Great room in a beautiful hotel. Dinner in the in house restaurant was wonderful. Lots of terrific shopping and entertainment options around too.

Good place for an event. Good amenities and food. Well put together.

Nice location right off of Polaris. Was only here briefly for a work event.

Hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size, staff was friendly and professional. I was here for a wedding and none of us had a bad experience, though I can tell you that some of the rooms have showers and not bath/shower combos.

I'm mainly writing this review to compliment Liz in the lobby bar. She was incredibly friendly, makes a solid Bloody Mary (check 'em out), and went above and beyond to accommodate our large and boisterous group. Also, Liz somehow managed to convince my sister to stop biting her fingernails after almost 3 decades, so her powers seem to have no limits :-)

The hotel is across the street from a great bowling alley and a Dave & Buster's, so when our group wasn't at the hotel bar (or the wedding) we definitely had enough to keep us occupied. There are a few other activities in the area, but we didn't check them out.

Great service, great room, free water bottles, good food

Was there for an office Christmas party in the Grand Ballroom. Food was excellent and service was great. Staff was friendly. Location was elegant.

Absolutely a wonderful experience, couldn't have been treated better, top notch service, super clean rooms, wonderful staff, will definitely return again and again. Hilton is my new go to for my travel stays!

Located directly off the highway, super easy to find and get to. Room was nice, very spacious. The presidential suites are amazing! Food is not included, and quite pricey, but it could be worse!

Amazing Hotel. The lobby's floorplan is dizzing, each time coming off the elevator into the lobby felt like I was making a nee set of turns to leave the elevator

Visited for a work event. The food and service was very good. The main negative was a shortage of parking. Overall a nice hotel if you're staying in the Polaris area.

There for an awards ceremony so that's all I can base this from. Bar service was great and food was perfect for what I ordered. Priced moderately. Our bartender was superb. Didn't catch her name.

I was there for the bridal expo and the room was very clean, the trash was taken out before it became over flowing. The lobby was very clean as well. I did not speak with the hotel staff or visit any of the rooms, but what I did see left a very good impression.

The Rooms are old it's over priced the bathrooms have a urine SMELL only good thing was the location it was right where I wanted to be.

The kids loved the pool play area and for good reason, it's big and awesome. I loved the fact that it wasn't too deep and I didn't really have to worry too much about my six-year-old swimming around. The breakfast was really good but not a lot of seating. The room was extraordinarily clean. The hotel manager was super super nice and accommodating. I will say my only complaint..and this is just a personal one.. is the beds were way too firm and springy.

Large room. Would be good for corporate gatherings, wedding receptions, etc.

Fantastic service, great rooms and a convenient location. Only downside is that no free breakfast is served here.

Attended for the Talend Social conference and had a great experience. They treated the attendees exceptionally well and their breakfast had a great selection. Highly recommend.

Clean room, walking distance to mall, and amazing bar!

This location is ALWAYS very clean and bright. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very well taken care of and I always get whatever I need when I ask.

I was there for work. We were treated by my manager for breakfast and it was good. The buffet was clean and all the food was fresh.

I was there for a work meeting, but from my few hours there it was great! Very clean and the outside has great landscaping. The food served was excellent and the staff did a wonderful job taking care of everything!

The hotel is very nice. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. The executive lounge is very nice as well.

Stayed 2 nights. There's a swimming pool but with specific hours. The exercise gym (3 floors) is open 24/7. Everything was smooth from checkin to checkout

10/10 from me! The room was very nice and clean. The bar staff was amazing and they also offer food there at the bar. The amount of Uber s that hang around this hotel is crazy! There s always a car within a minute to take you anywhere.

Very very very very very clean room. Bed and many pillows comfortable beyond belief, although I am no Goldilocks. Pay 1.50 for a coffee at a 4 star hotel? Oh no way. Seriously, richest country in the world and at the famous HIlton and I can't get a cup of coffee? Also man who checked me in was rude and put me right by elevator. There was about 10 cars in the parking lot and twice as many floors and you're putting in my the nosiest room? Literally the emptiest hotel at which I ever stayed. No coffee and dorky disrespectful dude. Seems like it always boils down to these two factors.

Beautiful hotel. Loved our room...lots of space, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Felt upscale...with a reasonable pricetag.

Was only visiting a friend staying overnight in town. The room was beautiful and clean. The bar was quite busy at the time but friendly service. The pool area left something to be desired. The whirlpool was out of order and the pool was overrun with running and screaming kids. Didn't complain to staff, but we couldn't even sit in the pool area and carry on a conversation due to their noise level. Between two women they brought nine children. A suggestion could be that maybe a staff member could do a walk through or visual possibly hourly to see that all is well for all patrons that might like to use the area.

My exposure to the hotel was the exhibitors hallway at a recent conference. From there, the hotel seemed clean and very well-appointed.

The bar was very nice and the drink I had was pretty good.

Nice rooms and especially showers. Quiet rooms the two nights I was there. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety of hot and cold items. The lobby also has a cool fireplace and bar area. It's convenient that the hotel is within walking distance of Polaris Fashion Place.

Went to.a wedding there.The food was excellent and the banquet rooms are nice.

Quiet, courteous staff, good value. The only odd thing was that I paid for an upgrade to a suite with a parlor. The parlor was great, but it also came with an "upgraded" bathroom. I assumed that meant a jetted tub or similar, but it was more square footage. Period. Just a huge room, big enough to be another bedroom, but with nothing in it but a standard shower, toilet and sink.

We were there for an awards ceremony. It was nice but the local was not as nice as others we have been to. The food was good, the bartender we had was great. Wish we could have seen more of it, rained the entire time we were there.

Ugly place. Ugly reception. I had a reservation for 4 nights and I had to pay each time when I visited the reception. And different amount of money was recharged. I'll try to bot use Hilton anymore. In any country

Beautiful place. Convenient location. A maid opened my door without knocking at 8am- so make sure you place your "do not disturb tag" The staff was not regretful about disturbing my sleep bc I did not have tag on door.

Good location, great staff. Always a favorite stop for us. Nice rooms, easy off and on from I-71, and lots of options in the area. Nice bar too.

Beautiful hotel! Convenient location with clean and well kept rooms and equipment. Fitness center was decently sized with an array of items and the pool and hot tub were clean. There was a strong smell of chlorine that was overwhelming at times, but at least we know the water was clean! Rooms were large and staff was pleasant.

Wonderful and exhilarating right from the entrance of the hotel. Quick, uneventful and professional check in. The cleanist hotel that i have stayed at on my 2 week vacation. My family along with our friends and their family love the hotel. The bar was very clean and very adult like but calm and soothing atmosphere. The bar was very clean and very relaxing. My son and his friends loved the pool and had a blast. I HIGHLY recomend hilton in polaris.
