Nice rooms and great location if you are in Polaris

It s where I stay every time I travel to the Columbus / Westerville area. Nice hotel which is convenient to Polaris PKWY and all it has to offer.

It was clean and professional and the staff was kind

We love the Polaris location, near the shopping center, restaurants and the Zoo.

Me and my friends went here for the new years eve celebration. It was a Bollywood night. A bit crowded place as even after sold out show they were selling tickets. But nice food, music and drinks. Overall it was fun if you live in Columbus Ohio or nearby this is the biggest Bollywood night event at new years. So definitely check it out next year.

Attended a company meeting at the Hilton. The staff was nice and courteous and the place was veryb clean.

Always come to this location. Absolutely love it and the kids enjoy the pool. Rooms are clean and beds are nice.

The facilities were clean and the parking was generous. However, the food at the wedding was awful. Why do you cook a steak well done, and why does it taste like it came out of the microwave?

Clean. Nice rooms. Service was a bit slow when we called the front desk to ask for extra pillows but it wasn t terrible. Conveniently located near all of the shopping and restaurants at Polaris Parkway. Parking was good.

Clean, friendly staff, here for a wedding and awesome experience

We had great customer service and they were most helpful. Our first room smelled of smoke which was disappointing, but the staff was quick to respond and move us to a different room. The automatic bathroom light was bothersome and the lack of a bathroom fan was also bothersome. The breakfast buffet was lovely with wonderful service there as well.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. I will definitely be back in the future.

Attenfed a Conference here for Fiscal Officers. Very nice facilities however the confrench rooms were a tad cold. Other than the temperature it was nearly perfect.

Was only there for a bridal show so didn't see much

Room was kept very clean and stocked. Only issue i had with this hotel, and it's minimal, was pulling out into traffic was hard to do when the road was busy.

My girlfriend and I had the chefs grand 10 course tasting for our anniversary. We were blown away by the inventiveness of the dishes and the peerless craftsmanship of the food. I have never had duck so tender, new york strip so succulent, or salmon so rich and smokey. The meal wasnt cheap but for the quality we recieved i wouldnt expect it to be. Absolutely excellent. Best meal Ive eaten in Cincinnati.

The conference center and food was fantastic, and the rooms were extremely comfortable.

Clean and well appointed suite. Nice lobby, and friendly staff. Great location next to the mall.

An alleged Full Service Hotel that only offer Full price with less Service.

The rooms are well appropriated. The bed are comfy and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed the room service food when I have tried it. Overall, i consider this the best hotel in the Polaris area.

Flavors of the vine event. Great turnout, great people, and a great cause

Hands down the best hotel experience that we have ever had. Booked over 20 rooms for a car show occurring in the area. The staff, staring with Cara (The revenue manager) could not have been more helpful. Rooms were perfect and the breakfast buffet was fabulous - Great bacon. Kitchen staff help me heat up some BBQ that we brought for a small picnic. We have been coming to Columbus for this particular event for 20+ years and will always continue to stay at this Hilton. Again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel. The bathroom was a little small but I was quite impressed.

Went to a family reunion. The space was great and the food was good too.

Nice clean hotel rooms were nice and staff nice. Outside patio and firepits were really nice. Going back this weekend for OSU game.

Went for Easter brunch, choices were good but variety was lacking in the children's choices

I stay here whenever I'm in Westerville at our corporate headquarters. Always clean and fresh.

They don't have enough parking when there is a big event going on

First time here... great location right off freeway.. close to shops and restaurants.. love the robes and shower..

Nice room.. some cable channels didn't have sound but that is minor.

Our favorite Columbus hotel. We live close enough that we can be back every week. Beds were super comfortable, and due to Covid, the price was right!

Went to the Hilton for drinks with a friend who was staying in town, the bar setting is extremely professional and relaxed, servers were fantastic and food was also excellent. Then at the end I expected a high Bill but for what we had this was very reasonable for Polaris

Very reliable hotel. Clean, friendly staff good food. Open and warm.

Check in lady was rude and had no compassion. Then the hotel allowed someone to enter our room. The hotel escorted them, but, how do you allow someone to do that WITHOUT our permission? I wouldn't have an issue if the desk would of called us.

Excellent property at a great location in Columbus.

Rooms are very basic Don t order anything to be in the room when you arrive it s either not going to be there or going to be delivered to someone completely different than you

If you have any issues don't bother with the GM , just go straight to corporate they will fix there mistake on behalf of them ;)

The food and ballrooms are very nice for professional events.

The service was good the hotel was very clean everyone was nice and friendly. I would go there again and I was suggested to friends.

Awesome New Years Eve weekend at The Hilton Polaris Hotel. Staff greetings, Room service & overall hotel amenities beyond expectations. If your looking for a 5 getaway the Hilton at Polaris is the place to be.

Nice place, good customer service and a quality room. Didn t totally feel the bang for my buck though, I felt it could have been a little more upscale for the price they were asking.

One of my favorite Hilton properties. The rooms are great and the staff is friendly. Great location next to the Polaris Mall and near countless restaurants and bars. Executive lounge on the ninth floor is very cozy.

This hotel is great (still here). There is a restaurant, bar, spa, and pool/hot tub

Host was very professional and the hotel felt and looked high-end! Everything you would expect from a Hilton and some!

The room and amenities were great. Great location, close to everything. Clean and comfortable stay. However, the hotel bar prices were way too high. 3 Bud Lights + 3 small mixed drinks was $60. That's an average drink price of $10 with nothing fancy whatsoever. Way too pricey, in my opinion.

Nice and Never Overbooked. Can t hear a Peep from any other Hotel guests. Seems like I always have the whole floor to myself every time I stay here! Very Relaxing and the Rooms are always Spot-free clean and wake-up fully rested.

Rooms were very clean and had anything you could ask for. Stayed for a work function for a week and was impressed by all that was offered.

Great service! If you hit the bar, just sit back and watch Beth work. She's amazing, friendly, and fast. All in all, great time had all weekend.

Went for the Bridal Expo. They had a lot of great vendors, however the space wasn't adequate for the amount of attendees.
