Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms somewhat old-fashioned in terms of furniture and furnishings. Above a garage so a car at hand.

The room was large comfortable and the view was excellent. The lounge and breakfast meals are delicious and worthwhile.
Very nice property in old town. Staff is fantastic!
Very nice hotel, living up to its reputation. The room I stayed in, however, is definitely not soundproof. But it was a good stay. 9/10 .
Great lunch beautiful place and peaceful nice to have a good time.
The Hilton Old Town was recommended to us by a few people for our 2 night stay in Antwerp.
I'll start by saying that the service received from the front desk staff was superb.
As for the room itself... Huge but perhaps a little dated. It had a typical American feel to the place with dark wood furniture etc but that's just not my cup of tea.
Regardless, the room served a purpose and the bed was comfortable.
The small bed provided for my 6 year old daughter was also great.
Breakfast was 20 Euros each which is a little steep. We elected to eat out as there are plenty of options nearby.
Their lounge is an ideal location for small-medium sized parties in a relaxed atmosphere
Great location in downtown. Close to restaurants, sights and transportation.
Top hotel with top service and facilities. Parking is to small ( not belong to hotel)
Good breakfast but room was disappointing. Looked at a side wall of another building.
Unfortunately, faded glory! Nothing to do to keep this place up to date.
Nice and large hotel, the first time we were in a large room, the television was personalized, nice bed to sleep in and light in the bathroom. Booked the same type of room the second time, we got a free upgrade, only this room was certainly half the size. Furthermore, no extra things. Had a very nice stay.
Very nice Ballroom. Breakfast disapointing, Waffel Iron was Not working well. Furniture Old. Needs renovation. Good location.
The beautiful location in the center of the tourist city center .. Calm due to the fact that it overlooks a garden square .. Friendly staff in addition to the good room size and large bathrooms there is a paid car park and Wi-Fi service and air conditioning inside the rooms and the visitor can be in the tourist city center within two minutes And transportation is close and the hotel is fragrant with the past and the present together
Very well-kept and clean Hilton. Friendly staff. Only some rooms are somewhat outdated.
Friendly service, room very neat and clean. Delicious breakfast.
Luxury right in the heart of Antwerp. Relaxing lounge.
Not bad, but you need to be careful when you want to do check out.
carefully check the bill as easily they cheat on you.
Great breakfast spot on five stars problem with the room sorted out very quick highly recommend
Good location, it's close to all the major attractions and restaurants.
Old poorly maintained rooms. It is not the staff's fault, they are very helpful. And poor facilities. Not to be repeated.
Always fantastic service and nice terrace. In the sun or the shade.
Great hotel, but slightly worn down for a hotel in this price range. The location is hard to beat and overall had a great stay, but not quite up there to get that final star.
Absolutely great hotel
Very friendly staff, very clean
Very nice hotel in Antwerp that exudes a lavish class
Super comfy bed, good breakfast and friendly staff. Superb location.
Very nice hotel from the outside. Brasserie and lounge very neat. However the floors with rooms are very dated. Broken floor covering in the corridors. Bathroom worn out. Bed as hard as concrete. Interior from the Middle Ages. It is that there is a flat screen, otherwise you think you are in the 80s. Breakfast was very good and luxurious and the staff very friendly.
Good hotel but can use a fresh paint job. Friendly and helpful staff!
This hotel has so much charm! The overall design was old fashioned, but the comfort level was amazing. The room was huge and quiet. I was able to cast my Netflix shows onto the TV from my phone which made our stay a lot easier with kids. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, so no worrying about driving around!
Nice hotel with good rooms, I was here with a company party and everything was very well taken care of. The only criticism is that the catering could not deliver hot food to everyone at dinner, but that was just a detail. If you are not going to eat there with a large group, this will be better arranged
Somewhat older hotel. Varied breakfast, very central.
Good service and an excellent breakfast. Recommended!
Only the name is really too expensive for what it is
The bathrooms are very old-fashioned, otherwise everything was great.
Nice cozy place, but not suitable for big events. For having a quick snack, or lunch, the food is average and overpriced.
Good service. Somewhat older (building fabric) in the center of the city
Great breakfast, spacious but old rooms.. Friendly staff, a bit pricey though
A beautiful hotel in a perfect location right in the heart of Antwerp's oldtown. The room was fantastic and the hotel is placed within walking distance of as many bistros and restaurants as you can take in. There's no official parking garage for this hotel, but there are a couple garages just a block or so away with reasonable 24-hour rates.
The breakfast and the location of the hotel are great. The rest were disappointing.
Very central location, brasserie Flo at ground level
It is a great hotel in the city. Personally I thought it was a bit of a shame that there was little sunlight in the corridors and more a large building with room doors but it was a nice experience
Spacious room.
Ideally located, close to old Antwerp.
A great hotel that is very handicapped friendly.
If you send an email, they will do a lot for you. If only they can prepare a little. Then you notice that they are less stiff here than in some places in the Netherlands.
Lovely Hotel. Great service and friendly staff. Loved Antwerp.
Corona states ... almost no guests, breakfast 'corona', hospitable and correct but our beautiful city is bleeding to death and so are the rest :-(
No real complaints- didn't like this hotel as much as the one in Paris, but there was nothing egregiously wrong with it. Location brilliant, but food not up to much.
This is the first time I write a negative review on a hotel but these guys were testing my patience today and I am bee in happy with them , This is by far one of the worst services I had in a hotel , I went for dinner at the hotel and it took almost 2 hours for the food to come , our waiter was very unprofessional and did not even bother to apologize to us for the bad service until we complained and he just came left food and said sorry and left us , the food was not good either and when we complained and asked for the duty manager he came listend to us and said maybe you were unlucky. I got so frustrated with the behavior to the extent that I and my friend just signed the check and left with out eating . In summary very unprofessional staff and very bad food , the people sitting on the table next to us had the same complain and were very unhappy they said they got used to this bad service and started talking about their heater that did not work in winter when the temperature was -6 , This is the last time I am staying in this hotel. The only thing they offered is that they give me the number of the Fand B manager and I should call him to complain but only on specific days. What kind of service is that ????
Great hotel with lovely rooms, and a very nice executive lounge. The breakfast spread is magnificent with about anything you could ever think of included, although this does admittedly have a fair price tag if you don't pre-book it. Rooms were clean and pleasant, and TVs included chromecasts which was fantastic for watching my own shows. Staff were professional and friendly, and would agree to resolve issues within a heartbeat of you mentioning it. Would recommend for a stay in Antwerp, or for while commuting out elsewhere in Belgium as I did.
No breakfast for guests on Saturday. A minus point for a Hilton chain
Great venue and wonderful hotel for a short or long stay
Fantastic hotel, smack bang in the centre of Antwerp
Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend it to a friend.
Good location.Nice chean room a good big size bathroom but a very small shower cabinet what a pitty.
Hilton on the Groenplaats is ideally located for people who want to explore Antwerp. Centrally located, easily accessible by public transport. Nice rooms, nice breakfast. Recommended.
Fantastic location, nice room and WiFi. Plenty of eating options nearby and lots to see. Friendly staff very good hotel as you would expect for a Hilton but a bit pricey.
Good beds. The service of the restaurant is very friendly. Reception was good except for an employee who was outrageous and unprofessional
Elegant Hilton, but access is a bit poor, as in Antwerp ...
