The rooms are gorgeous. It s obvious this hotel is of very high quality! Beautiful entrance drive and lobby.
But it all comes full circle when the amazingly kind and helpful front desk agent, Pamala is there to greet you smiling and with exceptional energy!
I will be staying here next time I pass through!

Amazing property on a beautiful Golf Course. My only problem, the price compared to the room size.

Lot's of meeting space and a 18-hole golf course at the doorstep. Hotel looks worn and outdated as noted by my attendees. Pool, bar, and convenience items are available. Staff is not as welcoming as other hotels or as I have come to expect from a Hilton.

Nice large hotel with what looks like a lot of conference space. Needs a bit of updating. Executive lounge leaves you wanting, it's on the lower end of amenities. Staff is friendly.

Great experience. Room swrvice screwed up, but they made it right.

this facility is really really outdated and old. The people are great the rooms smell musty and tons of cosmetic damages. The restaurant is only for breakfast and they no longer have a lounge for honors.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location near square is great! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the hotel is great, however, the elevators need to be updated. Was stuck in them for over 20 mins.

The rooms were well set .the service was decent, they got all that we asked for done and came when we needed some more

Everything is great at this hotel except the layout. There is only one elevator bank and no stairs if you have a room at the end of the hall. Grounds are well maintained and rooms are very clean.

I booked three days through TripAdvisor and Jetsetter at this hotel. The day I arrived, I informed the Hilton personnel I would have to leavea day earlier. I got the run around from everyone. Despite the fact that I checked out a day early, Hilton would not refund my money for the third day. Do not believe that Hilton is concerned about you.

The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning and in a good location in Marietta. The rooms were disappointing for the price. Our a/c barely kept the room cool and I was pretty much sweating my entire stay. And I m from SOUTH Georgia, where it s only cool two days out of the year and have learned not to sweat. We checked in and didn t even have a full roll of toilet paper, which does not work for a family of three. Additionally, our toilet clogged for no apparent reason and we had to ask someone to bring us a plunger and do the dirty work. Room service breakfast was delish, but all the other food was fairly lack luster. The room service staff was extremely sweet and efficient. The woman checking me in was a bit off putting as she was eating while checking me in and joking with someone else across the lobby. Which is probably why she didn t advise me that I would have an incidentals hold on my card, which out of the MANY Hilton properties I ve stayed at, have never had before. I then contacted Hilton Customer Support to ask this be refunded and they advised the manager on the property would be contacting me. They never did. And then Hilton guest services emailed me to apologize for this short coming. The parking lot is extremely far away and we were never advised that we could purchase a preferred parking pass for a better spot, so that was annoying. Beware - the guest services booklet in the room is incorrect. Check out is at 11 AM, not 12 PM like the booklet says...which was okay because I was so ready to leave that hotel. Overall, I wish my stay would be refunded because I was pretty miserable with the accommodations - especially for the price. This stay has made me re think my fondness of other Hilton hotels and if I really want my money to go to a more expensive room that doesn t quite deliver. When you ve stayed at a Motel 6, paid 140 bucks for your entire weekend stay, and had a nicer room with better service...somethings not right.

Spacious, great parking, cold AC on this muggy day!

After checking and going to the room that was assigned to me I opened the room door to find someone else in the bed. Turns out they had rented the same room twice. When going back to the desk the attendant at the lobby desk seemed not very concerned about a mistake like that. The Hilton created a very dangerous situation for me and had very little concern about what could happen to someone when walking into another person's room

Bathroom seemed dated and I found black mold behind bathroom door. Otherwise, the breakfast arrangement is cozy and over all the grounds are southernly large, with a planation-like feel. I liked this, alot. Oh! My bed was so cumfy.. I slept so good!

Nice hotel. Stayed here and used the conference rooms. Excellent.

its a hilton. staff is top notch, but the place is getting a bit dogeared. some of our travel companions were moved to other rooms because of bugs. restaurant, the breakfast was pretty goo, but the lunch was below average.

Went to celebrate anniversary. Not impressed. A/c not functioning well. Bed uncomfortable.

DJ'd an event here. The staff was helpful, attentive , and hard working. The venue is elegant. Has historic-themed paintings and furnishings, including a Civil War era cannon. :-)

Place was clean and very nice during the GADC Event.

For a Hilton hotel my husband and I were very disappointed. The first room we checked into had the shower head broken off and dangling down. The towel rack had broken off the wall and was laying on the floor. While the staff was accommodating in changing our rooms quickly (as they should be), our second room's TV has little-to-no signal, and the room smells like fire when the heater is turned on. Disappointing to say the least.

Very clean, great catered buffet, and beautiful campus

The beds were comfortable however rather small. We were expecting 2 queen beds instead of full. The parking lot was a decent walk from the main entrance. The facility also had very few points of entry. I'm not really sure if this was on purpose. Though due to the parking lots distance from the main entrance, getting to the car in the rain was a great inconvenience.<br/>The staff was very accommodating and professional.
Although, a suggestion for the breakfast, if the buffet had alternative meat selections other than pork would also have been helpful as well.

