I went in early December. Nice hotel with spacious open lobby and atrium area. It was decorated for the holidays. Nice and very acceptable room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really neat hotel and I really liked the Asian artifacts on display and Asian themed design.
The scenery was beautiful and there were a few nice people that's about all the good I can say. We were harassed had security come to our 1 out of 2 rooms we purchased and tell us some guess accused our kids of trying to open doors all under the age of 11 smh they never left the room except once with us adults and that was hours before the accusations started. About 11pm we got another complaint that we were too loud but everyone was in bed I guess it was the ghost. I'm never one to pull a race card but this is exactly what it was not from the hotel but the guest. I am a business owner and my money spends just like the next human being no matter What color. They took money twice off my credit card asked them why they stated that's the way they do it just in case I wanted to change cards which I don't understand that ,smh I wish I never paid for my Vegas trip ahead of time with them I might cancel and go with another hotel smh. #DallasHiltonAnatole $259 a night per room and this is what I got want be back.
They handled a very large conference as smoothly as you could dream. It's been a great experience.
Location was very nice, had good food, and was as large as a small city. The only downside was the extremely cold air conditioning
The best hotel I have ever been too! the staff was great and so if the food. Definitely would come back!!!
I had the pleasure of visiting the FedEx Center located in the Anatole to drop off a return. It was located in the rear of the hotel and the entrance area was grand. The FedEx manager was very helpful as she openly expressed the spirit of hospitality.
I would definatley recommend myself and others to fully embrace the ANATOLE HOTEL experience for future stay.
Great experience and amazing food . Will definitely recommend
Excellent housekeeping staff. Great for large meeting. Ser is a great restaurant high atop the tower.
Hilton doing it BIG with this Asian-inspired, art-filled hotel. (Check out their new water park.)
Stayed for a conference. Was given choice of rooms, was pleased with result. Hot water heater was an issue.
The rooms and location were nice. I am disappointed that I had to pay an additional $10 per day for parking when I already paid more than $300 for the conference. Parking should be included since the hotel is not at risk (due to location) of people parking there who either aren't staying or attending an event
Service was fantastic, facilities were huge and very accommodating.
Hotel was great! Lots of space for the kids, bathrooms were big and clean. The staff was all very nice and professional.
My team stated here for a conference. For almost $400 a night, you would think the rooms would be at least clean, but they were not. They were also dated, wifi didn't work, staff was unhelpful and clueless, and the food was terrible. None of the amounts charged to our card matched the amounts on our booking receipts so we had to call to get new receipts from their accounting department which was completely clueless as well and took over half an hour just to understand that all we needed were correct receipts. Never staying here again.
The Hilton Anatole provided every basic necessity that the average guest would have. It was beautiful, clean, and a friendly environment. However, the reason i rate it good is because the walls are not as thick. Its not too thin but guests can hear faint noises from the room adjoined. I can hear people talking in the hallway as they cross my door. Keep in mind, the people I would hear, would not be yelling whatsoever but the surrounding areas do not prevent and block out outside noises. Otherwise, the hotel was great
Beautiful! Friendly staff!! My kids had a great time at Jadewaters!! Beautiful artwork display!!
Very nice hotel. Just roaming around it is like a museum of art exhibit. The pools are incredible, and the staff is so kind.
Very upscale clean hospitable and the concierge was awesome
A beautiful luxurious resort style hotel with a Chinese art decor. A great artistic expression location with a tour that you can take to view the artwork. The rooms are the cleanest around. My choice hotel when I am in Dallas.
I was at the Hilton Anatole for a conference. The friendly staff and comfortable facilities made a busy few days enjoyable.
I was there for a conference. Facilities are excellent, food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice collection of artwork in the public areas and I would recommend taking the time to walk around the hotel and enjoy it.
Let down, long waits for elevator, room was hot, dated decor and ok food. I will continue my stays with Homewood or embassy
Good conference center, could use another food spot for decent sized groups but visually impressive and well executed theme
Room was big, but pretty dated. It had a Murphy bed, of all things. WiFi was free for me as part of a corporate package. We had huge crowds, which the hotel accommodated easily. However, every meal seemed to disappoint the vegetarians in our group. Public spaces were impressive.
