A prime location for this beautiful hotel, really in the city center.
The rooms are spacious and clean, however veillottes, especially the bathroom.
The equipment is correct for this price range. The view of the rooftops of the mall is a negative as is the sound of the elevator sounding in the room.
A very good point for the executive lounge option and the staff.

The brewery of the hotel is also more than recommendable. The food is great and the service and comfort are first rate.

We enjoyed a simple cup of coffee with croissants. The service was excellent.

The place location is perfect, the room services is good and clean, the staff are really friendly and cooperative, the room space is big and comfortable to move around, yet we couldn't sleep because of the air conditioner it not cooling at all, although we complain a lot regarding this! The bathroom had a really bad smell :/ . Over all I give 2.5 over 5 because when you come from a long destination you need to sleep well and not a smelly bathroom if you want to relax in a bubbly bathtubs !

Main course with beef was served on a mini pastry cake and was certainly not to satisfy your appetite. Certainly did not expect this for a HILTON. The service was friendly.

Excellent location overlooking the Groenplaats with numerous restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Really good breakfast selection in the "Brasserie Flo", including the opportunity to make your own waffles if you're feeling adventurous. Great staff. We booked a "business room" to accommodate three occupants which was functional rather than interesting, and which came with two double beds, but no view to speak of. As per other reviews, I bit of a refresh wouldn't hurt.

Wal you want for this price. Enough parking spaces, a place to sleep, the service goes a long way. Even uncle agent was friendly at ten I wanted to pass in front of the hotel to ask me not to make the turn here, but at the traffic light.

I don't want to say anything about my pillow, I have a special pillow. The bed is better than my bed at home. Nice and stiff. Slept great. Have to say I was in the courtyard. If someone at the desk says "In the back you will find the elevators.", Then you should not take the other elevators. So walked around the store and on to the right floor. They do have very nice curtains. Depending on the service, they close the curtains when you are out of your room. I didn't and found out after I showered and turned off the light.

There is also a photo of the breakfast buffet. Today the English breakfast. Lekket breakfast with oatmeal porridge and various sandwiches. A good base for breakfast.

Great hotel in an amazing location, just keep in mind that it can get a little loud since you really are in the middle of everything!

Location is superb, right in the shopping street.
Parking is available under the hotel, but for a fee.
Employees are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself has an old-fashioned unique look.
Deluxe room is very spacious. But it is due for an upgrade.
You also have a nice bar where you can have a drink.

If something is negative, then you the equipment (floors, carpets, bath) partly their age notes and here a certain need for renovation exists.

The hotel super good, the food rich, but there are no bell boys to help you.

OK, let's start from the beginning... The hotel is not properly cheap, but you would expect that from a Hilton, meaning that you'd expect a little bit more for your money.
There's no parking available, and the closest around costs 20 a day given the location. When we arrived at the room, there was 2 hand towels in the floor dirty and the water bottle at the minibar unsealed. Even after we mentioned that at the reception on our way out to a walk, it remained the same until next day's cleaning (the bottle was never exchanged). BTW, the room cleaning only happened around 16h the next day, when we were already returning from our city trip. The automatic system made a deduction on our room bill since we took the bottle our of it's stand, so be aware of what you touch and check your bill at the end :)
Additionally, everything is paid. You want to have internet at the room, pay 10 a day (or 15, if you want "premium" internet). Fancy an on-demand movie from the entertainment system, add another 15 a movie. I would understand this if the rates were lower and it compensated in additional services, but with the prices on the top tier for a 4 star, I'd expect less greediness from the chain.

Now the good stuff, because there were some, the Brasserie is very good and the breakfast there was very nice. The staff at the Brasserie and reception was always very nice, and they didn't even tried anything when we complained about the water bottle at our bill for instance.
The room quality/conditions are good, but nothing luxurious, which was very fine for me but nothing that would make you wow in case you expect to match for being a Hilton.
The location of the hotel is very good as well, very close to the cathedral and at a walk distance of most attractions.

Location is ideal but facilities wise worst place to stay; standard has considerably gone down overtime. Housekeeping is not as expected from a Hilton standard. Similarly restaurant food and quality has deteriorated overtime. Management seems not concerned with any customer complaints. General Manager is hard to connect; and tries to dilute complaints.

Nice place right in the heart of Old Town. Great location, nice restaurant and well appointed rooms.

A hotel with a great character. Magnificent facade overlooking the piazza near the cathedral. Nice lounge and roof terrace. Unfortunately, in the corridor areas, there is little ventilation, so that the air in the interior is noticeably stale and stuffy. Breakfast at Brasserie Flo was a very pleasant experience with professional attentive staff.

The location is probably the best in Antwerp. Beautiful building. BUT: very mediocre service, shabby old rooms, the rooms were very cold (end of March), the air conditioner was turned on for heating. The restaurant is also not particularly impressed. Honestly, in Radisson at the station (in which they were one night before the departure), despite the repair reception there, I liked it more.

About a month ago we had come here for a drink on the terrace.
Not a hotel guest. But hoping for good service from the hotel. This has been a huge disappointment!
My mom and I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes for a waiter to serve us. Okay it was busy so you have to be patient. A girl came to take the order, very unfriendly. Another fifteen minutes wait, still no drinking. I went to take a look inside, inside the restaurant was completely empty, nobody was sitting, just all drinks were waiting on the counter. I saw the girl sitting on a crate of Coke on her mobile phone, the person in charge walking around completely unkempt in jeans, shirt half off his pants. I kindly asked where my drink was and no one responded. Out of courtesy I put 5 on the counter and continued, after 3 minutes further.
Then we 'tried' to go to the bathroom.
We tried to open the toilet with a key card. I went back to the bar to ask if we could go to the toilets, we got an angry reaction that this was only for hotel guests. Still at that moment all drinks were on the counter.

We will never return. Hopefully, measures will be taken and something will be done with this.

A wonderful overnight stay including breakfast, but you notice that renewal is needed.

Very nice lobby, the staff was friendly. The rooms look quite old fashion but nothing to complain about. Very expensive mini bar and tv entertainment. 7 Euros for a bottle of pringles and 15 euros for a movie.

I had a great time here,loved the food and accommodation... Super satisfied!

Just a good hotel only you notice that you pay for the name.

This is a really nice place to stay at if you are in Antwerpen. You live in the centre of the old town . We booked a family suite here ..rooms was really big , but felt little out of date and old . Bathroom really big and nice here too. Clean and fresh. Parking under the hotel to wad nice .
The breakfast is really good , can't find any better place to eat . The selection is HUGE . And really tasteful.
But again little pricy for what u get ..but overall a really nice place to stay.

I got to say that the service was spot on. Just amazing. Perfect hotel in my opinion.

The outstanding location inside a historical building is the perfect location for the Hilton hotel. With a large lobby connected to a popular restaurant makes the hotel appear to be nothing but good.

Except that everything on the inside especially rooms are begging for renovation. Old stained carpets and bathtub out of 1958 is just not going to cut it for a high Brand hotel like the Hilton.

The view from our window was a wall. While this is inevitable the are methods to smooth the pain.

This hotel could easily be turned from a 2/5 hotel into a 5/5 with a small money injection to renovate for the next 10 years.

Also if you mention there is parking space available for your guest while its just a public parking lot and not a facility of the hotel the hotel could at least provide a service of taking care of the cost of hotel guests. And als mention this on their domain.

This Hilton hotel has yet miles to go to be even near the Japanese Hilton Branch quality we re used to.

We had a very good experience starting with Annamarie who checked us in and patiently walked us through the walking map with some the city's special gifts to visitors. Very good location and nice facility.
