Amazing experience! Our family booked 2 rooms and stayed here for Memorial weekend. We had adults and children in our party so spent most of our time at the Jade Waters. Jeffrey, the manager, was very friendly with guests, promoted a great cabana rental rate, really kept up with social distancing guidelines and prepared guests ahead of time that scattered storms would be approaching. Overall, the hotel is really nice and it s unfortunate that certain amenities were not available due to Covid-19, but still so worth it! We will be back!

I must admit, the only reason I was staying here was due to weather and missed connections. However I am glad i did. This place is great!! Beautiful lobby, atrium, chandelier and they give you a voucher for a free Starbucks coffee. If in Dallas you should stay here. It's a little pricy, but you can use your Hilton honor rewards for a discounted rate.

The hotel is over the top nice. The water park can get very crowded but is a great place to cool off and free if you're staying. The upper floors get very hot but you can make your room as cold as you want.

We come here every year for my girlfriend's birthday, we absolutely love it! Staff is always professional, facilities and rooms are clean, so much to do. This is our staycation before the summer ends.

The Hilton Anatole is centrally located close to Dallas Uptown and the Market Districts. It's a huge hotel with beautiful decor, nice restaurants, grand ballrooms, and an amazing water park with a lazy river and water slides with a large, grassy area to play games and for kids to run around.

An expansive campus of hotel buildings and extensive amenities. They have an indoor lap pool, and full gym in addition to large outdoor pool facilities. (Be aware, these outdoor pools are closed during the winter)

Rooms are nicely done, and aging gracefully.

Staff was helpful and accommodating to every request. Food was well prepared.

Bad:

Bad:
1) Our room wasn't ready and it took them an hour and a half longer than it should. I asked what our compensation was and she giggled. I thought a late check out was in order but no.
2) I booked a spa package for my wife and when we arrived they had no idea why my room was more expensive on the spa day. Thus, they were charging me more for the room the second night for no reason.
Good:
1) They fixed the room charge with no hassle. I just paid the spa separately.
2)If you choose a room on a high floor facing the city it's truly beautiful.
3)Great ammineties.

The hotel is a nice conference location and has some great amenities for any family traveling with you (including a cool water park). We had some minor problems with our room - the shower broke - but the staff was in the room for repairs quickly. The only minor issue is the staff for the restaurants and sis seem a little under trained. Other than that though, our stay has been a pleasant one.

The stay was great. The room was clean and quiet. Pillows were ideal and lots of towels. Almost gave 5 Stars but the TV was surprisingly small for the size of the room and distance from bed. I expected a 50" at least. Also a printed channel guide would be helpful on the night table. Media restaurant had a great menu and pricing.

Between the artwork, decor, or the size of the outdoor swimming area, this place is amazing. One of the true Hotel gyms in Dallas. The parking is a little pricey and so is the food, but in line with most higher and resorts. Staff was incredible and overall good stay.

We had an amazing staycation here one weekend. The staff were over the top welcoming. We were upgraded and enjoyed the concierge lounge. The hotel was bustling with activities due to conventions...no problem for us. Very romantic weekend.

Best service possible. However when I was leaving the bell man spilled pickle juice all over my luggage and I couldn't understand how that happened. I had a jar of pickles and it somehow ended up broken and leaked all over my luggage. Why did he place it over my luggage while it was leaking?? The waiter at the media bar brought out my dessert appetizer and entree all together. My ice cream dessert was cream by the time I rushed through my meal. I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because they always upgrade my diamond stay but some of the staff needs to be reminded of how much we pay a night.

Beautiful place. I actually enjoyed being inside.
The amminities were very good as well. The food served was good.
My only complaint was the terrible parking system. The price was outrageous and there was often a line just to exit.

I attended conventions for entrepreneurs on the Chantilly ballroom the place was very nice and well organized, the only complain that I have is that the food service is not very effective, it is slow and not very organized for the amount of people that attended the event , but other than that they place is very nice.

The staff is Johnny-on-the-spot with requests. The accommodations are modern and comfortable, and the restaurants and quite good. The location, while not in walking distance of downtown, is a short drive to even more excellent dining options as well as many shopping venues.

The Anatole is a GEM in the heart of Dallas. Room was clean & spacious, though the bathroom was a tight fit (but we just stayed in a standard room & who really spends time in the bathroom anyways?) Absolutely lovely all around. A museum within itself! So many Asian inspired paintings, decor & statues. Serene walking area behind the hotel. My husband & I walked around it at midnight & there was lounging areas with heat lamps keeping the patio spots just warm enough. Lots of spots inside to shop & eat as well. Staff were friendly & helpful. self parking was great, close by the entrance. We stayed in the atrium tower & my only complaint was being near to the elevator (which I specifically asked not to be located near), I am a light sleeper & could hear everytime the elevator dinged to open up. But I always carry headphones to cancel out noise & we arrived later than we thought & had to quickly get ready for put event & leave so I couldn't change the room. I do feel as if they would have accommodated me if I had asked though! Love the late check out of 12 (though you should be sure to put your DND sign out the night before, housekeeping was at our door at 10 a.m. & we were still snoozing.) We will definitely stay here again!!

Still such a beautiful hotel. The artwork and sculpture gardens are superb. Was there to help host a business event which catered to a particular ethnic group and the food chosen was very authentic and delicious.

I was attending a Women s conference at Hilton Anatole in Dallas. I am a working mother with a 4 month old and needed a private area for lactation. The first day, the front desk said there was nowhere they could send me, but there was an outlet next to the sink in the public restroom. Today, when I approached the front desk again, the associate called her manager, Nicole, and Nicole said they have space available and it would be a $100 charge to use the room for 15 minutes. This is offensive and I will not be returning to a Hilton property. Mothers, please keep this in mind when traveling.

Location is great as it's right off the highway and close to several restaraunts! Room service and staff are great. The hotel is huge and has several different restaraunts. The atrium is really neat and has an outdoorsy feeling which I love!

Great hotel. Super busy, but it was Labor Day weekend to be expected. The water park was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed that they had an adult/bar pool area with the bar in the pool. Everyone was really nice, but valet was a little chaotic arriving and departing.

A great place for a business meeting, and the family can join you for travel and enjoy the attractions the hotel has to offer, a very luxurious lobby! Cool water park for kids, very clean hotel, excellent customer service! Highly recommended!
I will come back for sure next time!