Media Grill in the Anatole Hilton was a disappointment. The draft beer was expensive, it cost $9 but wasn't special in any way. The service was mediocre, at best. The food was pricy but not well prepared. The avocados on my fish tacos had those little bad spots that a good restaurant wouldn't serve. I always remove them when I prepare food.
Long story short, I won't go out of my way to come back here.
Simply amazing Hotel they are always improving and it is a staple for Dallas.
I have only stayed in the tower But the rooms were very elegant and very clean.
They recently opened a water park that is great for all ages. The venue is very large if you go there for an event plan on doing a lot of walking. As for the staff they are very polite and courteous and the concierge desk is the best I've ever experienced. Make sure to download the Hilton app that allows you to use your cellphone as a room key.
Very nice room, incredible campus with spa, swimming pool, multiple restaurants, and
beautiful almost museum quality Asian art forms. The SER steakhouse at the top of the tower is of highest quality.
We went for Christmas at Anatole. If you are staying at the Hotel, then you get complimentary entry to the Christmas Park. If not , its $25 per adult and $20 per child 3 and above to just enter. Then to get on the train it's $6.00 per child/adult, and each booth needs tickets to play games. All in all , the things to do are not worth the price being charged. The Christmas shows were ok, they are free but for most part, you have to pay separately.
The Area for Christmas was not smoke free, guest were smoking around kids. I wish that part of the Hotel area was smoke free since there were little kids. The parking is paid. I paid $ 15 for 3 hours.
I would not go there again . I could have taken kids to another place for more fun in that price range.
Beautiful place to stay or dine. Nice big rooms, but be ready to pay for it.$$$
I had been there as a guest for an event. The service was good and I would surely think.of having my event there, in future
Amazing
I go during Christmas and there decor is MARVELOUS
We have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions and were very pleased each time. From Matt's professionalism at check-in to many great places to eat, and the beautiful artwork throughout the place. The location is perfect, the food at the Media or the SER won't disappoint. The new pool with swim-up bar stepped it up another notch.
Came here for a conference. The room was clean and staff is very friendly. Easy to navigate to all of the various ballrooms as well.
Beautiful lobby and a great view of the city from our room.
Was here for QuakeCon. Great event staff. Great venue. Will hopefully be back this year (2017.)
Let s start with someone stole our truck tailgate while in Valet @ Hilton Anatole. Then we find out that another entire truck was stolen and other truck tailgates were vandalized as well. Guess what?... Hilton saying they are not responsible. Protect your vehicles, stay somewhere else. Oh and did I mention that none of the bedroom plugs worked either, so our phones never charged while we slept and while our property was being stolen from a secure lot. What a shame, Anatole used to be really nice hotel.
Rooms are awesome. Interesting Asian theme, lobby level restaurants are fairly poor though.
Gorgeous hotel. Attended a banquet there and the service was poor. Food was delicious.
Came to this resort style hotel in hopes of a nice memorable weekend for the family.
And that s what it was a hope, met with unhappy endings
A room not ready when we checked it at appointed time
Dishes out side the room once we did get the room
then air not working in that room.
They did manage to switch rooms but when you pay extra for suit with a view only to be moved to a much lower level is still in exceptable.
Elevators did not work well either.
2 out of six where working and the two were so full from other unhappy guest.
having to wait we had to take the stairs with others that where tired of the wait. 8 flights of stairs .
Also because I booked with a third party they couldn t do refund of money.
So points for one night stay at a Hilton and one breakfast is all they could do for me.
This probably would be enough if I had not paid a decent price for rooms and extra fees
because it had a resort style pool and parking fees.
I just would have liked to have gotten my money s worth considering I payed extra and completely did not get what I paid for....
