Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at any hotel let alone a Hilton! Service was terrible, got dirty towels! The rooms do not have microwaves! I had leftover lunch and went down to the desk to ask if theres a microwave I can use and they said itll be 10$! Are you serious? This will be the last time I stay here.
In hotel service is good, but it's very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone..
Room was clean and relatively big. Staff were very friendly. Haven't tried the pool but I'm sure it's nice.
The customer experience here was amazing. It is an older hotel, but do a wonderful job maintaining it. I will be happy to stay here again in the future.
4 Star crooks who charged me anyway after i cancelled and refused to refund. Hilton is a despicable hotel chain, substandard to say the least! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

They over booked the hotel, even though I had a reservation. So they gave me a room with no TV. They said they would give me hhonors points but no points have cleared yet.
You can tell this used to be a really nice hotel. Unfortunately now it is a bit in disrepair.
Nice location, but not a great experience for us. To start, the room was not fully cleaned. There were food items from previous guest in the fridge. Upon alerting the staff they offered to come clean the room. They mistakenly cleaned out our food. They charge $19 for parking (more than parking at an airport). The hotel was booked so much on New Year's weekend that they ran out of parking in the main lot and we had to park a block away and get a shuttle back and forth.
On a positive note, I received a text message prior to arrival to see if there was anything they could do in preparation for our arrival. They also checked in throughout our stay. I've never gotten this kind of service at a hotel before. I only wish this would have prevented the issues we encountered.
Initial check in was good, night staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The check out went bad the next day, apparently I don't have entitled privillage for even a bottle of water, but that's ok, this will be the first and last time I spend business funds at the hotel, but it was a great looking hotel. But not this not enough.
Nice room. The hotel Jacuzzi jets werent working amd the temperature felt like a tepid bath.
It's ok if there isn't a special event being held there; if so, be prepared for long check- in lines and long waits for the elevators with the added luxury of them stopping on every single floor.
The views are beautiful, as are the rooms. The only downside is that you'd expect Hilton hotels to have a microwave in the rooms, but nope, just a small refrigerator. I guess they're expecting guests to use either room service or go to one of their restaurants downstairs.
Overall it's a good hotel.
The staff are lovely and many restaurant choices available on the premises, also efficient shuttle to the airport. The rooms are aging, the bathroom ceiling is peeling, the towel had a hole in it. Loud noises in the corridor late into the night because rooms badly insulated.
Here for the SEC championship with one of the teams playing. We arrived at 1:30. It's almost 4pm and many of our rooms are not ready.
Definitely wouldn t suggest using their lot for parking. Had to call 3 times to get someone to open the gate. Not convenient when you are in a rush.
Nice hotel, however I prefer the full service Marriott hotel also near ATL. This Hilton does have lower rates usually compared to the Marriott, but the Marriott has nicer rooms by far.
Not at all impressed with the sports bar that is on site. Did not try the other two restaurants. However, the hotel itself particularly the rooms are very nice. The executive Lounge on the 17th floor is also very nice. Overall, I would stay there again.
Over priced. Expensive to park. Restaurant is below average. There are a lot of smaller hotels in the area that are much better service.
Huge and nice. Pool was fine, gym was clean, hot tub area was a disaster and the restaurants are expensive

Nice, large rooms with one of the more comfortable beds I've slept in. Tons of amenities onsite including a 24 hr shop serving snacks and Starbucks coffee, a great restaurant (some of the best rooms service I've had in a while), and Executive lounge for Hilton Gold and Diamond members. If you need to be close to that airport, there are few places to consider over this.
The hotel could use some updating. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but the bed will have your back aching the next day.

