This place is enormous and the every bit of it is great. It's full of amazing art pieces and even has a website dedicated to an art scavenger hunt. I attended two conferences here and each time the amenities were great. The conference rooms are nice and the catered food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom needs a fan, smells a little musky. The concierge is very helpful with all the little questions you might have.

I loved my stay both times and would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here a few times in the past few years and it's beautiful. I love the art, the staff are always friendly, and the manager is great. Thank you Hilton Anatole for hosting Snowball Express!

I've stayed a couple times very pretty but overpriced for the quality. For lower prices you get better quality at the westin. If I'm paying a premium price I expect premium service and you just don't get that with hilton.

This is a very large hotel and when we arrived during prime check-in hours there were only 3 desk clerks checking people in at one of the towers. Lots of people had to wait in line, for a long. More clerks should be on duty during prime check in and check out hours. Our room did not have a t.v. remote. The maid or maintenance messed up there. One of the bathrooms off the grand ballroom had visible dirty handles, gross.

Polite staff and a decent business atmosphere. Spent a week here on a business trip recently. Food is mediocre overall but breakfasts were fine. Front desk is anemic in its service. Little urgency to get you checked in or out.

This is the only hotel I will stay at when in the Dallas area. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the restaurants in the hotel are great, along with all of the amenities such as the new water park!

Me and my fiance booked our engagement party in a room that is 1100 sqft holds up to 40 people and told us noise wouldn't be a problem.
"that's a party room" so we had just about 10 geust arrive already and 2 hours in they knock at the door about a noise complaint and told me to tell all my guest to leave were to loud with no warning ahead of time, i had a talk with them they then left..and came back less then 30 mins to officially kick everybody out with security to escort they made me cancle before my other guest could even arrived I had family an friends fly in for this day, and I called ahead of time to confirm it would all be alright an go smoothly..

Nice big room, ours was on the 22nd floor so a good view to the downtown buildings.
The hotel has an Asian theme.
Good proximity to Cedar Springs.
Room service brought me a bottle opener and glasses for my wine :)

The hotel is loverly especially if you are an art lover as the grounds are a literal museum. This lends itself heavily to pokestops in pokemon go. However, the hotel is quite expensive as I write this review drinking a $6.00 Fiji water.

I am disappointed that I must pay to self park. I understand it, just don't think it's a legitimate revenue stream considering paid parking was added to free parking lots. Especially in light of 2 nights averaging more than $250 per night.

Beware the lack of hot water!

I don t typically write a lot of reviews but I would like to share with everyone how impressed with the customer service and generosity of this hotel. I made a reservation online a couple weeks ago and in the same breath called them back to cancel the reservation because a family member had already booked the room for us. In the midst of the caos I didn t notice that I hadn t received a cancelation confirmation email. Then today I noticed a charge on my credit card for the hotel room. Miffed, I called and spoke to the billing department, who then informed me there was nothing they could do but I could speak to the front desk manager and ask them to waive the room fee. Kind of a Hail Mary... so I did. I spoke to CHRISTIAN the front desk manager and he listened to my story and politely said he would refund the entire amount, no problem. Wow. Very cool. I will definitely be a Hilton customer for life.

Worked in this hotel for only 3 months, it is a RACIST environment! Light skin Latinos and Whites in the front, Blacks, especially Black Men, and latinos/Hispanics with some Moreno in the back, washing, cleaning, cooking and dumping the trash! I was once a token Black dishwasher up in the SER Restaurant, dumping the trash, which will be pilled up waiting on you as SOON as you get off the 28th Floor, loading logs for the grill in a poly linen cart pushing it up in storage, sometimes twice a day, dumping large barrels of oil, rotating between the dishwasher and pots&pans while others only did one or the other and was only getting paid $7.50 an hour! Spoken from a person who worked the second shift, your pretty much doing what the people from 1st shift WOULDN'T! As for their 30 minute lunch break, , only 10-15 minutes max, you can blame that on their broke down employee elevators! It's a good walk from where you are stationed to the lunch room, TRUST ME!!!

I came back 4 years later applying for another position in September of 2017, they were so determined to put me back as a dishwasher by telling me they now pay $10.50 an hour, but I refused, because I already knew how they worked! Was brought back twice for a second interview, the 3rd was a job fair, all 3 times HR and their hotel managers were late, I mean over 30 minutes LATE! I showed up around 8a.m., the job fair didn't start til 10a.m., and STILL I was the person to be interviewed by a hiring manager and one of the Last people to be interviewed by a manager! I didn't get out of there until 4 minutes to Noon!

Don't be fooled by the beauty of the hotel and there full benefits, which is the ONLY REASON they got 1 from me, they care nothing for their employees, based on their poor management and always wanting you to SWEAT for your CHECK, especially if you are a minority! Just a HEADS UP!!!

We loved our recent stay at the Hilton Anatole. Our room was clean and comfortable but the ground facilities really shine the brightest.

Everywhere you look there is beautiful art with both contemporary and historical significance. The highlight was seeing the Lusitania propeller landscaped with hundreds of yellow pansies. We also really enjoyed the Berlin wall display. Finally, the main atrium hosts a massive hanging art piece that undulates like the ocean (although we only saw it move at night). I found it breathtaking.

The fitness facilities were impressive as well. We took advantage of the full-sized basketball court and played a quick game of horse. I would have loved to have utilized the massive pool but we simply ran out of time.

We were fortunate enough to get access to the 25th-floor executive lounge. The stunning panoramic downtown views and free snacks were the perfect way to end our evening. The executive lounge also has a free daily breakfast with tacos and amazing coffee among other things.

Overall we were quite impressed with our stay at the Anatole. This was a couples/business trip but I think our kids would enjoy the water park in the summer.
