I've personally have never stayed here but have visted once a year for 5 years for the annual A-kon convention. It's well staffed and the food court is good. The decor is amazing and the layout of the building is organized.

$17.00 to park for 15 min. I ran in to get some information. I was going to have a banquet there but I'm not going to make people pay $17 for parking and it's not even covered. If it rains you will get soaked.

Easy to get to from the freeway. Like the atrium. Parking is confusing. Signs with prices can't be seen until you are pulled up to the gate, then sometimes it doesn't charge, but no way to tell when.

Three days on business at this wonderful hotel was a treat. Their staff was attentive, the rooms were very clean and had no smell (I am very picky about smells), and the facilities are top rate. The hotel have several bars, a very good coffee stand, the food was outstanding, and the fitness center had a lap pool! I would definitely go back with my family if in Dallas.

I truly wish I had read these reviews before we booked a little staycation! If that was the case, we never would have come!! Since we are Hilton Gold members, we preferred to stay in a Hilton property. But we wished we did not!
Like other reviews I read, the negative list is too long to even write about.
I was completely taken back by the lack of customer service here and do not understand how this hotel has maintained a level of prestige over the years with such terrible service and average amenities.
After having our AC checked 3 times, we were finally moved to a different room at 9:30 at night. I understand issues happen. But this was brought to their attention at 1:00.
An issue with an operator was appalling. Without getting into details, I was just completely shocked at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
We booked a staycation to get away, relax and enjoy the weekend. Instead, we were stressed, uncomfortable and simply desired to go home!

The ONLY reason for the extra star is due to the Jade Waters. The pool was great! Yani, one of the managers at Jade waters was very kind and did go out of her way to make sure things were good for us at the pool!

If you have an option, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

So be aware they charge a$25 "resort" tax per day even if the water park is closed and you do not have a car. So figure that into you cost. There is no hotel airport shuttle. Again another cost. Uber is$17 from DFW. The room was nice and clean. Staff was really nice. They give you 2 coffees per day. The food is outrageously expensive. There is a nice running path behind the hotel.- look up turtle Creek. You can use rental bikes at the front door. But otherwise this place is kind of nowhere near anything else or public transit.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of places to eat inside. Front desk experience was a little rough. Wasn't told there was a resort fee and given wrong information on the location of the lounge.

Attended a birthday party for a relative,we had a suite and a double bed for a sleepover for the kids,my experience was okay, but could have been better the suite was warm from the time we entered the room, the the Bell hop said they took a break was the reason our belongings for the party wasn't brought up,the bed was let down in the suite and when I asked the Bell hop could he raise it up his response was did we try to raise it up for storage last I checked out of courtesy the correct response should have been,I apologize ma'am for the inconvience I would be more than happy to let the bed up for you.Whatever happened to etticate especially ate the rate of everything that was charged 22.00 per guest that decided to stay over with their child for parking, the rail in the double bed stuck out so far that two of the kids had tripped and one adult all of this part plus the hot suite was brought to the attention of maintenance he couldn't fix the faulty bed rail but was able to adjust the air in the hot suite.I expected a better experience. This by the way happened in rm#1589 on June 29,2018.My relative name that hosted the birthday party for her daughter name is Miss.Washington,I am her older cousin that is making this comment,I also am the one that tripped on the rail in the double bed room, because she was to exhausted to make a statement, please correct this mishap so that another guest don't have such a awful experience.

Hotel was great. The media bar and grill could use some work as far as the staff being faster and more informed about how to use the tvs but the drinks were great as well as the layout. The rooms were a little dated but still a great place to stay.

What a hotel and property. Beautiful, expansive lobby seems to go on forever. Green park space between buildings. Very nice rooms and bedrooms. The $22 mandatory hotel fee was a surpise, but this has to be one of the nicest hotels in Dallas.

The hotel tower is really nice. The rooms are huge and well furnished. The Jade Waters pool is definitely worth the price. The atrium has trouble staying cool in this sunmer heat so definitely stick to the tower.

The Dallas Hilton Anatole is unparalleled when it comes to class and partying. Especially during UT OU weekend. If you re a Longhorn and you want to find a nice spot to rest your head and enjoy watching the Longhorns whoop the Sooners, this is your place. Amazing sports bars and food. Come now!

worst stay ever. the next door room were toooo loud starting midnight. i called reception twice before they sent someone up and talked to them. but nothing changed, so called again and guess what they stopped answering. finally around 1am they picked up and was asked to change my room. worst customer service, & unprofessional staff. I filed a complaint with their head office and received an email from a manager (he didn't even call), so I called him back and left a voicemail. Never heard back from them. Now I know why their staff is rude and unprofessional, simply because the managers and people reviewing the complaints are not any better.

This place is a mini museum. It's very scenic here at the atrium 2 hall with its bike reflector sculpture. Also, you can find terra-cotta statues and a piece of the Berlin Wall deeper within the hotel. A very unique hotel. Service was great, but the rooms have thin walls.

Very nice hotel with good sized rooms. The rooms and the art all throughout the hotel are Asian themed. Some of the room finishes felt dated, but it was comfortable and nicely appointed.

Everything is very solid at this hotel with the exception of the food, which is not very good. The staff is great. The rooms are nice. The fitness center is good, but far from everything else and you have to go outside to get to it, which can get chilly in the winter. The best thing about the hotel is actually the art. They have pieces from the Berlin Wall and dozens of paintings from Myanmar, along with a lot of Asian art. Overall, it's a great hotel for conferences and events, but not good for a family.

The hotel itself is quite impressive. I couldn't tell if I was in a hotel, a museum, or a shopping mall. It's that big, and filled with what could lead one to conclude any of those things. The sports bar and grill restuarant (can't remember the name, sorry - *hint hint*) was terrible. Overpriced, undercooked, mostly carb based fillers, and did I mentioned terribly overpriced? I mean, I know hotels will do that, but a burger and 16oz beer for $30? And that was a "cheaper" option? And the bacon, I am 99.9% sure, was leftover from the breakfast buffet. It was hard, yet chewy, and not even warm.

Hard pass for the restaurant. Everything else was very impressive, though.
