I have been here for 5 days. They never replenshed the coffee supplies, toiletries, toilet paper or hand towels. It was only after my second complaint that they sent the specific items to my room. Also, they don't vacuum or, if they do, it's poorly done, because there's debris on the floor.

The parking is only at one end of the hotel so, unless you're on that end of the property, it's a hike in and out every day.

The remote is not user friendly with the TV and there's no guide.

The beds are nice, the view is nice, the location is convenient, and the staff is nice, although they made no effort to make me a satisfied customer.

All in all, I'm not sure how they stay in business. It may not be this property's fault, entirely. I feel like the Hilton has gone down hill, in general. I need to rethink my preferred loyalty program and it's definitely clear to me now why my company refuses to use this hotel for their events, meetings and trainings.