This property seems to have a lot of mileage. View of airport from top floors is nice, but that doesn't mean I should have trouble getting consistent hot water from the shower. I don't recommend it.
The hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and the food at the Italian restaurant is amazing.
This is the prettiest hotel we have been to. With 2 big dogs I love they allowed them with us. The room was on the 14th floor and the dog was afraid of the elevator but it was a very restful night! The gym was very big with real equipment and hand weights. The 2 pools were perfect for the kids (teens)

Very disappointing for a "4-star" hotel. Bedding smelled like bleach and irritated my skin, light bulb in the main lamp was out, interior and furniture were worn and outdated, food options left a lot to be desired (resorted to uber eats). Only stayed here for a business trip, will not book again if at all possible and definitely would not bring my wife here!
Overpriced. Wait line to check in was 20 minutes. They charge for parking. The bar is a *very* slowly serviced waaaaay overpriced place with subpar food. The lounge/ rrstaurant took 75 minutes to serve lunch. My towel in my room had a hole in it and the slips heel on the bed was not over the mattress. The breakfast in the exclusive 17th floor was fruit (good) and fruit loops, frosted flakes and a weird colored egg. And they pre-charge $60 per night for incidentals. Stay somewhere else.
Diamond members be aware your breakfast benefit has been discontinued during COVID-19. Contacting the front desk will help reinstate it usually though. The restaurant IS open.
Our room had a lovely view, very clean bathrooms. Spacious shower... Lovely.
I arrived at our room at 1 am for my flight that I needed to wake up at 5am for. They told me even though I had a reservation, I could not check in until THREE in the morning as their policy. It's completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again, and I recommend highly against ever booking with this hotel in the future. They should have informed us that there's maintenence on their systems at this times; you never know what else they won't tell you.

I payed for two adults but they only had enough for me. I ordered towels and they never arrived. I called the front desk three times and they said they would bring them but never did. They never apologized at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Clean nice room, a little slow but it was late and they were super busy. Nice bar downstairs, beer!

Worest ever room service/dining staff/ reception staff non-smiling people. Unclean room and bathroom, I stayed 5 nights every time I had to request someone to change the sheets & clean the bathroom.

Very clean and nice. The bathrooms were modern and very nice looking. The little snack/breakfast area downstairs was overpriced but I guess that is to be expected from a hotel.
Nice hotel and a nice place for the convention I was attending to be hosted at but the pool and hot tub were gross. Grim on the tiles. Jets didn't work. Bottom and steps of pool/hot tub were chipped. The timer to turn on the Jets was not attached to the wall but hanging on by the electrical cord. But the rooms were nice. Beds comfy and clean. Carpet by entrance was work and ragged on the edges and you'd expect better from this style of mostly high rated hotel.
My husband and i are not pleased and we haven't even gotten to our room yet. When we booked our room from the website we were told there were NO ADDITIONAL FEES, however, upon arrival we were met with an additional $60 fee. The site quoted us $166, period, final price... The site actually says. " no surprises," but that was not the case when we Arrived.... Faith, the front desk receptionist, was very misleading as we were told 2 different amounts along with not receiving any confirmation that our card had been charged. My husband had to call his credit card company to make sure we were not double charged. We are currently sitting in the lobby waiting for a text message letting us know our room is ready. Within the last hour of sitting in the lobby, i have witnessed 2 unhappy guest make report1 to the front desk about poor service... It is now AFTER 4pm and we still dont have a room nor a text....WE WILL NOT BE BACK....if i could take back the 1 star i gave, i would.

It is a bit worn. Restaurant at hotel is very basic. Burgers and salads. Nothing to write home about. Service was above average.

Paid for an airport view, I get a dirty window that hasn t been cleaned in years. The toilet keeps running and the chai fell off the handle. Also found someone s food in the fridge...Seriously considering switching to Marriott.

Load your own luggage because he s too busy on the phone, to the front desk staff who will tell you you are out right wrong. The service is what you would expect to see in the hood and this is exactly what you would not expect to see from a Hilton Brand Hotel. I urge everyone to stay away from this hotel. If you wish to receive demeaning and hostile service this IS the place for you to stay!!
Clean rooms, smelled of smoke slightly in a non smoking room, ironing board was broken, friendly front desk.
It's ok. My room has a broken lamp (both physically broken and it doesn't work), and the toilet paper holder is hanging from the wall. Pillows offer no support.
The meeting halls are nice, but the accommodations (lunch, parking) are very overpriced.
The room was clean and the employees were helpful and polite. The elevator doors don't stay open long all, just enough for one person to get in before they attempt to close. Several places to eat within the building.
Great food and service during out luncheon for 100 people.