After driving 8hrs all night to see my niece graduate from Marietta High School, I was given a room that was occupied. Then I was given a room to which the door wouldn't open, then finally after lugging my baggage up and down to the front desk for my 3RD room, I was given a room with stains all over the wall, peeling wall paper, and a horrific musty order. At my request, I was transferred to another room the next morning, as it was after 11pm. The next room had no stains on the wall or visible damage as the prior, however, the odor was still present. I chose this hotel based off of the ratings and proximity to the Graduation site. Unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate the smell. After the Graduation, I checked out and abandoned the remainder of my PAID IN FULL reservation.
I would like to note that the overnight Mgr was very apologetic and service friendly.

Staff was great. Golf course view from room. Room clean and well-maintained. Gret value.

If you need WiFi this is Not the hotel for you. I continuously give them feedback on how bad it is and they never do anything about it. I only use this place cause it s close to where I have to work when in town.

Very nice hotel with an amazing history. The hotel has a lot of potential to be better, though. Certain aspects should be updated. I stayed in Room 220, where the bathroom, especially the shower, really needs to be remodeled and updated.

Great place! Super clean, comfy, good price. But the best part is the pub. All 4 bartenders I've met here have made this place awesome. I would come back just for the cool folks running the bar. Everything else is good... But the bar makes it. Trevor and Karalyn are the reason to come here.

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are very small and the AC wasn't cooling enough. When we called help desk, they sent someone the next day to check out what the problem was. The air filter was changed and that seemed to solve the problem. The hot tub by the pool was out of service and the water was foggy and dirty. It was covered shortly after we got there as someone said they were waiting on a part to have it repaired. The lobby is gorgeous and the patio has a breath taking view as it is adjacent to a golf course. We didn't have any trouble with service. Everyone provided great customer service. If it wasn't for the AC problem, the small rooms and the hot tub not working, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Here for a professional conference. Staff is very accommodating and the banquet food is good.

My church Zoe city church has its services here every Sunday at 10:30. Where Apostle John Posey, Pastor Sandra Posey and Pastor rhea Posey speak life back into our souls, and win souls for Christ. Space is always clean and fresh when we arrive. Great service from church and the staff at the Hilton on Marietta Pkwy...ijs... Absolutely great atmosphere for events and sessions as these. I absolutely love my Zoe family.

Pretty nice hotel, older than I thought. Twin double beds are small and very uncomfortable. The Pub in the lobby is nice with free pool, food was average. If you need to leave parking lot and turn left, good luck. We had four of us staying in a double bed room but they would only leave three towels, puzzling. Overall a good stay.

Very nice Hotel for the age of it. The staff was very nice, shout out to Ms. Jackie M. who was very friendly and had great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. One of the best feeling showers I've had. Nice breakfast buffet. I don't play golf, but the people that were playing seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Beautiful hotel. I only visited to meet my coworkers for breakfast but had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms acceptable, but seriously... expecting you to pay more for fully functional WiFi? What year is this?

Similarly, the restaurant service... the food was fine, but the service terrible. Waffle House has better service.

We paid quite a bit more to stay at this Hilton, but the extra money was not worth it. The room was ok, we had two queen beds overlooking the golf course, but we were harassed most of our stay by a crazy neighbor. The Hilton management send wine and champagne to compensate. Breakfast was ok.

A five star hotel! From check-in to check-out our experience was wonderful. The front desk people were very courteous and professional, always a smile on their face and always willing to help with any request we would have.

Decent room. Gorgeous lobby and grounds. Kinda located in the middle of nowhere without easy access to anything.

After an extremely long day of travel I checked into the hotel at 3am. I was greeted by the same friendly service that one would expect at 3pm and all of my needs were taken care of promptly and with a smile. Rooms are clean and exactly what you would expect for a hotel of this caliber. All the staff from the front desk, to the bartender to even the chambermaids were polite and welcoming. Food is good to boot. I will be staying here again the next time business draws me to this area. Thanks Hilton Marietta!

Very comfortable nice environment and beautiful views!

BRUNCH only. Salad bar was okay - salad, a few things to add to it, tomatoe/mozzarella slices and a pasta salad. Main meat dishes were good, green beans, rice pilaf. Desserts not so much. Pecan pie had obviously been frozen, cheesecake was okay (no toppings for it) and a few squares of various cakes. No more than 3 stars for the overall brunch.

We went to the Hilton Atlanta to attend a wedding. Even though we were not paying guests of the hotel, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind. All of the facilities were clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend the use of the Hilton Atlanta for functions!

It was ok. The staff was great as usual but the hotel is looking a little dated. Its convenient to the square, though, which is why we stayed here. Likely to return next year.