This hotel is pretty big and has several ballrooms, one water park, only thing I didn t like was that glass elevator has no ventilation and when more then 5-6 people inside the elevator you would feel suffocated, bathroom (Room #689) was very little even though room size was decent.
Safe for this room doesn t work, called for maintenance person who was unable to fix it & due to this all valuable items were left in room un secured which was not good.
Due to these few flows I am giving this property 3 star.
Car Vale was working very hard and due to I guess this reason whenever we tried call them ahead was unable to answered .
Very nice hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The workout center had nice equipment and the amenities in the locker room were an added bonus. We found the the sauna and steam rooms very relaxing as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. If you are Gold or Diamond status, the executive lounge at this property was well stocked on non-alcoholic beverages and had a decent assortment of snacks throughout our stay. I'm a frequent traveler and choose Hilton properties almost exclusively and once again, I was not disappointed with my decision to stay at the Hilton Anatole.
this hotel is emacculent and in no other way with words to describe the majestic feeling you feel whenever you look up toward the ceilings and find your self enveloped within the 27 floors and 1606 rooms a warm sensation takes the breath right out og you its prestigious feel just makes the troubles of everyday life slip away the art parts of the berlin wall awaits you peacefully.
Rooms are ok. Very noisy because of the atriums. Not an enjoyable stay.
I'm only 2 nights in to a seven night stay but so far so good. The hotel has been super responsive to any requests and I love that they check in with you via text to see how things are going. The rooms are nice and the artwork in the hotel is astounding. Beautiful pool.
Weird hotel. Fitness is far enough away you can jog there and have done your warm up. Booked because they claimed to have squash courts. They don t. It s a racquetball court.
Visited the hotel for a conference. It is huge, which is cool, but unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time to explore it. The attached water park is also cool, but has an additional fee per day. All in all it is a costly experience, but for a once in awhile trip, it is fun.
Couldn't ask for a nicer place to hold events. Their staff is 1st class.
The Anatole Hotel is still the first class Hotel that it has always been...
When they give you the option to upgrade to the Dallas city view, they should tell you that you're actually getting breathtakingly beautiful 'sunrise over Dallas' view. Take it.
Busy with conferences. Buffet catering was surprisingly good. Standard hotel room quality. Some crazy guests depending on the other conferences going on...
Very well kept. Large and spacious. Great amenities.
Very expensive, parts of room broken, room laid out so cords are tripping hazards.
Attended an event hosted there and it was exceptional.
It was a comfortable stay. I will return back, and check into more of Hilton properties going forward.
Edit - 14/11 : Changed rooms. Food wasn't provided on time. Phones unanswered. I felt things did not go well this time.
Resort fee not disclosed on Priceline 25.00 per night (no value, just a sneaky charge)
Had to call guest services twice to get them to come service my room
personally i love this hotel. the lobby is great! and it smells great too! the water park and outside walking paths are great too. not much to not like about the hotel. The rooms were above average but maybe not stunning though.
Amazing hotel. Supper friendly staff and rooms was great for the price
Awesome East Asian art pieces. Great atmosphere. Nice rooms.
Do not ever valet your car at this location, The children they have parking cars are rude and incompetent.
If I could score lower than 1 star, I would. From the very beginning, I've had a horrible experience with this hotel. When I choose my room on the website, I thought I was getting what I picked. It's like one of those surreal experiences of picking something and getting something completely different. The people at reservations were terrible. I had to fix my reservations FIVE different times; at one time, they called me late on Saturday night, asking me if I wanted to cancel my reservations!!!!!!! Now, I'm having problems talking to someone about my bill. I was quoted (and given an email confirmation) of what I was supposed to pay. My final bill says something different. When I finally reached (Rebecca, Kayley, Bonnie, and some other nameless twit) on the phone, they said that their system has a 15% tax. But their email confirmation gave me a 13% tax. Whose fault is this? Now I can't get reimbursed for my hotel stay because of their mistake. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Aside from customer service, the hotel is so not worth the price. I could have gotten better at cheaper accommodations. My colleague stayed at the Sheraton across the street and she paid $149 for a hotel suite.
