Very nice hotel. The ancient building from the outside yet luxurious from the inside. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, clean and luxurious bathrooms.
The restaurant of the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is rich in varaieties and very tasty. The chef offered us french toast with ground sugar and maple syrup as a dessert, it was heaven!
We have tried also the dinner at the same restaurant, I tried the sirloin steak (Medium-well), very tasty!
The location of the hotel is historical! Near the points of interests of Antwerp and the famous Cathedral. Very convenient.
Would recommend it for University of Antwerp visitors.

It looks a bit old on the inside, but it still has the allure of yesteryear. You can tell that from the staff. Very nice. Had nice breakfast. The location is convenient if you want to walk through Antwerp. Had a very nice stay.

Price / quality anything but okay. Room was dated and tired. No wow experience. Only plus was the generous and extensive breakfast buffet. We were both disappointed. We expected some luxury, but no faded glory. Not recommended and a waste of the amount we paid.

Super cozy, top location for something to eat or drink. Fast and friendly service

This is your average Hilton hotel. You can expect the usual Hilton quality in staff and standards at the bar and the facilities. I cannot speak to the rooms personally, but I did not hear negative things from my colleague who stayed in them.

Excellent location, everything you can expect from a Hilton.

Grand building, decent rooms. Very close to the old town square and a 20min walk from central station. Staff was friendly. It s big so a bit like a labyrinth :) sometimes it took me good 5min to make way to the exit from my room.

There is an exhibition of a sculptor Avi Kenan in the hall, worth visiting. I love his works. They are also for sale

Super nice place. Nice location but only we had to go all the way down to smoke a cigarette because at half past ten the executive lounge closed ... there was no waste bin in the room and no toothbrush or toothpaste while we had an expensive suit. Derest everything was fine .. nice people

The hotel was not, but parking credit! Dived under the ground, went out and you are in the center. But the parking machines would be nice to fix. 2 of 3 do not work.

Nice and well-kept hotel that is worthy of the Hilton name.

It's ok, the personal was good and kind... Now its a problem for corona be ouse it's kinda far for everythink... But if wasn't corona its cool becouse here are more restorant in this area "Old Town"...

Very nice meal on Valentine's Day unique atmosphere but disturbing basses instead of romantic music we only heard the sound of the bass loudspeaker in the menagerie and the song was completely lost

Hilton in its original condition, not renovated. Very well located in the city center.
Inefficient housekeeping service.
Hosts big parties from outsiders and if you're unfortunate enough to be located in the ballroom wing, you'll experience the vibe as if you were there.

Waited 15 mins for a menu and then another 20 mins before leaving.

Rooms smell musty and are dated. The carpet in particular is very dirty.

On the Groenplaats, surrounded by numerous fun, trendy shopping streets, the Hilton is located in a beautiful building. In the beautiful conservatory on the ground floor you can have breakfast, lunch and then relax in the lounge area. We spent the night on the 5th floor in a very spacious room. On this floor there is also an artistic roof terrace. If desired you can here oon separate breakfast. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Close to the main market and other interesting places. Often special offers.

The rooms are brilliant and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is too class as Well as the views and executive lounge. This is a must stay

A hotel with great character. Magnificent facade looking out over the piazza very near to the Cathedral. Executive Lounge and Roof Terrace are very pleasant places to be. However, the decor is dated and the duration of our stay was during a very hot period of weather, that the wheezing air conditioning was not up to combating. There is little ventilation in the corridor areas, meaning that the air was noticeably stale, stuffy and muggy indoors.
That said, the staff were excellent. Breakfast in Brasserie Flo was a thoroughly pleasant experience with professional attentive staff on hand.
Would recommend for the location, being centrally located for shopping, restaurants and local attractions and areas of interest.

What a surprisingly outstanding hotel! A very, very friendly reception in a great atmosphere. Large room overlooking the square - and the car park has direct access to the hotel. What more do you want!

The room was very nice. The staff did help where they could and the breakfast was super.

Highly qualified staff, clean and conveniently located, all the most interesting nearby. And there is a parking lot nearby.

I have stayed at many hotels but here is where I experienced the best service. The staff at this hotel will go out of their way to help out their customers.

The staff was lovely and helpful. It was our first time to stay at the Hilton hotel on the 18th of December . The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town. Parking was near enough although the satnav had trouble finding it... The room had a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious. Sadly In the room was a tray with coffee and tea etc that had to my surprise some rubbish on. The basin in the bathroom had a large crack. The grout was black in places on the bathroom floor. There was dust in places. The toilet paper was really rather thin... I thought the price of a roll of mentos at 5 euro was rather ridiculously high in the room especially as a glass of wine was 5 euro too...? I was given the wrong WIFI code. I really expected that little more from The Hilton. To find dirt and rubbish is something I would expect in a rather low end of hotels.... So that was somewhat disappointing...

Hilton hotels are gorgeous... But..
I'm traveling for business and I thought that Hilton would be a good option in Antwerp, the hotel is in the city center, the room is big and comfy, a little old fashion though for my taste. I start paying attention to the details..
First of all they took 150 euros (God a lot of money) just as a warrant in case I use something from the mini bar. The mini bar has a mechanism that charges my card in case I take a item off the bar (take - not even eat it); I mean come on guys, respect your clients. The bathroom has all these expensive equipment (+) but very few items for the customer (for example 2 small bottles for shower, both for hair and body; if you are 2 meters tall you need at least three of them). From the other hand the room is very quite which is nice but it costs a lot (approx. 150 euros per night) for more or less a typical double room. The breakfast is awesome, plenty of options, tasteful food and polite staff.

All goods are at its price, but compared to other accommodations in Antwerp, the price is not exorbitant. It is well taken care of, so the breakfast buffet is by far the richest I have ever experienced. The rooms are nice, spacious, fully equipped. The office chair, for example, is excellent. Charming and knowledgeable staff also helps. Definitely recommended for a short stay, but for a longer stay it will be a bit expensive.

What an amazing location in the center of Antwerp a Old Town. An amazing variety of shopping, cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Very large and well apportioned rooms. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. My room had a great view of the Bazaar and square. The whole Old Town area was decorated for Christmas with lights everywhere.

The in room coffee is a LaVazza coffe capsule machine, which in my opinion is much better than any hotel coffee I have had, and 100x better than Nespresso.

The hospital lounge has a nice breakfast and good coffee.

I am excited to plan my next trip to Antwerp to stay at this Hilton property.

Wonderful weekend in Antwerp ... what a nice city and what is Hilton Antwerp a nice hotel. You still feel like a guest. We enjoyed the gin and tonic ... made on request ... delicious breakfast ... especially the waffle with fresh strawberries, blueberries and hot chocolate sauce made my mouth water. We are happy to come back again.

An upscale hotel, with a fantastic breakfast. When staying in this hotel I would surely advise to include breakfast and take it as brunch, as they serve a high quality and very diverse selection of food. The rooms are a bit dated, but large. The gym is good equipped wot a view over the groenplaats. Unfortunately no sauna can be found in this hotel.

Good conference facilities, hotel rooms are getting very worn and need of refurbishment.

Location is the best! Breakfast with a view of the Cathedral of Our Lady and the Rubens statue feels good.
The breakfast buffet includes several smoothies, lots of bread and waffles that you can make yourself.

Friendly staff and big rooms. WiFi is not for free which ist quite annoying. Rooms ar very old fashioned. Breakfast was disappointing. Worst eggs I had in a hotel for a while. But the location of the hotel is very good (City center).
