Great location and beautiful Hilton. The bar was open late and the lobby was large and perfect for hanging out with our large party staying there until late into the night. The rooms are a good size and clean.
The room we had the banquet dinner in was very nice.
The hotel was great, used the ball room for a wedding reception. Staff was friendly and attentive no complaints overall.

Dislikes; raised transoms all over the building easily caught my wife's walker and at one point almost caused her to fall. My bathroom had a nice big shower stall but no bathtub. I could only take a shower. The light from the thermostat and radio and the rumbling noise of the in-room refrigerator and air circulation plant were very irritating. I had to devise covers for those little lights and shut off both the fan and the fridge before I could sleep.
We got our first room air conditioning was broken. We got our second room, the shower was stopped up. They cleaned it and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer and drink. It was four people. And it was 10oclock at night.
Have stayed here several times and really like it. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I didn't get the room I was promised. I had 2 rooms booked a month ago. I was disappointed. The facility was clean and comfortable, just not what we reserved. Management was informed and they stated there was nothing they could do.

Edit: Who else is sick of the establishment replying to the review like they care? You muffed it on the first go, and try to save face by replying? No one is falling for your tactics. Corral your rude employees and don't be rude to your customers.

Always have a nice stay here. Usually stay one night while passing through to visit family. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rates are reasonable to especially with AAA. Highly recommend!!
Real nice rooms. The breakfast at the gemi I grill downstairs is great. They have alot of choices and service is very good. The hotel had a great vibe on Friday and Saturday night for the Goodguys staff and car show.
Nice hotel very convenient to shopping at Polaris Fashion Place and many Restaurants prices fluctuate quite a bit depending on demand so book in advance when you can
I went for a one day convention. I found the meeting halls clean and maintained. The amenities where also well done. Although I have seen newer and more modern designs in other Hotels this one received the extra star due to free parking and location
Attended the Germain Christmas Event. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service.
The Hilton Polaris was a treat to stay at. My family and I stayed here on New Year's Day after a long car journey. The staff were friendly and kind, and the Diamond upgrade to the Salon Suite was a treat for the whole family. The executive lounge had soft drinks and water available, and breakfast for Diamonds was served there. Breakfast was of the continental variety, but had enough there to be filled. Great property location as well being so close to tons of food options, Ikea, and the giant Polaris Mall.
I had a service issue which I did make a complaint about last week while on my stay and again this week still no response from the hotel. Its turned relatively minor issue into a major annoyance now.
There is a clear lack of access to management to be able to raise an issue and get it resolved easily.
I stay in Columbus once a month for up to a week, I will think twice about booking here again.

This is an amazing getaway or "staycation" location. Surrounded by several top notch to casual restaurants, shops, a huge mall and entertainment facilities. Plenty of parking, just off the freeway. Rooms are clean and elegant as is the entire facility. Would definitely visit again.

The rooms were very clean, the front desk staff were very helpful, since we we're from out of town they helped with our dinner choice. We had madsages in the spa they we're amazing. And the beds were amazing. I meant to see where could I purchase some pillows they help us sleep well. The next time we come that way we will stay at the Hilton.
Great hotel. Spacious lobby. Have free guest parking. Attended a wedding here, and the ballroom was decently sized to host a reception for 100-120 people.

I stayed in a suite and the room was very comfortable. Loved the bed, and the living room area. I did not like the view to outside, it was to the internal roof. I would stay again.
The rooms are typical Hilton. Clean and very comfortable. Bed was comfy. Shower had tons of pressure. Front desk staff was professional and competent. The conference area is a little dated. Carpet looks old and worn. Conference/event staff is exceptional and always available to assist. The conference facilities appearance is the only reason I went to 3 stars. It needs some serious renovation attention.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. I had the opportunity to have a multi-day meeting while staying at the property and the meeting space was perfect. I cannot say enough about each department: Front Desk, Breakfast Staff, Chef, Bar, Dinner Staff, Food and Beverage...

I attended an annual review for my company at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. The room provided space was adequate for our group, setup in advance and we encountered no issues with the equipment. A gentlemen stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed.
The beverage cart with snacks for the group arrived a few minutes late due to a mixup in communication. The miscommunication was quickly resolved and the accomodations were absolutely adequate.
Everything is amazing here.. me and my girlfriend rented a room for are one year and it has the best lobby I have ever seen.. great staff .. we got the executive king suite and its amazing as well but the executive lounge should have beer thst u dont have pay for because im already paying a lot for the room and now they closed the executive lounge on the weekends so why even get the room and pay that much
