Service was superb nice quiet location however the double rooms were 2 4ft beds and not standard size doubles

The best resort you'll ever stay in Florida! The staff is beyond helpful and super nice. I could talk about how nice the Four Seasons is all day... so just believe me when I say that it is the BEST resort in Florida.

Beautiful place to stay and excellent service! Great family hotel!

Probably the nicest staff anywhere, they helped when I cut my foot in the pool. So employees come around the pool with snacks and stuff. There s a basketball court, stores, a slide and quality rooms. Go here if you can afford.

We love this hotel. We tried to find a less expensive place to stay, but nothing compares. They make it so easy to travel with children.

Great restaurant at the top. You can see the Disney fireworks displays. It's on Disney property so that's awesome. In room dining leaves much to be desired which is weird because Capa is so great.

This is the first time I ve had nothing negative to say about a hotel at all in Orlando. I am highly impressed by the attention to detail in absolutely every aspect of this hotel. The amenities are wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous. The palm tree lined walkways are magical. I don t golf, but the golf course made for an excellent and relaxing walking trail. The gym amenities are excellent - it s the first hotel I ve ever been in that HAS A STAIRMASTER! I was so happy. They are very kid friendly, from babysitting services to the food offered and the splash park and Game Center for the kids. The housekeeping services were unparalleled - I left my laptop mouse out and came back to my room with a mousepad under it! If they see you have glasses, they leave you a lens wipe. If they see you have leather shoes, they leave a shoe shining wipe. The bathrooms are INCREDIBLE - there are TVs in the mirrors (with DVR and on demand movies), a gorgeous and relaxing bathtub, and a double spray head shower. The nearly fully size bigelow bath pedicures are a plus as well. Nespresso makes in the rooms and endless supply of bottled water (I drink like a fish!) were hugely impactful. Four Seasons has accomplished stacking up all the wonderful minute details to accomplish the epic guest experience. I had never before considered having my wedding in Orlando, but this Four Seasons may gave converted me. I am astounded! The only thing I d like to see improvement on is some better and more healthy options for eating - there are salads and fruit, but not much more like green juice. Other than that, seriously, an incredible stay. I ll never stay anywhere else when traveling to Orlando again!

While it is a beautiful resort, it is overpriced for what it is. Staff was friendly, but not top notch as would be expected for the prices. Sunday brunch is $40 for adults, $20 for kids plus gratuities and was underwhelming. Basically your run of the mill breakfast buffet with an omelette station. I can only assume since it is near Disney they can command these prices.

Capa is a gorgeous space and the service was impeccable. The views are probably the best in Orlando, and the entire experience is better than California Grill. It's a splurge, but it tops anything at the Disney hotels.

One of the finest resorts in the Disney World area. Great restaurants and excellent service. Capa is a Spanish themed restaurant on the roof. There is a terrace to smoke cigars after dinner and watch the fireworks over Magic Kingdom. Ravello is a great Sunday brunch destination, too. Free valet parking validation is available for those not staying at the hotel but dining here.

The restaurant was full of kids, the server was not trained for a 5 star restaurant and our special booth was next to the kitchen and server computer. Never again.

Beautiful grounds set within a tropical Florida location. Impeccable service by friendly waitstaff, perfect pool to lounge by or float in the lazy river.
Plenty of spots for libations and snacks. The Kids love this place!

The attention for detail at this place is amazing. Every night you can see fireworks at Disney for rooftop. Simply superb.

Great for kids, nice lazy river and great video game room. Good coffee/gelato place. Awesome restaurants. Great golf course, even though I didn't go to it. Rooms are very nice but expensive. Pets are allowed. Nice staff and great location close to Disney. My favorite hotel and maybe my favorite place in the world! If you live in Florida it's cheaper!

We dined at Ravello two times and both times we had an amazing experience. Katie our server was very professional and accommodating. She made us feel at home and part of the Four Seasons family. We like it so much that we went back for the second time after 2 days with more friends and family and asked for her. She remembered my wife's drink and my son's food selection. The food is great and very reasonably priced compared to other hotel/resort restaurants! We will go back for sure.

The location is lovely. They decorate beautifully for the holidays. I am allergic to shellfish and even though we were at a dinner for 500, they promptly provided me with a non shellfish dinner. The service is impeccable and everyone is very courteous.

Great beds, rooms feel more upscale and comfortable than nicest Disney properties, multiple pools, easy access to all parks. If price is similar between this and Disney deluxe hotels, the four seasons is the better option.

