Everything was very good, only negative point was the isolation of the room. I don't want to hear people talk till 4 am in one room and then getting awake by the radio of somebody else in another room.... But apart from that, everything was very good, good food, friendly staff, nice room

Terrific location, right on Interstate 71, adjacent to the Polaris Mall footprint. Hilton has a great restaurant and bar. Local patrons and local entertainment give it a comfortable, welcoming feeling. Dozens of great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.
The Hilton at Polaris is a beautiful hotel with many amenities available. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed having a nice bar and restaurant right in the hotel. The pizza at the Gemini Grill was awesome! We downloaded the HHonors app which made check-in a snap before we even arrived at the hotel. We also used the app as our room key which was very convenient.
I have stayed here several times, and every time it's perfect. Outstanding customer service! Comfy beds and just a pleasurable stay. Close to everything on Polaris.
Room was nice. We were greeted and checked in and out quickly. There wasn t enough parking spots available later in the night and that was a bit annoying. We were told we can park in some of the blocked out spots but had to move our car before 8 am because the spots were being paved in the morning. It wasn t just us there were plenty of people that didn t have parking spots they double parked or parked in the fire lane. The next morning I got up early to move my car and then saw at check out that they were no longer paving spots and we didn t have to move our cars. That was super annoying. That should ve been something the hotel had made sure of - that there was sufficient parking. Also they were out of toothpaste which was a small inconvenience but I thought it was odd.
While the hotel is showing it's age a bit (feels like early 2000's construction), the rooms and amenities have not been neglected. The service was also worth commending.
I only was in the banquet area for a wedding but it was very nice. I would consider having an event there. Also very easy access to highway and attractions for people from out of town.
Had an issue and horrible experience twice with one of the female front desk workers. Other then that hotel is beautiful rooms are cozy and the rest of staff are very polite professional and great
Loved this hotel! We stopped on a business trip and couldnt find anything to complain about. Room was wonderful, clean, spacious, and beds were extremely comfortable. The desk was large enough for both me and my business partner to set up our computers. (It was a single desk but the lower portion had wheels and could roll out to make it suitable for two people.) They have computers and a printer in the main lobby as well. Bar was nice but for a sunday of a holiday weekend bartender could have been more friendly. I kept trying to start conversation to see what was around to do and she wasn't having it. I'm not one to complain having worked many years in service industry so that was a kind way of putting it. Executive levels were solid and back patio was relaxing with plenty of seating and outdoor fireplaces. Parking lots had plenty of free parking close. Had business downtown and was not a bad drive at all. Would stay again.
The executive lounge was a nice touch. Got some veggies and cheese and drinks. Was an unexpected surprise. The wife booked the executive room for the same price came with breakfast and the lounge as part of the package. Win.
I have nothing good to say about our stay. Horrible service from the staff, they failed to deliver services timely that I paid for (American girl e oerience) in advance and the "upgraded" room was terribly laid out. Room on end cap 6th floor led to an early checkout. Tons of other hotel options in the area. I will never stay here again.
The visit was nice. Room clean and nice. The bed and pillows were not the best. Complimentary breakfast was not great either. Overall, I was let down because of the hype and price only to find it to be average.
Stayed here for the Arnold. Very modern Hilton - super clean and comfortable rooms. Pool/hot tub was awesome. Very convenient to the Convention Center/Downtown Cbus (about 15-20min straight shot down the highway). Great value for those coming in that don't want to pay hundreds more a night for a downtown hotel. If we get another hotel room, we'll definitely be back next year!
WORD TO THE WISE: There are a TON of restaurants near by (standard chain stuff), but the Polaris mall is complete madness during evenings/weekends. We went out at 6PM on a Saturday and just about every single restaurant was a 1.5-2hr wait for 2, not to mention gridlock traffic just in the PARKING LOT. Even on a Thursday night when we got in, same story. I have never seen that level of hysteria to go eat at chain restaurants during a non-holiday in my entire life. Make dinner reservations, order out, or get as far away from the Polaris Mall as you can if you want to eat something before 9PM.
We had a meeting in a ballroom and breakfast and lunch in another ballroom. The light breakfast was wonderful. The coffee was always fiiled and hot and the station was well maintained. Lunch was buffet and the food was wonderful. There was ongoing maintenance with the food and used dishes. The halls were large and up to date. The hotel is stylish and well kept.
The rooms were clean and the staff was respecful and helpful. The on-site restaurant was also very good. Location is great, close to various shopping and food options. Would recommend!
Room was wayy too hot the entire time we were there and no matter what we set the thermostat to, there was no temperature change. Couldn't sleep because it was so hot! For the price you pay, the bathroom could have been cleaner and it would be nice to get free bottled water and free breakfast for the price, but maybe that's just me.
Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Our ac wasn't working and we called the desk and it was no time that they had someone up to fix it and that was great. We did a couple massage in the spa. I don't know if my partner really enjoyed his as 2 times she hurt him and he had to tell her to stop. Once back in the room I had to work on a muscle that she had hurt. My massage was not bad at all.
What a perfect escape from kids, work and stresses! We had the presidential suite which includes a private pool. By our getaway's end, we were completely relaxed from head to toe. Thank you for the great experience.
Rooms clean. Hotel perfect. Breakfast delicious. I gave 1 because when i checked in the toilet seat tank was not filling, this was after midnight. Management gave me hard time to fix it. Stayed without bathroom till the morning
Honestly I hate to do this, but this is how I feel. I did a hotel wedding block and my sales person was phenomenal. I did gift baskets and everything made it to everyone safely and it was great.
However, I was getting married on a Sunday, and I booked our hotel room for Saturday and Sunday. I stayed the night Saturday and left Sunday afternoon to get ready at my wedding venue. My now husband, goes into our hotel room around 3pm to find our room completely empty. His friend went to knock on our door, and was proceeded to be told by the cleaning staff nobody was in there. He said thats not true, my friend just went in there. The staff member then said uh oh, and that is when my husband realized they threw all of my belongings in a trash bag, and took them to who knows where. They took my prescription narcotics also, and he had to ask for those AFTER they brought back my work laptop and clothing and everything else. Someone had bought us large pizzas so we had food to eat after the wedding, and they were thrown away. My husband, hours before he was to walk down the aisle, had to worry about retrieving all of our items that were tossed in a bag like trash.
We were compensated some and given a future night for free, but to me this just isnt really forgivable. This should have never happened, especially to a bride and groom ON their wedding day. Not only was it an invasion of privacy, but unneeded stress added. And of course our pizza was thrown away which was worth the 50.00 they compensated us.
Outside of this our stay was fantastic, staff was great and again my sales person was phenomenal and this was out of her control.
I didn't stay at the Polaris, but rather attended a conference. The facility is nice, although the conference room was extremely cold, maybe at the request of the group hosting the event. They were completely out of coffee at the break, but we were able to purchase some close to the check-in area. Something was amiss with the carpeting that day--perhaps the carpeting was freshly installed? Bits of material from the carpeting we're clinging to guests clothing. Any of the items mentioned are easy fixes. I would certainly consider staying at this facility. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location, next to the mall. Very clean. Has an ok gym, pool is a little small but nice and clean, and a spa that offers massage, botox, and other services.
