Middle of the road experience at the very best with trouble getting checked in late and a MAJOR plumbing problem. Not much could be done, but had much higher expectations of a Hilton Hotel property.

Worst customer service, ever!

Worst customer service, ever!

They treated me like garbage. As somebody who works in the hospitality industry I will never stay at a Hilton affiliated hotel again.

Yes, I filed a complaint with corporate, and 3 weeks later, not a peep.

Went there to rent a car from the random Hertz at the back of the hotel in a little corner. People were nice and the area was well kept. Apparently you can just say "hertz gold" on the call button while leaving to avoid paying parking,in case anyone wanted to know.

UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW: I went to the front desk and a nice clerk helped clear up the misinformation I received on late checkout.
She even let me stay until 4pm as I had originally been promised. I have a very late flight and am traveling alone so this makes all the difference in my stay. Hilton, give De'ja a raise; she knows her stuff and most importantly knows how to maintain customer service!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Jerked me around on a late checkout. Took my money and said 4 and then told me it would be even more money to actually check out at 4. Then the breakfast staff makes you feel incredibly unwelcome. The woman who greets people is rude and makes you feel like you're a bother for even considering eating on her time. I wont ever book with this or any other Hilton again.

Went there for a business trip including a dinner party, and meetings including breakout sessions and lunch. The ballroom was great, and the A/V was phenomenal. Temperature was good and seating was comfortable. The food was great for conference standards. The hotel room itself was also super. Luxurious enough, while not over the top. Beautiful and spacious shower, and a comfortable bed made the stay very enjoyable!

Stuck me for over one hundred bucks more than the Hilton website. There was a fee that didn't make sense.

UPDATE:

The corporate office was very interested in my experience and the inflated bill was removed. It was eventually replaced with a corrected bill.

The room is very well worn and some fixtures are loose. I have pictures but I may not post them as I believe that the Hilton Hotel group will ensure that these incidents will never occur again. If the Hilton Hotel group requests the pictures, I will ask them how they feel about sharing the photos.

The breakfast buffet is fine and the coffee is robust. Leticia is very patient and helpful.

If they straighten out the bill I will adjust my rating. But not much. It is a very run down place.

We stayed at the Hilton Airport in 2011 and it was nice. It was newly renovated in 2012 and now the room looked like an Ikea catalog from hell, huge bed frame and "modern" art on the wall were the least of our concerns... we had an unexpected extra guest and called ahead, we prepaid our reservation about two months in advance and at the time a room with two doubles was the same as a king. We asked if we could switch and were told we could not about three weeks before our stay, but were told our room "might" have a sleeper sofa in it. Our guest ended up on the floor, because there was no sofa, just a tiny, hideous chair. The king sized bed was pretty, but not at all comfortable- it was hard as a rock and my back hurt all day from sleeping on it. The bathroom was by far the worst change, there was now a sink with less counter space than my cottage bathroom has, and the world's smallest tub. I am petite at 5'4" and could not submerge more than half of my body in it! For some reason, there was also a phone next to the toilet. We had one towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth for two (which ended up being three) people, though they did bring us more quickly when we asked. The linen staff were very nice, as were the front desk staff, but those at the cafe are incredibly slow and not very friendly or appreciative of good tips! The maid emptied our ridiculously tiny trash cans but left other trash in the room daily. The last straw was housecleaning trying to let herself in at 9 with a single knock then using the keycard- when we didn't have to check out until 12!

Our room was never cleaned in the three days we were there that includes the bathroom. The elevators stayed dirty. Trash was overflowing outside the entrance door. The room phone didn't work and they had to replace the fridge.

