Staff are super kind and helpful. The room is Oh My God!... and a great breakfast... a hotel to come back for sure... the only sad thing was leave the hotel... we didn't want to!

It was an experience we will never forget. All the luxury you have for such a low price is incredible.The hotel has an excellent breakfast. The breakfast includes everything you can imagine.In the evening and night there is a lot of noise in the hotel. The rooms of the hotel are not isolated for the noise of your neighbours,The hotel is very good located in the city of Antwerp. When you step out of the hotel you are close to the big tourist and shopping locations in the city of Antwerp. Overall the hotel is a very nice to place to stay in Antwerp.

Inside what used to be the old grand bazaar. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Walking distance to soooo much. Rooms were nice size and we were able to get a rollaway bed for my daughter at no additional charge. Eat at desire de Lille for the best waffles and breakfast in Antwerp.

I stayed here with my partner for close to 2 weeks while he was working on a project in Antwerp. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms well stocked with coffee and water. The breakfast selection was great each morning and having access to the lounge was awesome. If we're back in Antwerp anytime soon I'm sure we will look into staying here again.

Very clean hotel, excellent treatment and good cuisine. And very important, in the most beautiful area of Antwerp.

50 Euro's a day deposit because of an overpriced minibar, everything else should be paid for separately too. Certainly most cheap travel hotels offer better hospitality.

Perfect location in the old City center of Antwerp. The hotel was good but a little bit old fashioned. Could use a renovation.

They did try very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible during these corona times. Remembered my wife's birthday and any allergies. Its an older hotel, like most buildings in antwerp, but it seemed very clean and safe.

Slept wonderfully, with a great breakfast in the morning. I advise you to take an executive room. You then sleep on the top floor with your own lounge and roof terrace. Drinks are also free here.

Lately Hilton hotels do not hit. Well located but a little stale in their rooms.

Beautiful building with normal Hilton rooms. I really only ran into a problem when they did not accept my gold status membership. They refused to give me a single benefit from their loyalty program. I have worked and paid enough to enjoy their benefits in other locations and was very unhappy about their service. I think the location is great, but they should really work on the consistency of their own loyalty programs.

Perfectly situated in the city center of Antwerp. Service is alright but the rooms need to be renewed. Breakfast is ok.

We booked an Executive room to spoil ourselves which included access to the Executive lounge which from our experience in other hotels (e.g. Sofitel) is always a peaceful place where you can have a drink and relax, read the paper .... it seemed like the Hilton must have give access to the whole hotel .... so forget peace and with small babbling children about!! Breakfast the next day .. there was one poor girl to serve, fill buffet, clear and redressdress tables ... people were standing around waiting for a clean table..... and to top it all up ... before we got to breakfast we woke up to find that there wasn't a drop of hot water coming out of the taps!!! Housekeeping informed us it was a general problem in the hotel - sorry i.e. tough! When we checked out we were not even asked whether we enjoyed our stay (as you normally are) and when we mentioned our hot water (lack of) issue not much was said just yes we know sorry about that!!! So we paid full price for a half price service!!!!

Had ordered room service. Simple hamburger. After 1 hour, no burger. Called room service again. Had been mistaken in room number. Burger came immediately. Ice and freezing. So too the fries. Had ordered well done. Inside was red. Tray again put in the hallway. Complained to desk. 0 on request. At checkout I got a 50% discount on the hamburger, the counter lady said. That hamburger cost 21 euros and I had to pay 20.50 euros! Would like to pay the top prize for a hamburger but then it must also be worth the top prize! Never again Hilton.

We only drank something. The interior is nice and quiet and comfortable. In the evening, however, it is not possible to order cake of the day (until 17:00). Operation is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, with its own parking, restaurant. You can drink coffee or something stronger.
I think this Hilton is very well located, there is something to see around. For example, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Antwerp. Or very close to the street with shops and food (there are a lot of brands), you can walk and shop. Lots of restaurants, be sure to try their little shrimp, God, how delicious it is!
Well, or just take a walk, I assure you, there is something to see, at every step you will find something that will surprise you

Very central place, close to all nice restaurants and landmarks. Walking distance with normal to high pace to the Centraal Train station is about 15-20 minutes. By subway it is 2 stations. With the waiting and walking you get there in 10 minutes with 1.50 . A shopping center is just behind the hotel, and accross is the best place you can find Belgian waffels and ice cream.

Professional service and clean rooms, like I expect in a Hilton - good job

It leaves much to be desired as Hilton, we took an executive room to go to the bar, but this was closed for corona-time, I understand it but they should have said it on the page before paying it and not after. We took the room with romantic decor and it was just a bottle of champagne and some old chocolates. The attention was good. The hotel is a bit old.
