Ate at the restaurant. Service was courteous and quick. Food was good.
Beautiful hotel for events, but temperature fluctuated better sweltering and frigid in it meeting room.
Excellent Customer Service! Very Comfortable beds and pillows!
Stayed here in a business trip. Nice enough place, rooms were a little outdated. They have a restaurant/bar in the hotel and a pool and indoor gym. Located close to an outdoor mall that has good food and stores. The staff were all really nice and helpful!
I love the little window alcoves in each room. My room over looks a nice garden and fountain area that's cool too. The fridge is way too small and there is no microwave. :-/
High price and low quality meet at the Hilton Boston Dedham. It's one of those joints where for $200 a night you can struggle to park and wade through angry housewives and their entitled brats. The Starbucks is understaffed. The pool area looked as though a tornado hit. The walls are paper thin and you can hear a mosquito fart in the hallway. You can do better.
Excellent facilities and room. Very difficult to find.
Good atmosphere, Staff was very helpful, in the middle of some renovations, winter 2017
The rooms were great and the staff was helpful! Only downside is that the outside of the entrance area is in serious need OF TLC, as the structure above the door is rusted and the thing above the revolving door is noticably faded. There's also a lot of construction going on, but to their credit noise was at a minimum. Outside of all that, the experience has been great!
This hotel is not your standard Hilton. The hotel was extremely hot in the lobby and the rooms. My room temperature was 80 degrees when I enter. With air conditioner on for 24 hrs straight the temperature only came down to 70. The hotel has a great staff and they try to accommodate you in any way they can. If you value your comfort, this is not the hotel for you.
We planned our daughters New Years Eve Wedding (12/31/19 ) with the Dedham Hilton and it was a fantastic experience. We worked with Kimberly Keane, who was the Director of Catering and she was phenomenal. We worked with Kim and her team for a year through the planning process and they did not disappoint. From the Kitchen team, to the bar tending to the front desk to maintenance to AV, they were all extremely accommodating. Kimberly Keane took all the stress away. She was calm, professional and kind. We had 130 people and the food (5 courses) was fantastic (filet and stuffed chicken), compliments to the Chef. Our event was followed by a midnight appetizers and a brunch the next day. All wonderfully executed. The Hilton was extremely flexible with special requests. Our guests were extremely happy as was the Bride and Groom. A million thanks to Kimberly Keane and her team for making the New Years Eve Wedding at the Hilton the best ever .
Gorgeous hotel, had everything supplied for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely, a bit of everything.
Under construction with no prior warning before booking
I just went there for an event, so I have no opinion on the services of the hotel.
Went for a business meeting. Would have been a 5 if the snack bar had any lunch food. Only breakfast sandwiches were out at 1pm. So my working lunch consisted of Chex mix and coke zero
The hotel is well maintained. Limited service at reception
I am a gym member. Good gym never that crowded! Hot tub! And pool after workout
Currently there is a lot of construction going on, but it thankfully can't be heard from our room. Strangely, earlier yesterday we had a do not disturb sign on our door, but room service knocked, and when we didn't say anything, entered. Furthermore, our room had apparently been double booked so we had to switch to another room. This hotel appears to be very disorganized, but otherwise seems okay.
Loved our room. Nice and cool, solid air conditioning. Shower setup was nice and I loved the extended style windows in the room and in the lobby. Reception hall was nice, went for a wedding! Would stay again. Kind of in the middle of nowhere though
We stayed at this location from Friday, January 1st to Sunday, January 3rd. We were four adults and two children and we occupied two rooms. To say our experience was amazing, from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, is an understatement. We were warmly greeted by the front desk and our check in process was quick and efficient. It took us no more than 10 minutes to check in and walk up to our rooms.
Let me tell you, I am very particular and attention to detail. I can honestly say the premises as well as our rooms were spotless! The rooms are updated and cozy. The beds could be a bit bigger but they are so comfortable, size doesn't matter!
The fitness center was recently renovated (very nice and unexpected!) and the personal trainer on duty (Roland) was very helpful. Pool area is well kept- which again is a bonus, especially since we were traveling with 2 children.
We didn't get to try the restaurant/bar on the premises but there is a small Starbucks addition towards the back end of the bar. To be quite honest, I was kind of scared to order coffee from here because honestly, it didn't even look like a legit Starbucks. Surprisingly, I seriously had the BEST Caffe Latte I've ever had (I promise!).
