Great gym. Close to shopping. Super comfortable needs. Great got water. Very friendly staff.

Outstanding hotel! Friendly service all the way around here. The rooms are very quiet and I was not able to hear other rooms even once during any of my stays here. Very soft beds and the bathroom was always very clean. The restaurant is also very good with extremely great food. This hotel also has a very nice outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this hotel! Great location as well.

The rooms were very clean. The maids didn't do a bad job. The location of the hotel was very convenient because it was like 5 minutes away from the school my family was visiting.

The hotel was wonderful and the service was great, the only thing that could have been better was the pool room because of how many people were in it, but that is no fault to the hotel.

The check in staff was extremely polite. She explained everything that we needed to know. Felt very welcoming. The room was clean, beds comfy and plenty of plugs for electronic charging fory children. This hotel is located in a great spot near eateries and all kinds of stores so if you need to run and get something you can. It's also convenient to highway.

Really nice hotel with a classic Hilton feel located directly off Polaris parkway. I've stayed here as an overnight guest and also enjoyed breakfast in the executive lounge. Great place to visit if you're in the area!

When I think of Hilton I think of high class clean hotels. This wasn't the case for this Hilton. My company held our meeting at this location and to my surprise finding our board room not clean at all. Particles all around with big dust bunnies. This includes under the table, along walls, entire floor, and between fixtures. Looks like it hasn't been touched for awhile. I didn't even want to put my bag on the floor. I can only imagine what the rest of the hotel looks like. With what is happening in the world right now. Cleaning is one of the most important jobs out there and one of the lowest paying jobs, Why?? The employee at the front desk this morning was very nice and very helpful. The 1 star is for the Hilton. 5 stars for this Employee.

We stayed here on a business conference trip. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The ballroom set up for the conference was nice as well.

Terrible. Spend every year there for the Goodguys Nationals only to spend an hour on the phone and be told I could only have the rate for the night the show ends and a discount of $295 for the other nights of my stay. An hour of my life for a lot of nothing.

We visited Ohio for the Rock on the Range concert weekend and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING at the restaurant inside the hotel. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We ordered room service one night and the food was prompt and delicious. The only mini issue we had was a TV remote stopped working and the maintenance guy was up so fast with another we can't complain. We will definitely stay again whenever we are back in the area.

Location was very easy to find. This hotel was very clean, well-managed, and unbelievably classy. It was a top notch place for our business seminar and everything was great. Catered meals by the hotel were fantastic and the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Beware this is not a good example of what a Hilton Hotel should be. Disrespectful front staff that is not capable of handling room assignments and appropriate adjustments. The rooms are generally clean but in need of some repairs. During my last stay the shower floor tile was broken loose and the drain backed up. The management team there needs to work on a maintenance plan and front desk training.

We visited two weeks ago and felt the hotel did an excellent job making guests feel safe. Our room doors had sealed stickers indicating they were deep cleaned. The rooms were bright and spacious and boast two comfortable King size beds. Housekeeping is done only upon request and service was prompt and courteous. The Bar&Patio @ 8700 offered bar food during limited hours but service was on the slow side. Registration and checkout were a breeze, and there's ample free parking.

The hotel staff were attentive to my needs and went out of their way to help. Very positive attitudes and friendly. Looking forward to the next visit!