Took my teenage daughter to Ravello at 4S. I hadn't been there before and used lOpenTable to make a reservation. Gave me the wrong address, so we were late. They accommodated us fine. The food was ok, though I expected a bit more. Good service. We had a nice time.

Visited as part of work for months, no opportunities of tour some staff is not really in the mood for hospitality considering is inside Disney world.

Best hotel in Orlando, rooms are big and clean, beds are very comfortable, and food from restaurants are amazing

Four Seasons remains an unparalleled experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The property is not only well manicured but the constant cleaning and upkeep are well noticed but also not disruptive. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere, next level above other resorts when it comes to the infrared scanners/temp check stations. The Kids Club and Explorer areas made our kid s vacation. Thank you to the staff: Kierra, Maya, Sora, Jake for your care and fun. Guests were also all wearing masks and very responsible and courteous. We didn t feel an air of pretentiousness at all and sometimes at luxury resorts, you can sense this. The entire family slept so well. Thank you Four Seasons for a relaxing, wonderful time that for a second made us feel COVID-era wasn t here.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel this is. From the interior, the gardens to the swiming pools, etc. Everything is designed with taste and well maintained.

Despite its size, the hotel feels very quite and relaxed. Except for the breakfast room (Ravello), which can be noisy at times.

Attended breakfast with goofy. Pricey for a buffet but worth it for the look on my 3 year olds face meeting Goofy, Mickey and Minnie. Shame photo pass is only for Goofy too.

Worst Disney Experience Ever....This hotel is not worth the money ..They have no transportation to Water parks or Disney Springs .. They made us get an additional room because I failed to list my baby on the reservation..and only listed my 6 and 7 year old. we come to Disney often and definitely would rather stay at any of the other Magic Kingdom Resorts ...

The only way to survive multiple days at Disney Parks is to rest and recover at the Four Seasons Orlando. The hotel is phenomenally managed, down to every detail. The customer service is unparalleled anywhere else in Orlando. Rooms are spacious retreats where you can rest comfortably. The Spa is heavenly and exceptional. Totally worth the price of any service because you can relax there all day in their several areas, from the Solarium to the jacuzzi to the shower experience room. It s the only way to recuperate after walking 30 miles during the week. The Hideout and Kids For All Seasons are fantastic kids zones excellently managed and super entertaining for kids. The four large pools, including an adult only pool, lazy river, splash zone and a pool where you can watch a Disney movie are all fantastic. The poolside service is incredible, you don t need to bring a thing, just yourself and your bathing suit. The dining experience is wonderful! The Lickety Split cafe and Ravello (character breakfast with Goofy and Pals) were my family s favorites. The boutiques are stocked with desirable items including super cool James Perse graphic tees made exclusively for Disney and Four Seasons. There s exclusive transportation for guests from the hotel to the parks which we found great. Anything we needed was attended to by the onsite Disney concierge and the Four Seasons concierge team. We can t wait to visit again!

Impressive, a beautiful place, a thousand things to do, enjoy. Super friendly staff, very well predisposed, whether they speak the language or not, they try a lot to understand you and to serve you as well as possible.

The Orlando Four Seasons is truly a remarkable place to stay. Every single interaction with any of the staff was pleasant and helpful, the rooms and all of the facilities were amazing and clean, and even the weather was nice. I was there for work and didn't get time to visit Disney World, but I enjoyed three of the five restaurants and several of their many pools. While expansive, all the food I had was top notch and if you can afford it, I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone headed to Disney.

This has been a once in a lifetime adventure. Amazing experience, I'm in town for work and the staff have been incredible. They have been able to help me with all needs so far. I am loving the views and scenery. It has been the perfect place to relax and unwind even with a tight work schedule. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very quiet especially with all the little ones who are around for their magical vacations. The food is beyond perfect, Lickety Split gets you geared up first thing in the morning with great tea or coffee, Ravello has an amazing menu supporting kids with different abilities, and in house catering for meals was fantastic- the Macrons are to die for. I do hope to come back one day when I can afford the rates, but until then thank you so much for making magic happen.

Celebrated my 50th Birthday at Capa. The Hotel has breathtaking views throughout the property! Even more so at Capa s outdoor terrace. Beautiful food presentation and service was phenomenal! Our 12 year old had pork Belly, Apple Butter, Pistachio for the first time, LOVED it!
My Birthday will always be so memorable, all due to Corei, Nga and Alex, Chris (valet), Chris (greeter).
Incredible staff! You can certainly tell they take their pride in service to a whole new level!