My husband also loved our stay. He wants to give many thanks to the Manager from Sunday morning. My husband walked down at about 11AM to grab some breakfast but was informed by staff that it was too late. The Manager overheard, asked my husband exactly what he wanted, and was able to have the kitchen prepare it!
We travel often and have been to many hotels but this was one truly exceptional experience. From the Rodriguez family to the Hilton Dedham staff- thank you so much! We will definitely be back.
Nice and cozy. Very clean. Small venue, great for weddings. The foo served was awesome, and really friendly staff.
Staff was great! Other patrons weren't so kind to the staff teens leaving food wrappers and being pesty till 1030 at night
Love the fitness area. Pool is great could be bigger. Excellent customer service
Convenient location. Nice restaurant. Tough parking.
It's conveniently located near 95 and about 30 min to Boston North end.
This hotel is very easy to find with a Great location, rooms are very big a spacious, The indoor pool is amazing big. Very family friendly hotel would go back again
Rooms are good but the service especially in the bar area is outright rude.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating when we had a small issue with our room! Beds were extremely comfy! No free coffee and water was not quite hot enough, which is why I can't give 5 stars.
Great facility. Typical Hilton experience. Bartenders are great, prices average, pizza sux. Don't forget about the self service area beyond the bar ; Starbucks, snacks, etc check out the ground floor fitness activities(pool, gym, racket ball, etc)

Room is ok.
Don't go this bad service hotel.
Give 1 star.
Service is terrible.
Need more training how to treat customer.
Receptionist lady doesn't have good attitude and rudest in the world.
Guy didn't cover mouse and nose with mask..
Desk amp in the room was missing.
I request ramp and didn't get ramp until hour.
So I call lobby and lady she said she is only person who worke this time like this big hotel.
It doesn't make any sense.
I don't think I can get ramp.
OMG
lady call intercom, come and grab it.
What the....... :(
Is it Hilton?
I think its cheap hotel.
Owner should let more employees work and give customer better service.
I think just few employees work because of covid-19.
Better close hotel if give terrible service.
It seems like roadway inn. Lol
Stones throw from a train stop that can take you into Boston or out to Gillette Stadium. Really close to a shopping mall with lots to eat. Great stay
I go there for workout and for swimming with my 5years old boy. Gym is not fancy but the people are friendly
Stayed in the base model king bed room. It was ok. Clean for the most part. Bed was very dented and worn should be rotated.
I stayed at this hotel last month and I have had a worst experience ever. The customer service is horrible. The people at front desk are very unfriendly and not helpful. I was locked out of my room since my key wasn't working, and they took forever to come and fix the issue. I stood outside of my room for almost 20 mins before they showed up. There was another instance within the same week that people from front desk didn't show up for a long time after I made a request. It was very frustrating. I didn't expect this kind of customer service from Hilton. I am going to Westwood again next week and would not stay with them.
Went there after a wedding. It was all very clean and easy to get around. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bed was soft and room comfortable. For some reason the cleaning staff knocked loudly on the door at 8 am but other than that everything was great.
Bad service
Rude staff
Very clean hotel. Not enough handicapped parking. Was there for a conference. Venue was great, not to cold. Room service was very quick and everyone was super friendly. Great place to stay, although I don't find much to do in the area. I'm usually just there for conferences.
I love this place cuz I work with beautiful people and it's a great job with a lot of great benefits?
More detail in regards to where your room is located, the main floor is the 2nd PPR, and where is the Starbucks coffee located?
Great customer service room needs update. Otherwise great place.
5 star rating for luxury facilities and service. Always my favourite.
Hotel was nice but I was told I was getting a complimentary breakfast but was charged $20 and it wasnt even very good.
Hotel is ok. Front desk staff are not very friendly; the other staff were. Walls are paper-thin - I wish I could leave an audio on this review - the couple next door are currently talking and I can hear their entire conversation. The gentleman woke me up this morning he sneezed four times in a row. Lol!
I ordered a romaine and kale salad from the resturant... I got one kale leaf that had been ripped up to three and the rest was iceberg lettuce. I also ordered a pasta dish with breaded chicken the chicken tasted like frozen pagackaged chiken that had been microwaved. Needless to say I didn't order any more food from the restaurant in my 5 days day there, I ate out instead.
Ok hotel but definitely worst Hilton I've ever been in.
Loved the welcoming and service. Plenty of food there and drinks. I loved that there was a nice big gym and a very nice pool and hot tub. The racquetball court was very nice . loved the scenery from the pool and open space. Overall great job
Easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff and they had a great workout room. The only challenge I had was that many restaurants were just outside walking distance for the weather. They did have a shuttle which was very convenient and appreciated. I will be staying here again when I visit for work.
