It's a gorgeous hotel, but some things just don't work as well as you'd hope for something so grandiose. A/C absolutely couldn't get the room below 68, which is really, really annoying. The phone didn't work, had to call the front desk from my cell phone. Staff were fine, but not nearly as friendly as you'd hope. Oh well...

My in laws had a room and we stopped there in between shopping at Easton and or dinner reservation. Unfortunately, the card reader in the door ran out of battery, which took 3 trips to the front desk to figure out something was wrong and they sent maintenance up. All in all it took about an hour to get into the room
The manager, Carrie, was very helpful. She called me 6 PM when Fedex pick up did not happen. She called me & delivered my bag herself to Fedex. I really appreciate them.
Another exceptional experience at Hilton Easton. I've stayed here many times over the years. The staff and management ensure a great experience. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. A Huge Thank you!! I will stay here again the next time I come to Columbus.
We went there for the breakfast buffet. The hostess was nice. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The hotel was clean. Friendly people. Had a nice time.
Work related event. Everything went swimmingly. Some of the finger food was meh, but the main dinner and stations were excellent. Service was great as well.
Very loud, thin walls, maids making noise. No place to get coffee before 6am?!? That's ridiculous (who actually uses the discusting room coffee maker?) Rooms nice and clean.
Very dissatisfied with the service and accommodations, particularly for the price. If I'm paying $400 per room I expect to not have a ratty bathroom floor mat in both rooms, or have to go down to the front desk two hours after we called for towels to go pick them up because they "forgot". Our second room wasn't ready when we checked in an hour after their check in time, and they said they would bring up the card keys for the second room in an hour. Yeah, they forgot that too.
Just a great hotel. Clean, beautifully furnished, large rooms, friendly staff. Across the street from the Easton Town Center's shops, restaraunts, cinema, and bars.
I am a Hilton Honors member. Since the renovation of this once fantastic hotel I will never return. All but the location has gone down hill. Service, food, staff, room cleanliness, room service and front desk. When in Columbus .... Marriott here I come
Don't know how we will ever top finding a better getaway than this. We had a fantastic, relaxing, romantic time. Can't say enough great things about this place. I will be recommending this place to everyone.
The lobby is beautiful and there are numerous event rooms. Large, fully stocked bar and full restaurant are available from early morning to midnight. Pets are welcome. Staff is wonderful.
Stayed at the hotel while attending a conference. My room was not available so I was upgraded for no charge. Very nice room and amenities. Hotel was renovated recently and it's very nice! The bed could be more comfortable though for sure.
The staff was courteous and helpful, but the guests were a mixed bag when it came to wearing masks. Many wore them around their chin if they wore them at all. When we checked in on Friday night there were tons of people just hanging out in the lobby. Again, many were unmasked. We picked this hotel to break up a road trip specifically because of what we read about safety precautions - we are a very Covid cautious family. This was a bad fit for us. Rather than staying the two nights we had planned, we canceled our second night and got back in the road.
Most gorgeous hotel I've ever been in. Very comfortable room with luxurious robes. Light up magnification mirror in the bathroom. Lovely view of Easton all lit up for Christmas. Executive floor guests get the weekend breakfast buffet included.
Just checked in 30 minutes ago. Friendly staff at the desk, friendly bar tender at the lobby bar. Very impressive, beautiful and open lobby. Love it so far.
They were so friendly and went out of their way to greet us and our dogs every time we walked them. The beds were super comfortable. The room was extremely clean. All in all a wonderful experience.
Beautiful hotel & grounds. Attended for a work seminar only (no suite review). The food served for breakfast and lunch were delicious. More vegetarian/low carb options would be more inclusive. The service was tremendous, very pleasant hospitality staff. The front desk and lobby were buzzing, yet the staff seemed upbeat and attentive. Restrooms were clean & orderly. Grounds were very well kempt with courteous valet staff. Would love to have a personal stay here in the future!
The tall blondish brown haired guy that works mornings at the front desk is very friendly and efficient. This is probably one of the best hotels in the Columbus area. There is shopping and restaurants steps away from the hotel's front doors. The food and beverage quality at this hotel was superior to what is offered at other hotels in the area. All public areas (lobby, pool, restaurant, lounge, fitness center) were nice an clean. I slept very well. My room was well appointed and comfortable. I had zero problems and will be back. The only negative aspect of the room was that the carpet was very dirty. It was not worn out- it just needs a good shampoo. I was in room 470.
Its extremely nice, room was mediocre however our room service was god awful. The lady was rude as can be. Check out time is not till noon however this lady knocked on our door at 10 wanting us to leave. We got up and got showers and this lady waited outside our door the entire time. 30 minutes lady this lady knocked again and started turning our door handle. I told her we are trying to get ready and leave and as I looked out our door shes sitting out there drinking a soda just waiting for us to leave. We travel alot and stay in many hotels. But the room service here was the worst we have every come across.
