We moved away and wanted to ensure that we stayed only in accommodations where we would be safe. The room was sanitized. The staff wore masks. The parking was excellent.

We had breakfast in the morning, got a late checkout and really never had to get into close quarters with anyone. Each family took the elevator by themselves and truly this was as safe as you can make it.

Well done Hilton family of hotels. This is why we are honors members.

The staff told us there was no way to get my friends and i adjoining rooms. However, when we checked into our rooms 504 & 511 we saw another couple and asked if they would switch from 513 into my 504 and that would provide us an adjoining room with 511 and it would give the couple a king size bed. In order to do this the couple and I had to go back down to the front desk in order to make the switch. This was an inconvenience to both of us and we didnt understand why they didnt do this in the first place. My wife, myself and my friends asked several times over the course of the week through phone calls and at the front desk during check in about obtaining adjoining rooms and were told there was no guarantee but they would try to get us as close as possible. Also, there was no difference in the room rate and the customer service lady said "why didnt you guys just swap keys?" I would have done that, however i called from my room beforehand and was instructed to come back down. Just a real headache when it should have been easily accomplished if there was a competent person at the desk making the room assignments. The facilty and rooms were excellent, but the check in staff could use some training.

There are problems in the room (ventilation - the bathroom door), the staff never smile, I do not know why, the luggage trolley is always locked. The employee should always take out the ribbon, the pictures are in a beautiful location but in reality there is no roses and no vitality in Place

Our stay was 8/3/19 and 8/4/19 . First off $350 for a hotel room with walpaper falling off the wall and smelly elevators and hotel in general should have been my sign. WORST Hilton I've ever stayed at. I was woken up at 6:50 a.m to a false fire alarm. Then at 2:45 am the following night the power went off in the MIDDLE off a super hot night in summer! I called the front desk just asking if I needed to be worried considering they were having fire alarms the previous morning just to have the hotel worker be rude and short with me and hung up on me out of the blue. Overall the workers were very friendly except for the that one. You have MUCH nicer hotels for the same price in the the surrounding area. It was extremely embarrassing that I set up my friend and I in such a place. The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are the other workers and the view of the golf course. Take your money elsewhere!

Stately, grand hotel. Everything was as it should be :easy check in, informed staff, free breakfast for gold members and up, great views. Wish we could enjoy the amenities but were there for work. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again !

While the hotel is nice, the place is overpriced and the customer service left a lot to be desired. My cousin was getting married. She had blocked off rooms for us, her family to stay in. My sister was going to share a room with us and drive up for the wedding with us, but at the last minute, couldn't make it. So she tried to move the room to our names and because she is the most awesome of sisters, she was still going to pay for it. All they had to do was send a form. At first, they said they had to fax it, but who has a fax these days? Then they said they could email it, but they sent it to a bogus email that neither she nor I had. After several calls where they kept changing their story from there is no form to can't do this except by fax five days in advance to all sorts of things, she and I just said we will cancel. Well then they told her they'd still charge her card even if no one stayed! My sister went off on the representative (according to my husband who was on conference with them) and the representative hung up. It was only after a manager called back that they finally cancelled it and assured her that her card wouldn't be charged. And that's how we found a great hotel just an exit down through a hotwire deal that was fantastic. Oh, and only after the cancellation did they finally send that form. Just disgraceful!

Lovely grounds for a wedding. In terms of staying as a guest, would have liked drinking glasses and wine key in the room and a Starbucks or other cafe in the lobby. Lobby also didn't have water 24/7.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views. The Junior Suite I stayed in had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Bathroom is a little on the small side, but the size of the room made up for it. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of food and the service couldn't have been better. But what elevates this property to a 6-star rating is the staff. Ricky gave great recommendations on where to eat and how to get there, and truly took personal interest in making sure we had an awesome stay. Fran stepped in when Ricky wasn't available with no break in the outstanding customer service. Between the rooms, the location, and the staff - you cannot go wrong with this property. Awesome place and an awesome staff.

Nice hotel room with spacious accommodations. Bathroom is entirely too small and had I know I may not have booked the room. Nice breakfast with omlets made to order. Some golf scenery. Front desk is very helpful and has a list of eating places to help you chose a eating place. Marrietta Dinner was great and only 5 miles away.

The service was excellent at the front desk. Housekeeping would be inconsistent with number of towels and even number of trash cans. There was a particularl smell when you walked in the hotel, especially the elevator. It wasn't horrible, just highly noticeable. It was difficult to get in the pool and the gym didn't have floor mats and the floors were not well kept.

Very nice and clean rooms. Did not really test or try any of the amenities, but it is a very nice looking hotel with anything you would likely want. Great place to stay in the Atlanta area.

We had a horrible experience just trying to make a reservation. The rude man who answered the phone talked to my husband like he was a child, and was very condescending. We are attending a wedding there in a couple weeks. Mr Rude very curtly told us the cutoff for the wedding discount had passed. We then asked that if we reserved a room would we be able to request an early check in. This frustrated Mr Rude and he said no, they don't do that and we would have to check in at 4 line everyone else. When he quoted us a price , my husband explained that on THEIR website (not a booking website, their own website) the rate was $30 cheaper. He very sarcastically said, well then you want to book it there, then don't you?
Seriously? If this is how you treat potential guests, how do you get actual guests? Hospitality in the "Hospitality industry" must be a misnomer. Needless to say we didn't book a room.

Nice hotel with a historic touch but in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are dated but nice, parking is kinda terrible, location is not easy to find or convenient. Great access to golf course, pleasant staff, great beds and bed linens, dated bathrooms. Overall an average hotel.

Good
