Classic, sophisticated, great arts, stuff very friendly and beautiful architecture
I was suppose too get two rooms there I had them book all ready they was nasty and didn't let me check in because of some I didn't have I guess I drove way from Montgomery al and u wouldn't let me check in when I had all ready book the room will never go too this hotel
Staff is very nice and professional. I had a great stay
Had a great stay at Hilton Anatole. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially liked the texting service. Super convenient.
Fantastic venue for conferences, weddings and special occasions. Waterpark and pool's are great for families. Restaurants range from pool side to fine dining at Ser steakhouse on 27th floor overlooking downtown dallas.
Went for a conference it was ritzy and seems way over priced for my cheap ass. The art structure in the plaza was cool though I'm sure that's why it's pricey. We had dinner and I thanks the "waiter" for taking my plate and he seem shock that I would acknowledge him.
This is a very large hotel. It has a water park, and various art exhibitions, and even a few pianos you ate allowed to play. Rooms a spacious, and clean, but water pressure was a issue. There is also a beautiful restaurant called Ser on the top floor that sometimes had live music.
Nice hotel, not much within walking distance, thankfully the hotel is huge and give me a chance to stretch my legs.
The cost to have our exhibit items delivered from their loading dock on the premises to their grand ballroom was ridiculously high. $470.00 for one skid, $10.00 for an envelope etc. It was pretty bad.
Five stars not enough. This is one of the best hotels in the country. The staff is not only proficient at their job they are the friendliest people I've ever met. And that's saying something.
Awesome service, very professional. The rooms were amazing and the diversity of people that were there was also pretty cool. Very friendly atmosphere with nothing but enjoyable activities
The new water park is beautiful and the veranda spa was very refreshing.
Comfortable and will definitely come back here if I am in Dallas.
It was a good stay! It was my very first stay at a hotel of this caliber and I feel like I got my hopes up. Two plugs did not work, so we couldn't use two of the lamps, the a/c was broken and could not be changed once it was fixed, there was a lot of noise from other guests at early hours (midnight to one am), food service workers are standoffish/dismissive, and when food is delivered, you have to go down to get it rather than the delivery person or hotel employee bringing it to you. It's a great facility overall; beautiful artwork, large conference rooms, and well kept grounds. Honestly, for that price and the overall experience, I'd rather stay at a cheaper Hilton brand hotel for better service and amenities I would take advantage of.
Staff is amazingly friendly. Beds & pillows make for a great nights rest!
You can't go wrong @ the Hilton Anatole the best Resort to @ in Dallas Texas They take care of your every need.
Although I enjoyed my stay and the hotel's many accomodations, the design of the hotel's interior makes for noisier nights than I prefer. Other than poor structural design, everything else was great.
Hotel overall was nice however it needs some updating at least in my bathroom
Beautiful hotel with great amenities and clean rooms.
Great hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic. The fitness center and pool are great. Convenient location and reasonable prices. No issue recommending it.
We booked a corner room on one of the upper floors and when we got here to check in at 3:30pm the staff said the room was not ready, so being as we had been driving all morning, I told them I would take another room, well it s a corner one looking at the roof. So, frustrated at this point, I told the kids, let s go swimming. We arrive at the outside pool only to find out it is all shut down except for the bar area and all the folks drinking. This was one huge mistake to bring my family here.
I called in my reservation, the staff could have told me then that the pool is closed and check in isn t until dark, but no. Being a HHonors has no benefits.
This place is ridiculous. You have to pay $19 just to park there, $13 for internet per day and you don't even have access to a gym. You can't walk anywhere nearby because it's in the middle of hotel/freeway land so you are stuck in the hotel if you don't have a car and the bar sucks. All the rooms face the lobby so good luck getting any sleep. I'd rather pay half the price for Springfield Suites or a Fairfield Inn where a decent breakfast, wifi, gym and parking IS INCLUDED. The fancier the hotel the worse the experience.
Only was visiting a friend. Beautiful on the inside... Very nice
The dinner was fabulous we love the food and the servers were amazing the place is so clean and we love the amazing displays and artifacts !!! We enjoyed our awards ceremony there hope to see you all again!!
Beautiful hotel with a restaurant inside along with a Cafe for Starbucks coffee.
They charge a $25 a day " resort fee" for things most other Hilton properties include for free.No complimentary breakfast, or shuttle. The rooms are average compared to other Hilton properties I've stayed at. The Wi-Fi is spotty...at best. The " Jade Waters" pool area is heated but not open in the fall when the weather is still warm enough to use it. If you're staying here for business purposes then this property makes sense. Especially if the company is paying for everything. If you're not here on business choose somewhere else and save some money. I'm giving 3 stars because overall there was nothing wrong with the room, property, or service. The price does not reflect what you receive in amenities.
Just the beauty and elegance of this particular piece of art some call a hotel is worth the trip. The cost is reasonable with the amount of near by activities. Beauty and elegance are the words that resonate here.
