This hotel was incredible and did a great job showing they cared about my experience. From constantly checking up on me and taking care of every need they did a great job with everything! They even surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries!

You can pay less and get better service elsewhere.

If you think paying extra gets you a cleaner, quieter room, think again.

Also, no non-dairy creamer for the room.

Staff couldn't have cared less.

I was supposed to get access to concierge check in, and a lounge, that did not happen! The staff looked at me like I was crazy but that's how the room is listed on the website.

Stayed 2 nights here, and 2 nights at the embassy suite nearby. This place was more expensive, included less, and DOUBLE charged me.

I brought incorrect charges to the attention of the lady who was at the check out, she said she would take them off, and ended up doubling it. When i saw the reciept, I was told thats just the way it shows up in the system. Wait a couple days and sure enough the charge was doubled on my credit card. Call back again to get it taken care of, no one is there. Call back 5 more times to get a hold of someone (who was very nice) who tells me they will get back to me. I get an updated reciept with the same awkward accounting system showing the refund under "Charges". I will wait a couple of days to see how it posts on my credit card.

The conference Hall was very large and allowed plenty of room for our booths as well as behind the scenes staging areas. Take out all the curtains for a full size game of indoor football!

check in wasn't that great. the front desk person didn't explain anything. We finally spoke with someone to confirm our VIP Package and then everything was great from that point on. Water Park was the best part!

How can anyone not appreciate this place? Unbelievable statues and other art throughout, more like the Bellagio collection in Vegas than a Hilton chain hotel just uptown a bit from downtown. Right off Stemmons for convenience but no noise whatsoever.
Huge open areas for large convention size cocktail parties and dinners or luncheons, all placed an acre away from each other. Really a terrific value for the price and quality of the rooms and the whole experience.
While I love some of the downtown hotels, this is my new favorite when I'm more in the Uptown, Oaklawn, Turtle Creek areas, all of which are 7 to 10 minutes.
With traffic these days, doesn't make sense to stay downtown when you have to go near North or near South.
Give this place a try. They also are very competitive. If on day you're checking in there's a better rate than you have online, or a nearby competitor is less, they will match the rate, or upgrade you as available. The upgrades are meaningful, not just a better view, but bigger rooms with more features and breakfasts and happy hour foods in their Hilton Honors lounge.
All in all a good stay.

Amazing space to hold conferences, have everything from small breakout room all the way to grand ballroom size. And the other amenities on site make this a must do when looking at either a local or national meeting

Everything at the hotel was great, the only downside is that it is not walkable to go to outside restaurants bars or other establishments. It's no fun having to take an Uber everywhere.

The closest free parking is miles away - I have found no better options for parking - they got you. Perhaps getting a drink at local restaurant Meddlesome Moth and a cab would be cheaper.

I do a lot of set up shows at the place. Only issue is parking is very costly. I dont drive a Lambo. Why I need to pay 30.00 to park .lol it's just like normal parking lot. Staff is professional on every level. Makes nice transactions.

Very old hotel, showers dont drain, AC doesnt work well, very dated. The worst customer service in Dallas. Young, cocky and crabby employees. Extremely expensive, and get this, no drinks allowed in the pool! You have to be an idiot to stay here. You pay $500 a night, with access to an 'executive club' that had no food, always out of coffee (chips and salsa, WOW). Rooms are very old with no plugs except behind the bed (its 2019). We are pulling all our meetings and stays with this place.

The Hilton Anatole in Dallas just keeps getting better with age! Stayed at this property 30+ years ago and as recently as 2017 & 2018. First class accommodations and staff always, highly recommended when in Dallas!

Received an email directly from the Anatole couple hours ago advertising from $99 during spring. Chat/spoke too 5 different people, no one knew about the email. REPEATEDLY asked what days were available for that price (I figured that price was too good to be true). Supposedly spoke to a manager, he hung up on me transferred me to someone else that had no clue. Was given prices over double,
Honesty goes a long way, didn t expect that from the Anatole. ...... On another note, after multiple calls to the Anatole this year, it is a STRUGGLE almost every time to understand the people on the phone. I understand having an international staff but fluent English/communication should be priority

Stayed here for a conference a few years ago. The room was nice. I fell in a poorly lit area, at night on a crappy sidewalk about 100 feet from the hotel door. I broke my toe and two fingers, one of which still hurts. So bleeding from my knee and foot I hbbled into lobby with a hole ripped in the knee of my slacks. Front desk said they couldn't help with an ice pack or bandaid (they were clueless) it hurt so bad I went to concierge who could've cared less and said I could only get one bandaid. I emailed the manager owner whatever and they said sorry and would look Into lighting. They didn't offer.anything but one bandaid, the fall ruined my trip and I hurt for a good 2 months bc of it. I think a hotel chain this large could've at least replaced my pants! I should've sued them. Hopefully they got more bandaids or better yet, bring your own

Fantastic, fascinating resort with an incredible Asian historical art collection from the 1800s. Beautiful zen garden and fountains. Inspired in Buddhism. Such a nice, relaxing, inspiring ambiance. I love it so much. I didn't want to leave. I haven't saying anything about the amazing fun pools, spa, restaurants, cafes. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. I can't have enough of this esoteric, eclectic atmosphere. I really would love to go back and stay longer.

well we just arrived at the hotel. pulled up at the door and everyone looked but nobody helped with the bags. Then we were asked if we needed a trolley we said it would be a good idea but it never came.
went to check in and there were 5 groups waiting and 1 person on the desk. finally another turned up after 15 minutes.
WiFi in the room is soooooo sloooow.
not a good start let's see if it gets better.

Was here for a convention and will opt to stay at a different hotel next year. Most of the staff was polite, but many were uneducated about the hotel's policies and practices. We ended up being charged three different times for parking because a woman behind the desk gave us bad information. Not to mention parking cost us $40 a night - ridiculous! Also, we're fighting a $60 that no one at the hotel seems to know what it's for! There were numerous charges on our bank statement that were not on the receipt the hotel gave us, and it's giving us a lot of grief to find out what they are because no one at the hotel is willing to talk to us. The valet workers were also incredibly rude on check-out day - so rude that I was fuming the entire 5-hour drive home. Also, I am quite perturbed by the fact that we paid $199 +tax a night for our room, only to find out when I got home that non-convention hotel guests paid $129 for the same type of room we had. The Hilton is a beautiful location, but it's definitely not worth the hassle we've been dealing with since we came home.

The service is wonderful and staff is extremely helpful. The restaurants are a bit pricey, but it is expected at a Hilton. This is our third year to stay and we haven't had a bad experience yet.
