility and impossible
But I continued from the central detention and heard their words lie and seized me the reservation despite them.
Ponds, swimming pools, restaurants, non-manager and Risbashn children of the most creative and the custody of children and not the finest. He deserves more than five stars but the manager and crew of Renshbeen are bad

The hotel is nice, God willing, but its right is 3 liras, and the Pepsi can 3.5 is very expensive

A nice beach front hotel with a private beach to the Dead Sea so you can can have a pleasant floating experience . They have nice long chairs by the beach. The restaurants are good, pools beautiful and great and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We had took a room with a wonderful view of the sea and property. Large showers and bed, we had no problems resting. I gave 4 instead of 5 starts because we were inconvenienced twice because of electric failures and they don t seem to have backup generators. At least not for the rooms. But all in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

What a view! The Breakfast is outstanding, with a very big variety.But who designed the rooms...
The Boys who take care of you at the beach are very kind and helpful. Especially with the mud massage
One star less for the underwear we found in drawer, that wasn't ours and the way that duty manager dealt with it and for Car Valet guy who thinks that spitting in front of hotel entrance is okay....
Sorry, but I think it's fair to mention positive and negative points.

This hotel is simply amazing and spectacular, great welcoming at the reception from Hosam and easy and fast process check in was processed, facilities specially the beach is well designed and clean, room cleanliness as well thank you Hilton for making my day

The resort itself is gorgeous but the check-in process was extremely slow for some reason. They seem to have not yet perfected some of their processes but this will come with time. The dead sea floating pool is awesome and the facilities are great.

Solid, friendly hotel, right on the dead sea, very helpful staff at the sea, (also the security officer). We are happy to recommend this hotel.

Nice cozy hotel for a getaway weekend.. Comfortable rooms and clean. Welcoming staff. But the security lady is really rude to visitors.

The good bit; the hotel is really amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its also very clean.
The bad; for any tourists with perishable souvenirs (olive oil, sweets etc) please take note that the hotel security confiscates them till the end of ur stay. They are left in the luggage room where you can pick them up after check out. So that was not the best reception and it soured an otherwise wonderful experience. Also security personnel should be more polite.

One of the best hotels in the dead sea area. Every body who works there is professional and helpful at the same time. Great food options. Clean and well kept. The hotel didn't have any problems delivering the room on time. Every restaurant is equipped with children high chairs.

This hotel is pure luxury, high end room design, very new, good quality everything, kind staff, great pools. The dead sea Marriott is nothing compared to this! Hilton has elevators down to the dead sea, instead of walking down hundreds of steps at the Marriott. Breakfast buffet much better too. Can't wait to go again

A very nice and beautiful hotel. It has almost 4 pools.Clean and neat,I honestly found the rooms very neat , spacious and classy.
DJ on weekends and breakfast was great.

The view though is sometimes awkward since they do a lot of constructions and the back side is Meh ! But inside is amazing and I highly recommend.

The kids pool and room ok , the food part is the problem in the hotel. breakfast not that much... and dinner is very bad and not fresh at all some of the food ithink from night before!

I was swindled and took from me a deposit and they told me that it will return to me after 3 days and TODAY IS THE 19th DAY!!!!!!!!!!

I was calling them but they do not respond ..
I WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM JUDICALLY !

The hotel has a personal dedicated beach with expert massagers. Great location, interesting variety in food, attached mall and good facilities & ambience.

Rooms were nice and clean, food was amazing but there is not much entertainment for 12-15 year olds, the gym is 16+ and the pools are all 120CM and the beach is very dirty
