The atrium in this hotel is incredible. Really enjoyed walking around and admiring all the Asian art. It was very helpful that they have a FedEx on site to ship things in and out. Super friendly staff that took the time to walk me around and explain the history behind all the at pieces. Very impressed!!

Have truly enjoyed our stay here - Great venue for conferences and events. Very nice rooms. Convenient location. However - one tip: You may want to bring your own bottled water - $4 per bottle here vs $0.16 at CVS.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. My only negative thing was my room was facing the sun during the day and the room's AC could not keep the room as cool as I would've liked. Room was fantastic otherwise

Very nice premises. The pool, workout room, and event rooms were all very beautiful. I know they say in Texas, 'bigger is better', but this hotel was massive. Very confusing to find your way around. Also, there was a charge for using the resort amenities per day and also the on-location food was very expensive. I'd suggest this for a family vacation for a couple days (no more, as there's not enough on site to see/do), if you want a clean, fun, and safe trip. If you're staying for business, be prepared to tax a taxi/uber around the city to see Dallas. There are not a lot of amenities within walking distance. Overall, 4 stars.

I went to the Hilton Anatole to check in with friends who were guests at the hotel. The check in staff was courteous and professional, taking the extra step.to wish my friend a happy birthday. The hotel is massive and parking is initially very difficult, which is disconcerting at first, but the hotel staff are well-prepared with maps and knowledge of the hotel layout to get you where you need to be. There is beautiful Asian art all around the first floor and even some in the hallways upstairs where my friends' room was. The room itself was clean and tastefully decorated. There was a great view of the sunset from the window. We grabbed a complimentary soft drink and some some appetizers from the executive lounge, which was really nice as well, including a crudite platter and an offering of other warm and cold. snacks. I would recommend this hotel.

Over priced. Upcharges for everything. I was charged $25 per day for the gym. When i was initially asked to accept the charge i thought the guy meant $25 total because $25 a day is insane. When i called back to dispute the charge because i didn't even use the gym one of the days, i was transfered to an automated machine where i left a message, and i never received a call back. Also, i couldn't find where my conference was the 1st day, and after asking several people i ended up walking around and found it on my own.

Last year I had a staycation here that was so good I just had to come back for more! This year I got the option to upgrade to a Deluxe Room in the tower on a high floor, I decided to do the upgrade and it was definitely worth it. The room was very clean and I felt reassured by all the signs saying they did sanitize the room. It was a little dusty all over in the room though, I assume nobody had been in there for a while. I got a Jadewaters view room, even though it wasn't the city view which more people are after, the views from the 26th floor were still stunning and I loved waking up to a beautiful view of the sunrise from all around the bed. Due to the pandemic they downsized Christmas at the Anatole and closed all but 2 of the restaurants. Currently only Gossip Bar and Counter Offer are open, however Counter Offer has plenty of breakfast foods and pre-made dishes to get you by and I thought the food was great quality, a little expensive though. Another thing to note is they currently aren't doing room service either, and the only lobby open is in the tower building. Despite all these things though, the whole team was definitely doing all they could to make the guest's experience amazing despite the times, and a lot of respect goes to them for that, everyone I talked to/interacted with was extremely friendly and went above expectations. I for sure recommend this hotel if you are coming to Dallas or just coming for a staycation.

An exceptional hotel and exactly the kind of place that all Hiltons should be like. We booked in advance for a weekend stay over Valentines Day. I asked for a couple of extras that were completely met. In fact, we had some chilled food that I asked to be in the room when we arrived for a late check in. The staff made sure that the items were not only waiting in the room but they were also brought up only 15 minutes before we said we were arriving so that the food and drinks would still be cold once we checked in and made it to the room. Talk about attention to detail! Our stay was perfect.

This Hilton is HUGE. My Uber dropped me off at the tower registration and it took me at least 10 minutes to get to my room in the atrium. The atrium was nice. Stayed in room 1075. Room was standard. Sink was a bit clogged and hot water ran out in shower which was weird. But otherwise room was fine. Although I was worried about noise from the atrium center, it quieted down around 10pm. Bed was comfortable. Had the continental breakfast in the terrace. It was $16 which is an OK price, and the food was OK. Checkout was simple. I'd probably stay again.

The hotel is big but is getting old. My Gold status served for nothing basically. Not placed in the tower, not offered the lounge access after I requested it later during the stay, not offered bottles of water. Lounge was nothing exceptional. While I had my b-day at Hilton Doha, I was offered a celebration cake in my room, not even a congrats note was waiting for me in the room. Also, one day, my room was not ready when I came back at 6pm. Not What I expect from Hilton. Very disappointed.

Stayed here for a week and sneezed like crazy the rooms are EXTREMELY outdated, sheets dirty, towels dirty, rooms very dusty, I am very disappointed for this being a Hilton Hotel I expected better. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in reguards to cleanliness. Also there was a Jumbo Roach in my room. YUCK!

Disappointed in my stay here for the AACC conference. Reported problems with the TV set. Reported it not working multiple times..advised it was repaired multiple times it was not. Requested additional towels and had to call twice to receive those. Expensive 4 to 5 star hotel....the service and responsiveness to customers for small things leave alot to be desired. Nice facility. Beautuful facility. Huge facility. Need to improve a bit on customer service and room maintenance. Hearing the same from others who stayed.

Terrible experience. I sliced for an accessible room and didn't get one and then they proceeded to tell me that the room I was in is accessible. Ac didn't cool much, all the tech did was drop the thermostat more. The morning of check out I was awakened by house keeping. Ridiculous.

This hotel is very good. I did not stay at the hotel. I attended convention at this hotel. The meeting rooms were nice and clean. The main ballroom was very massive.

The hotel has lot of amenities and very kids friendly.
I will be returning here to stay with family.

Nice hotel and food, our room took forever to get in and out of at checkin and checkout because of how few elevators and entrances there were. Also wish they allowed pets in one of the towers or areas.

My son stayed at the Straton Hilton in Dallas while he was in town to take the law school admission test. I called and conditioned the reservation on the fact that he was staying there as a student, without a credit card and that the charges were to go to my credit card. I was told that would not be a problem. That was a lie. The staff at the front desk would not let him check in without a credit card, since he did not have one, I had to load his debit card for the charge for the entire stay. I was basically lied to as I tried to help my child take a very important test. I was out of town giving the eulogy for a relative that died and we had a simply terrible experience. I had to be interrupted several times from the funeral service to answer questions just to get him into the room. It is really bad when your reservation desk lies to customers. We will never stay there again.

I have never experienced anything such as this place. I was here in business but found myself equally fascinated with the various art that is literally in every area of the building. This is hands down a second future date to return.

So my husband and I love this hotel. Our kids love Jade waters and we usually have a great experience. This year our reservation fell during the 4th of July. I guess they ran a special and many people took advantage. There were so many people we couldn t use the pool, lounge on the 25th floor, cafe, anything...it was bombarded with people checking in for one day only. What about all of us who had multi day reservations and are actual long standing Hilton honors members? We will NEVER be back on the 4th again. It s like a low rent circus..

Only thing good is the sushi. Beds are hard. Everything is super expensive. You can't go to breakfast for 4 under $100. Check the photo of my brisket Mac&Cheese, it was mostly fat. I had to pick through it just to eat the pasta. Good thing they took it back.

check in wasn't that great. the front desk person didn't explain anything. We finally spoke with someone to confirm our VIP Package and then everything was great from that point on. Water Park was the best part!
