This is an amazing place to stay.
Service is excellent, food is delicious.
I was there for a conference, so I wasn't able to enjoy everything, but its a beautiful resort.
A little expensive and to spread out, but very nice
A LARGE Hotel Complex with multiple towers and Parking Lots. Rooms seem a bit dated but are functional. Pricing varies depending on time of year and if they have any functions going on. Now with the new V-Spa Complex complete, things are priced differently once again. Neat place to stay, but plan on paying for EVERYTHING you eat as restaurants are A La Carte and independent from hotel services.
This is a nice hotel. It's becoming somewhat dated. The upper floors can get very warm in the summer. Overall a decent experience.
It's a top notch hotel. Amazing ammeneties and great service.
I was in sixth grade the first time I stayed at the Anatole with my family. My jaw dropped and I thought this is heaven. Covid shut down the restaurants, but the beauty of the hotel still holds. My family enjoys staying here because it is comfortable and clean. Plus, the atrium is full of fabulous Asian art. It's a freaking museum y'all! Spend time enjoying the gorgeous jade sculptures and giant decorative vases. The colors are sublime. I always find a new favorite. The moving sculpture hanging in atrium one is memorizing. My daughter loves to watch it from various locations whether from above or below it is beautiful to watch.
The goto hotel when staying in Dallas... Even when it means a longer drive to the office each morning. It is worth it!
BEAUTIFUL an everything an everyone was awesome I'll be back in August
Here for a builder`s show. Very nice experience. Be prepared to get your exercise as it is huge. I spent more than a few minutes looking at the main atrium and marvelling the design. Would definitely come back for recreation.
I loved staying at this hotel, and the pool was awesome. However the pool bar could not keep our tabs straight. We had a group of girls and when we went to close out our tabs they told all of us (7 in total) that they couldn't find any of them! I checked my bank account and could see that I was charged, but it was for the wrong amount. I talked to the bar manager who was very nice and he assured me that one of the charges would fall off. However it cleared and it is more than the 2 drinks I ordered combined. I understand that mistakes happen, but to close out 7 tabs before 5 pm and not be able to give an answer as to why, is not acceptable.
Beautiful hotel, large rooms, comfortable beds. Love it. Amazing interior design.
Massive hotel with lots of space including the hotel rooms and bathrooms. Really nice and quiet. I liked the staff a lot. Probably the best Hilton I've stayed in.
We always enjoy our stay at the Anatole and Jade Waters. Great getaway right here in our backyard.
Very beautiful nice clean very friendly staff large rooms cleaned
Fantastic views of the city. Parking is kind of a hassle. Lots to explore. Beautiful rooms.
The food was unfortunately awful. Everything was over seasoned and all the powerful flavors were used in excess. The steak was extremely average, the only thing differentiate it was the quality of the cut. Our cheese board had a strange mix of cheeses and was probably the worse board we've ever had. Extremely sharp and unwell pairs of meat and powerful sauces. Our server recommended that our elk was medium rare and red inside. The first attempt was brown all the way through. The second attempt was also brown all the way through. A cross waste of money. Mac and cheese is essentially truffle flavor with noodle texture. Asparagus was essentially covered in a strong mustard that took away from the asparagus. I only really felt that the only things extraordinary were the mashed potatoes and the drinks. Service however was up to par. The staff was great and met expectations.
Nicest hotel in the City amazing architecture and Art. Great for Shows and events and family
Was staying here for an event. The rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big and roomy and staff was very friendly. I would stay here again
Excellent hotel to bring family to, lots of fun things to do and great places to eat and drink!
The service is excellent the rooms are pricey but it is worth it.
When in Dallas, you must stay here. Very caring, and accommodating staff.
Surprisingly nice. Very hospitable staff. A little pricey for Texas
I was excited about staying at the Anatole, because I thought it was supposed to be fancy, but my room is nothing special. It's not bad, just plain. The hotel itself is nice. Parking is expensive and a long walk to any entrance. I ordered dinner through room service - herb roasted half chicken, asparagus, and mac and cheese. It was all really good, but the mac and cheese was fantastic.
Loved our room! We were on the 10th floor! The view is amazing.Rooms are spacious and Clean!
I m a cosmetology teacher and this past weekend my students and I attended the state beauty, RDA show and I have called and paid ahead to reserve the room, I was told I was paying all fees (taxes and anything else) so whenever I arrived at the hotel to check in the man at the front desk said he needed to put a card on file for incidentals THAT was all he said it would be for.. fast forward we leave our hotel and come home and I see that I have a $78 extra charge still on my card, so I call back and literally got the run around about it and they said I was being transferred to a manager but still kept getting redirected back to the operator!! All of this is to say I would have been okay with paying the amount had the women on the phone would have mentioned that the fees and taxes weren t included when I asked her!! Now I m out that money. The room needed updating as well. I won t ever be recommending this place or coming back. It s a shame, I come to Dallas frequently and I ve never had this happen at a luxury hotel.
The staff was phenomenal. The food was decent. Jade waters was extremely crowded.
A wonderful experience with great dining, great water park and great places to unwind.
Amazing place to walk around. Always busy every time I ve gone but it s so large that it isn t annoying. Christmas decor is amazing.
Fabulous hotel in Dallas while attending Market Center event!!