Fabulous accommodations. Gorgeous! Friendly staff. Great food.
The architecture, although a bit dated, holds its own and keeps this place a perrenial favorite for both visitors and locals alike.
Can be busy, but generally everything is well kept and looked after. The rooms are nice, clean, etc.
biggest hotel i have ever stayed in. The amenities are beyond imaginable! was there for one night on business and it was fantastic. All the historic sculptures and art pieces were amazing too! the steak house on the 28th floor is a must! Every time i come to Dallas I will stay at this hotel!
This hotel is one of the very best in Dallas, stays busy and always a great experience. It's also close to a lot of fun things to do downtown including the Reunion Tower, the Dealey Plaza, Holocaust Museum, Perot Museum and a whole bunch of restaurants.
I attended the Congress of Aesthetics and Spa Convention. This hotel is beautiful with lots of beautiful statues. Please go and take a tour.
The hotel is very attractive, the rooms are nice, BUT this is the nosiest hotel I've every stayed at. The large atrium is conducive to lots of noise, especially when there are activities such as weddings late at night. If I were ever to stay at this hotel again, I would ask to be placed in the tower, not the atrium. Beware light sleepers.
It's a beautiful and interesting place to to visit and had great bars and restaurants
I attended a conference here recently. Each room was set up properly and the hotel employees were always helpful. The mid-morning snacks were plentiful and served promptly. Parking cost is a little steep, though. $15 for three hours. Ouch!!
had a great stay thanks to the front desk and housekeeping staff will recommend
Bathrooms were really small and awkward. Beyond that everything was pretty standard.
Hotel was a great location for our conference. We did not have to leave the location due to great service, restaurants and conference venue. Recommend location for anyone one in town for work or pleasure.
Lots of fun family activities for Christmas. Fantastic service.
Great pool area terrace buffet was good too complementary breakfeast was decent not many protein options though beds uncomfortable and the toilet scared me air circulation wasnt the best either
It was my 1st time staying and I had a lovely time. Mainly due to those I was with, however the facility was lovely, staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend over and over again
Hoping for the outdoor pool to be open. Rain delays....
Amazing mix of history, art and heritage. Room was spotless. Friendly staff.
One of the better higher end hotels I ve stayed at. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The water park was great. Food prices are outrageous though. I would recommend bringing your own. Great place for families.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. The food prices are high but that should be expected at a hotel resort like this. Had a little trouble with the elevators not taking us to our floor though.
Beautiful hotel. Very nice fitness area. Attended a conference here for 3 days. Food was better than most. My only complaint....Holy cow the counter offer Cafe prices were insane. A box of altoids was 6 dollars....
I came to stay only as a guest for work. It has a lot of great amenities, location is great, plenty of parking. Would I stay again for work... No. But if I had brought my family along, it would've been great for them to be occupied while I worked. Even just for a long weekend with family there's plenty here.
Beautiful hotel. We had a great time. Will definitely be returning
Very nice hotel ballrooms but the rooms themselves we're left lacking. Missing wall outlet covers, bedside lamps that don't provide power, a power strip under the bed that turn off and on if you touched it, and stains all over the couch. Would have complained to front desk, but it took and hour from the time we walked in to the time we entered our room so at that point we let it go instead of trying to brave the treck back. Most likely would not stay as an overnight guest again. But would be happy to attend a seminar or event in their meeting spaces.
Absolutely beautiful interior. The rooms are arranged in multiple square shaped levels that overlook the ground lobby. The rooms are clean, well furnished and spacious.
We had our company awards party in one of the ballrooms. The staff was very friendly and the venue was very clean and formal. Parking was a bit of a nightmare.
Humongous location, fits all size events, great staff, AV tools in each room. Only thing to improve, in my opinion, is having.one food variety.
Great space. Did not hotel there and regretted it, was traveling through, but great space design and the bars located in the hotel are great offering great scotch variations and cocktails.
I have always received a pristine room and excellent service at the Hilton Anatole.
Incredible service despite not being a paying guest
Hilton Anatole is not starting off well. At the pool and went to get a drink. I walk up to the bar and there are no other patrons there. However I don t get asked if how can I assist you. Another lady and her children walk up and it s an immediate greeting and they are asked what they would like. I wait patiently while screaming on the inside. The bartender finishes with them and ask me what do you want to drink? No hello or anything. I debate internally about ordering but do anyway. He ask how I am
Going to pay and I say please charge to my room. He ask if I am already checked out and I just stare at him. Why am I staring? Because when the lady in front of me charged to her room he did not ask her this question. No I am
Thinking is all of these because I am black? I say I just arrived and he asked if I was sure! WTF?! I did not respond. I signed my slips and walked away. I won t buy anything else from
Him.
Always nice and clean. THe air did seem a bit humid in the hotel, and there was a bit of a stale smell. Amenities are amazing, but they do cost $25 per day. Well worth it in my opinion.
5 Star hotel experience. Most unique with priceless decor of Asian art pieces and a section of the Old Berlin Wall.
