I had dinner at the bar my bartender's name was Beth she was very polite and wasquick with service I had a great experience I will definitely be back

The rooms are nice. Executive suite had a large bath and shower, as well as two bathrooms, and plenty of lounge space. The fitness center was nice, and the pool was very spacious. In room dining seemed over priced for what was offered though.

The hotel wait staff was very nice. The lobby has a tv that you can watch in case you're waiting for anyone. The hotel also has a restaurant called The Bistro. There is a pool and a hot tub located on the main level, ten seconds from the reception desk. The area the hotel is located is hard to beat. Walking distance to everything at Easton. I'd recommend staying here for an overnight stay, or a two to three night stay.

Really nice service, clean and ordered! The CS is fenomenl and everyone is friendly and ready to give quick answers and satisfy everything you ask. Nice pool. Bed are comfy and feels like you don't wanna get up.

Beautifully decorated, rooms have always been clean and well appointed. Peter Thomas Roth toiletries, coffee/tea in room, and comfy beds. Room service is great! Patio with firepit is gorgeous!

Meeting spaces are pretty decent, facilities and food service are nice

I stay here regularly as I travel to the area for work. Service is excellent and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you.

I actually only come to this Hilton because every Tuesday there is a cruise in car meet for all ages. Complete with water, old guys who love their cars, and even some live entertainment on occasion! I go every week with my buddy even though we dont fit in, but regardless we always have a great time and talk to some really smart guys.

Nice hotel; nice room even though the floor lamp did not work. We hosted our youth group conclave there. The catered meals were very good. I would not hesitate to go back.

Went there for a wedding show. The venue was nice and we'll laid out.

Went for an after work event and there was a good live band playing outside in the courtyard. Appetizers are a little pricey but pretty tasty.

Decided to stay here overnight last night for my son's birthday. This was his first time in a hotel. The room was clean & staff were professional & pleasant. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool, too.

Had a small bachelor party in one of the suites. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly.

My favorite Hilton property in the US for business travel. Over 20 visits and it's consistently above all others.

Convenient location with clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool and reasonably good workout facility available. Breakfast for purchase or included for diamond level members. Many nearby restaurants and convenience stores for business travelers who may have forgotten anything.

Beautiful set up, courtesy staff, warm and welcoming. They answered my questions when I had them and rooms were clean and well put together.

Very nice hotel. The night clerk did make me feel uncomfortable with the way he stared at me as I left and returned on a personal errand.

The beds are amazing customer service picks up right away.Also good food.Internet TV and Phone as well as indoor pool + more.

The accommodations were above average and the staff was extra friendly. I would visit this establishment again if I were to travel back to the area. The event hall was exceptional.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The building was very clean and the fire alarm works! There is a very nice open area for meetings and a really neat fireplace. Some great food and shopping nearby. I had a great time at the conference I went to.

A nice hotel but slowly becoming out-dated compared to comparable hotels in the area. Large and spacious but once you get in the room, its really nothing special for the price in relation to the others in the area.

We ate at the bar and the food & drinks were good (as usual). They have some of the best wings & burgers in town.

Room was spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful, but the food has been outstanding! I am here for a Carmelite Congress and the staff has gone out of their way to help us have a wonderful experience here. The Macaroni and cheese was insanely delicious! Thanks to all for making this such a special event.

Very nice hotel. Bar area is small. Burger (ordered at almost midnight) was overcooked. Next night had the Reuben that was spot on. Conference rooms were too cold, but the food was awesome. I had an executive room. It was pretty standard and the bathroom was tiny. Some old (maybe moldy) caulk in the shower. Door was not seated correctly. would rattle at night when someone closed another door on the floor.

We were in town visiting some friends from Chicago.. We decided to stay at one of the nicer hotels up north, location is great and very convenient.. we stood at their executive level hoping for peace and quite apparently we were unlucky.. 2 wedding booked that weekend and the floor was booked full of chaos and noise.. honestly we only used it to stay the night and breakfast.. we were in and out.. as when it came to the room it wasn't as clean as I'd like.. felt like our room was rushed, my wife found hair from previous tenants in the shower... sound proofing could be better but than again it's a hotel.. breakfast on the other hand was top notch, perfect way to start the day.. honestly the only reason I'd even consider staying at hotel again would be because of their breakfast and room temperature.. not sure if that's a good thing.

Surprising snazzy place. Never crowded and offers to drive guests to the Columbus airport after their stay. Has a gym and massage area and a generally nice atmosphere. Convienently in walking distance of the main mall with stores such as Macy's and Von Maur.

I met a friend there for drinks. The staff was nice a day the drinks were very good.

In a ballroom for an event. It was very nice. Bar seemed like it was hopping.