This is the hotel that brought my family to Dallas. My dad took a job as one of the original sales managers here when it was a Loews property before it ever opened. Official opening was in 1979. Timeless, gorgeous, historical. I love that they've retained many of the original architectural elements while mixing in tasteful, modern furnishings. So much lovely art to see, and wonderful places to eat. Parking is limited & quite costly, regardless of whether you're a hotel guest or not. Be prepared to log some steps across marble floors; lots of walking involved but well worth it!
This is a beautiful hotel. It's almost like a museum with a cool art hall, which includes sections of the Berlin Wall. The lazy river and water slides won't open again till spring, but the green space was lovely with trails to jog or meander at will. We had a deluxe king tower room on the 24th floor. Plenty of space, comfy bed, large television and nice view of pool. Would definitely stay here again.
Great classic Dallas hotel with lots of things to do and see without leaving the hotel, including some mesmerizing art.
Large rooms. Excellent pool and spa. Plenty of choices for restaurants.
Very nice property for leisure and business travelers alike. Water park is a nice feature for this property.
I'll give 2 stars for the guy that worked there that helped us take our stuff to our room from the elevator. i wish I had your name and I'd get you placed at a better Job . But aside from that having to have paid almost $400 just to get kicked out after the first noise complaint is ridiculous. Having spoke to a manager and I was just there for a night. And him agreeing to it. Is a scam. Save your money. Go else where. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone trying to save money and time. Go elsewhere. They don't care
Doing it big staycation style with the family for Memorial Day weekend, and this was a great choice!! Our room overlooks the Dallas skyline from the West tower near the hotel water park and the lights are beautiful. There is plenty to see and do for our little one. Definitely pleased.
The place to see and go Rooms are great Food And bit pricy but a luxury
Rooms are okay... Always a lot going on, so it isn't somewhere good if you want it to be really quiet.
Amazing Bartender as well as Drinks! Kinda Pricey but its well worth it. They make you feel at home here!!
Pool area was best part of hotel. Make sure to have a fat wallet when coming here. Everything including bottled water is $$$$$$$. There are some places you can walk to Denny's is basically across street but if your up for a little walk I recommend checking out Mama's Daughters Diner.
Loved the room. We asked for the top floor facing the highway and the view was amazing. The TV was so big we thought we was in a movie theater. The bed was very soft and my wife said this was the first time I didn't snore.
Beautiful Hotel superb service, courteous and hospitable.
Very fancy hotel, very friendly staff, great architecture, stuff is a bit overpriced though.
Went for the night, the room was nice. We couldn't walk around because of construction, which is understandable. We ordered room service, and the food was good but the service could have been better. I had the romance package and received a flyer to call when we were ready for it, but when I did I had to explain a few times to get it.
This was a breath taking hotel. The service was exemplary and I appreciated how room service called our personal timings. The food within the hotel is a nice variety of food for everyone which is nice. Also, I cannot say enough nice things about the JadeWaters Resort. This resort made my stay at the Hilton Anatole even better!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Lightning in rooms need improvement.
Went for the pool which was fun if a bit overpriced. Food was ok at the pool but not worth the price. Hotel itself was nice and clean but with dated decor.
Fantastic hotel with an Asian theme. The hotel has art in the lobby, hallways and rooms. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great views.
Book a weekend or corporate function here and you won't be disappointed.
This place is amazing! There is a museum there as well. Nice rooms. You do have to pay for parking though is the only complaint. It is a 5star for sure.
The jacuzzi was amazing, the pool is great. The art is fantastic and the service is fast!
Incredible amenities and outstanding collection of Chinese art
We stayed at the Hilton Anatole on New Years Eve and will definitely be back in the near future! Concierge Louis D. made our stay one of the best we've ever experienced. Louis and I were emailing one another days before my stay because I had a few questions and wanted to set up a surprise for my wife. To my surprise, Louis immediately knew who I was once I showed up to the hotel and gave him my name during the check in process. This was impressive seeing how I'm sure he gets hundreds of emails weekly by future guests. He made sure our every need was his first priority even though there were other guests he was helping out as well. He started out by apologizing for the wait seeing how this was one of their busier nights. He greeted us and was genuinely interested in what brought us to the Hilton Anatole. We told him that we were there for the NYE party and were also celebrating our wedding. He congratulated us and also took the time to get to know my wife and I. He ensured me that everything that I asked for in the emails were already taken care of and congratulated us once more. He then proceeded to give us step by step directions to our room and wished us a Happy New Years. We then got up to our room and sure enough everything was taken care of. Not only was the Champagne and strawberries there, he also wrote us a congratulation card signed by himself. Our stay would have still been enjoyable even if Louis did not show us his hospitality. However, we will never forget the professionalism, hospitality and respect that Louis provided us. We will definitley be back because of Louis D. Thank you again!

Love the service the front desk agents are awesome they make i get the same room i always stay in
The customer service is excellent. This staff us truly amazing! They were happy to serve us and guided us through out the entire time we were there.
Excellent customer service with sincere hospitality
Amazing pool! Can't wait to our next visit. Love the lazy river and the bar inside the pool! Perfect for a family getaway.
Great venue and very attentive service. The luncheon room was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly.
Honestly the food is small and overpriced, half the time the elevators don t work and if you turn your key card in when you leave, you can t leave the parking lot unless you pay the $14 self parking. Honestly disappointed.
We were sent to this Hilton due to an overbooking at our planned hotel. The staff was very helpful and set us up with a room quickly. The room was very nice with a large walk-in shower. Unfortunately we were in and out see we didn't get to check out the amenities, but based on the hotel layout they were quite vast. Only complaint was that wifi want free for Non-Hilton members.
