It was a bad weekend when I visit this hotel

It was a bad weekend when I visit this hotel
At first we dont have a good welcome from the
Employees whose making check in to room
And they were very slow and made me wait about 40 min and the second thing is very bad that the hotel make the dinner out side behind the pond and the whether was very hot and there is too noise from the party that they made with the dinner it's not comfortable for have a rist and enjoy with the dinner and for families to make someone dance there .
At the end I put the two stars one for hotel
And one for someone work there in the Guest Relation her name is Marita it was very helpful and help me to check in and find a good room