Rooms are clean, well maintained. We were there for a conference and then had the room overnight. We also had a meal there at lunch. Good food, staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel is really nice and rooms are big. But the room I got was not prepared properly for the next guest. Some of the furniture was damaged. Planning to stay away from this Hilton next time. Service is ok, have had much better experiences at other Hilton locations.
The Hilton is the only hotel I will stay at. The Easton Hilton rooms are super clean and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The customer service is superior compared to any other nice hotel. The buffet is a little expensive but the food options are amazing. Besides you can eat until you explode, lol! I absolutely love the Hilton.
The location was convenient for shopping and dining. Self parking was easy, safe and free. Our suite wasnt ready as we arrived early but we checked our luggage and went over to Easton Town Center. We had email notifaction when our room was ready so check in was simple. I use the digital key and just had to confirm the card on file. The concierge room wasnt open yet due to the remodel so they explained where breakfast was. Our room was a junior suite and very comfortable. It was just two of us but nice to have extra room. The room was clean and had plenty outlets for both electric and USB plugs. It's nice to see hotels finally picking up on that. The only complaint was that guests would leave room service items in the hall and they would be there overnight, well into late morning. I have that general complaint with a lot hotels though as I think not doing regular checks would draw unwanted critters.
Worst customer service EVER experienced. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and because of my experience here will NEVER stay at another Hilton again. Do not waste your money at this overpriced hotel.
Location is amazing within walking distance of the Easton Shopping Center. The rooms are nicely furnished. The hotel has a calming feeling as soon as you walk in.
First of all, kudos to the hotel for getting us a room, as we attended a conference and booked quite late in the game. Check-in, valet and bellhop were all great. Room was nice, large, comfortable (we were in 642 junior suite, I believe). Cleaning service was great the entire time. Only issue with the room is that it was HOT. Several of my colleagues said similar things about their rooms. Thermostat was set to 68 and read 73. We turned it down to 64 and it still did nothing. I think there was only one tiny corner vent in the room. Sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. We meant to say something the second night, but it got late and two had fallen asleep, so we never did until checkout. The location is excellent. Bartenders were great and attentive. My main issue was the food service staff... the meals were mediocre at best. I host a lot of events at hotels and I ve seen much better. The plated lunch we had one day that consisted of soup and salad took FOREVER. The tomato soup was cold. The chicken Cesar salad was just not good. Service was slow. Then the plates breakfast the last day was a bad experience also. Food wasn t good. But what was most strange was that the servers were serving guests as soon as they arrived at their table (or so it appeared), as people were arriving at different times. My friend and I sat there for ten min with no food. Our roommates joined us and then we sat there another 15 min, so 25 altogether, and had to ask for our breakfast (they had plenty of breakfast plates covered and waiting on the side...???). Then, they serve my friend and I our plates. We didn t want to start eating until everyone was served, but our roommates never got their plates. We told one guy they needed them. He brought one and said he needed to get more. He comes back with a tray of fresh plated breakfasts, then proceeds to distribute them to other tables... we tell another lady and she kind of ignored us, until we finally asked AGAIN and she said oh, they need breakfast too? Frustrating. And our food was cold. Plus they brought out plain eggs and potatoes with no ketchup. Just blahhhhh and seemed to be very disjointed.
I always stay at Hilton Easton when I travel to Columbus for work. The hotel and rooms are amazing. The staff is spectacular. Don't get me wrong - it is expensive. But it is close to fun shopping (Tesla, Apple, Godiva) and great dinning (Cooper Hawk, P. f. Chang's, Cheesecake Factory). If you are traveling for work or want to enjoy great shopping & dinning I highly recommend Hilton Easton!
I have stayed at the Hilton Easton multiple times. I am now into 20 minutes trying to make a reservation for a conference. I have been hung up on,transferred 4 times and now listening to a voice asking if I want to continue to hold! Never had such issues making a reservation any where like this. I am calling at 1pm EST so check out should be over and check in hasn't started. What is the problem here
Hotel was clean. Customer service was okay. Booked a room that was supposed to overlook Easton, but received a room overlooking the exit for Easton. It still wasn't a bad view, just not what I expected. It stated breakfast and an onsite restaurant on the website, but breakfast isn't included it is only from the restaurant (currently?) and it is very pricey there. Example: Smartwater was $5-$7 per bottle........ uhm it's water. Small bottle of milk (think kid size with a happy meal) was $5....... I can get more for less at a gas station..... that's sad. They charge $10/night/car, but don't give you anything to show you paid. Fitness room was ok with a decent selection. Pool was nice with comfy chairs for adults that didn't want to get in. Loved being close to Easton and able to walk to where we wanted to go. Hope this helps other travelers know what to expect.