I had a great experience here. They are very polite and the staff is trained really well. I am looking forward to staying there again.
Loud. Fireworks went off at 3 am in the hallway. Shower door broken. Worst Hilton experience ever
It was a very nice time and i would surely do it avain if i get the chance...
Check in was horrible and took forever. We reserved 2 rooms with king size and they told us we do not have 2 king size bed available. After an hr we finally got it but one of the room AC was not working properly and had to request for a room change. We did get a complimentary breakfast but the whole process was very annoying.
I stayed two nights beginning of June 2016. Renovation work ongoing. Lots of noise and dirt all over. I do not recommend this place.
Seems ok. Big. Businessy. Close to station. Has a bar.
This is my all time favorite hotel they have the best food and have great rooms and amazing amenities like gym, basketball/racket ball courts, pool/hot tub
The cut fruits always have a sour and spoiled taste. My coworker said the hot items are great though. The herb kitchen breakfast logistics is not efficient. I believe they want to collect the $22 per person for breakfast for non gold/diamond member, which making everything complicated. The front desk is also a hit or miss. The room is alright with some wear and tear expected for a few years old property.
I like the hotel. Rooms are big, nice bedding and have fridges. I wish it had an Honors Lounge. The agents at the front weren't very informative, for example as a Lifetime Diamond I was supposed to get a free appetizer, and breakfast. But this was not brought to my attention, until the end of my stay.
The room was nice, though no ventilation in the bathroom so mirrors stayed steamed up. Lunch was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was alluded to, but not included and cost $20/person. A bit overpriced and misleading since we understood it to be included. Room price increased over what we thought we had reserved.
Very nice. Comfortable Bed, spacious rooms. Very professional staff
Comfortable and professional, however, wifi is terrible which impacts business travelers.
Staying for the first time. Very nice and well maintained.
The hotels is beautiful, but the bathroom wasn't that clean, which it was disappointed.
I went here for a work place event. It was very open and clean. The food was great and the staff was welcoming
Wouldn't stay here again. We reserved rooms for our wedding guests at this hotel. Guests could not sleep because of constant partying going on because of another group at the same hotel. Hotel reception would not do anything about it. Literally a DJ blasting music in one of the rooms. The place STUNK of marijuana every day. Our "wedding suite" was smaller than some of the rooms our guests were given (for half what we paid). Our keys stopped working multiple times while at the hotel, front desk staff were rude, and unhelpful. The night OF my wedding, my key didn't work when we got back from our reception. The man at the desk when "Ugh!!!" when I asked him to come let me in the room. Sorry I asked you to get off your cell phone for a minute, bro. Lastly, the hotel didn't put my hilton honors # with my room, and I didn't earn a stay for my time here. I asked multiple times to have it added, they said it would be done, it wasn't. As of today, about a month and a half after our stay there, I am told "because you didn't tell us at the time of booking, we can't add it." We did tell them at time of booking, it's in the emails. Stay away unless you like a headache!
Nice location to visit my family and close by some shopping centers, with shuttle service offered by the hotel
Well I'll start by saying I had gotten use to the Hilton Hotels to be a cut above the rest. Well I was disappointed. The room smelled like smoke which neither of us smoke. Even the towels smelled like smoke. The bathroom had mold on the tiles, If my son was there, there would have been no way we could have stay there. Someone's under wear were left under the cushions in the love seat, the hair dyer had a melted plug on it, I called the front desk and the phone rang 10 times and no one answered it, just as I got my last shoe on the front desk called me back to see what I needed, so at which time I asked for a new hair dryer. The fitness center was nice. But for the money I think I would look around for something about the same or cheaper. The walls are paper thin you will hear everything in the next room and in the hallways.
Stayed here 3x and had multiple pieces of hair (over 3) in my bed the second time and gave them another shot and it was just as bad the third time. This was around the headboard and within the bed so not a small mishap. I was planning on coming here often for work but now I will look at other hotels.
I ve had no issues yet at the Four Points close by, so recommend it to others.
1st day and night the hotel corridors were filled with female teens (social bash?) - went on till 3:30 in the am. 2nd day the corridors were filled with girls from 5 to teen for an Irish dance competition - ditto on noise level - tonight is 3rd day and can't wait to see what entertainment awaits!
Sparkling clean. Michelle was amazing! She took the time to show me around and make sure I was comfortable and have everything I needed. There was some confusion about new COVID policy, so she worked extra hard to make sure everything was special. I highly recommend.