My husband and I spent over $600 to stay here for the thanksgiving week and it couldn't be more of a pain in our ass. From our hotel room key not working, toilet paper in our toilet, hair left in our shower, fridge not working, water stains on the ceiling, wifi not working, parking key not working, ac that works for a short time and then kicks back up to 80 degrees. That's to name a few of the issues wrong with the hotel. I figured since this was a "4 star" hotel it would be a safe place and our stay would be incredible. I could've gotten the same issues at a motel 6! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone that plans on staying a long time. Apparently anyone staying one night is impressed but someone booking 9 days take your money elsewhere because the Hilton isn't what it used to be. I will never waste my money on another Hilton hotel ever again.

Room was pretty bad upon arrival, stains on the comforter, broken shower, sink trap stuck down, visibly dirty air vents, and the AC panel covering the unit was half out of the wall. For the price this stuff is fairly unacceptable. Pay 160 for a room and parking and that was the result? 3 stars since guest services got me moved into a different room within the hour but for the price it really shouldn't have been bad to begin with. Bathroom was clean though and guest services was very kind and understanding. Second room was very clean and well kept. Will reconsider staying here next time I'm on orders in Atlanta.

Stuff is nice but hotel is not ... we got checked in a room that some one just left the room and also they need to update the hotel rooms.

Basically for the money you pay you can stay in much nicer hotel and nicer neighborhood.

Excellent facilities and rooms. Bathroom caulk could use some refreshing, was looking rough. The largest complaint is that food is rather expensive. Not ridiculously expensive but not exactly cheap. Would definitely stay again though. Concierge was very helpful, and the shuttle drive us to local restaurants. Pit boss bbq down the road is great.

Very friendly and inviting staff. I wasn't aware that parking was an additional nightly fee and they did not keep water in the room fridge. Possibly because I don't stay in Hilton that frequently?
My room was nice but the shower door did not stay closed which allowed water to get all over the floor regardless of where I positioned the shower head, and the coffee maker was not clean at all. Not that all rooms would have these issues but during my stay these are the things/issues that I would have liked to see different.

Terrible.

Terrible.

We switched from a suite to a smaller, more expensive room at hilton b/c they have an indoor pool for the kids.

Asked when I made reservation that same day- they said it was open.

Arrived 2 hours later and it was in fact closed for repair!

This was one on the worst hotels I've visited. Room was disgusting. Carpet wasn't vacuumed, floors weren't mopped properly (floors were both sticky and had a foul odor), dirty bed with dirty sheets, broken door handle, stained/cracked tiles in bathroom, and no washcloths or remote in my room. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Do not stay here!

The hotel was exquisite from the time you walk through door . it was a hotel with a convention center feeling to it and not to mention the amazing quality of the restaurants there. Definitely will be my hotel of choice when i visit Atlanta again

I traveled here for two days. My experience was great! I stayed on the 17th floor which is the executive floor. The room had a great view of the city and airport, the shower was amazing and was granite tile. The executive lounge was also available to me and they served food, snacks, and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). The shuttle was also a great addition. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.

Great place to stay when catching a flight. Four of us stayed before our early morning flight. We came in late and left early. I can't speak much of any amenities, but our room was updated and nice.
Beds and pillows were comfortable. We put in for an early morning wakeup call and it was on time, with two separate calls to assure we were awake. Shuttle bus was on time and the gentlemen was very friendly. He loaded and unloaded our bags, and got us there on time, while driving safely.
We did have to call for some extra towels, and they were brought promptly.

Would definitely stay there again.
**The only issue we had was that the 4th floor ice machine was not working...not a big deal.

This hotel needs to start listing - ratings as options because it's BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!
If I didn't have to be there for a work conference, I would have left on my first day!
Ling story short....I was moved to 3 different rooms because of various room issues i.e. disfunctioning TV's, broken toilet, broken deadbolts....the list goes on!
I had to beg for some kind of restitution! They didn't even offer anything to me except to say "oops, we're sorry. Would you like some points?"
Nope, no thanks.
The story is much longer however I am in line at the airport at the moment so I just wanted to give you all the heads up!
The place is also falling apart, wall paper is ripped off in areas....its a mess!
Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a Hyatt if you can!
