Beautiful place inside with lots of shopping, eating and drinking. Friendly Staff, lots of beautiful Museum pieces
Was there for a company holiday event. Facilities were great, and food was good too.
Amazing experience! Our family booked 2 rooms and stayed here for Memorial weekend. We had adults and children in our party so spent most of our time at the Jade Waters. Jeffrey, the manager, was very friendly with guests, promoted a great cabana rental rate, really kept up with social distancing guidelines and prepared guests ahead of time that scattered storms would be approaching. Overall, the hotel is really nice and it s unfortunate that certain amenities were not available due to Covid-19, but still so worth it! We will be back!
I must admit, the only reason I was staying here was due to weather and missed connections. However I am glad i did. This place is great!! Beautiful lobby, atrium, chandelier and they give you a voucher for a free Starbucks coffee. If in Dallas you should stay here. It's a little pricy, but you can use your Hilton honor rewards for a discounted rate.
An amazing place to hold events and relax. It is like no other
The hotel is over the top nice. The water park can get very crowded but is a great place to cool off and free if you're staying. The upper floors get very hot but you can make your room as cold as you want.
Amazing amenities. Room was perfect! Very big hotel!
Very nice hotel. Great art pieces. Will love to stay over night
I love this hotel, it's great and looks even better, but my one issue is that there is no ping pong table.
AMAZING on soooooo many levels!! Beautiful hotel. My daughter & I were in awwwww!!!! Jade Waters was awesome as well ! Staff is awesome as well ! Rooms were very nice. Just love this hotel.
We come here every year for my girlfriend's birthday, we absolutely love it! Staff is always professional, facilities and rooms are clean, so much to do. This is our staycation before the summer ends.
Excellent place to stay. While food is expensive every detail is great.
The Hilton Anatole is centrally located close to Dallas Uptown and the Market Districts. It's a huge hotel with beautiful decor, nice restaurants, grand ballrooms, and an amazing water park with a lazy river and water slides with a large, grassy area to play games and for kids to run around.
An expansive campus of hotel buildings and extensive amenities. They have an indoor lap pool, and full gym in addition to large outdoor pool facilities. (Be aware, these outdoor pools are closed during the winter)
Rooms are nicely done, and aging gracefully.
Staff was helpful and accommodating to every request. Food was well prepared.
Fantastic experience in one of the tower rooms. Everything about this hotel is high quality.
Nice resort in the heart of downtown Dallas. Great steakhouse on the property and Jade Waters for the kids.
Bad:
1) Our room wasn't ready and it took them an hour and a half longer than it should. I asked what our compensation was and she giggled. I thought a late check out was in order but no.
2) I booked a spa package for my wife and when we arrived they had no idea why my room was more expensive on the spa day. Thus, they were charging me more for the room the second night for no reason.
Good:
1) They fixed the room charge with no hassle. I just paid the spa separately.
2)If you choose a room on a high floor facing the city it's truly beautiful.
3)Great ammineties.
The hotel is a nice conference location and has some great amenities for any family traveling with you (including a cool water park). We had some minor problems with our room - the shower broke - but the staff was in the room for repairs quickly. The only minor issue is the staff for the restaurants and sis seem a little under trained. Other than that though, our stay has been a pleasant one.
The stay was great. The room was clean and quiet. Pillows were ideal and lots of towels. Almost gave 5 Stars but the TV was surprisingly small for the size of the room and distance from bed. I expected a 50" at least. Also a printed channel guide would be helpful on the night table. Media restaurant had a great menu and pricing.
It s like it s own little city inside! Much more impressive inside the from the outside, by the way!
I always have a great experience with Hilton properties. I love the beds, pools overall customer service plus my daughter is a stakeholder!
3rd floor standard room. It was pretty warn down: the bathroom door didn't lock and the laminate was peeling off :/
Good restaurant, impressive lobbies, great amenities, good conference space.
This place is gigantic. Loved their 2 room suite. The bathrooms are small, but everything else is big. You can even get a 4 room suite for the right price.
Between the artwork, decor, or the size of the outdoor swimming area, this place is amazing. One of the true Hotel gyms in Dallas. The parking is a little pricey and so is the food, but in line with most higher and resorts. Staff was incredible and overall good stay.
Clean rooms, Fun attraction, very spacious and staff was more than helpful! Definitely a great staycation idea. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly place.
We had an amazing staycation here one weekend. The staff were over the top welcoming. We were upgraded and enjoyed the concierge lounge. The hotel was bustling with activities due to conventions...no problem for us. Very romantic weekend.
Best service possible. However when I was leaving the bell man spilled pickle juice all over my luggage and I couldn't understand how that happened. I had a jar of pickles and it somehow ended up broken and leaked all over my luggage. Why did he place it over my luggage while it was leaking?? The waiter at the media bar brought out my dessert appetizer and entree all together. My ice cream dessert was cream by the time I rushed through my meal. I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because they always upgrade my diamond stay but some of the staff needs to be reminded of how much we pay a night.
Nice park, gym and swim facilities. Especially when park opens
Absolutely stunning grounds! Visit the Wedgewood Room--we'd never seen anything like it! Great place to stay--very receptive staff!
Beautiful place. I actually enjoyed being inside.
The amminities were very good as well. The food served was good.
My only complaint was the terrible parking system. The price was outrageous and there was often a line just to exit.
This is a very classy hotel. The customer service was great. We will be back for sure.
Very nice hotel, my only complaint is the bed wasn't very comfortable.
Nice rooms, great water / pool area. Art work throughout hotel is amazing. And right down the road from the best burgers at Rodeo Goat
I attended conventions for entrepreneurs on the Chantilly ballroom the place was very nice and well organized, the only complain that I have is that the food service is not very effective, it is slow and not very organized for the amount of people that attended the event , but other than that they place is very nice.
Pretty good place. A zen feeling with the paintings, statues and the garden place. Private water park which was not open at the time I went. Bigger than it looks from the front
Nice hotel. Plenty of meeting space. Nice big atriums. Good food. Indoor pool and an Outdoor pool with water slides.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, but they need an elevator near the rear of the Atrium rooms.
Rooms are older. Overbooked and didn't have a king for me and my wife. Had to sleep on terrible double beds. Was told by manager that this happens often (overbooking king bed rooms).
The location and size of the hotel were nice. The gym was great but a little expensive for daily use. The rooms and amenities in the room were a little disappointing.
Amazing experience. Wonderful staff. Super clean rooms.
This place is HUGE. So many things to do just at the hotel alone! I had a great time exploring this massive hotel. If I get the chance I will return!
The staff is Johnny-on-the-spot with requests. The accommodations are modern and comfortable, and the restaurants and quite good. The location, while not in walking distance of downtown, is a short drive to even more excellent dining options as well as many shopping venues.
The Anatole is a GEM in the heart of Dallas. Room was clean & spacious, though the bathroom was a tight fit (but we just stayed in a standard room & who really spends time in the bathroom anyways?) Absolutely lovely all around. A museum within itself! So many Asian inspired paintings, decor & statues. Serene walking area behind the hotel. My husband & I walked around it at midnight & there was lounging areas with heat lamps keeping the patio spots just warm enough. Lots of spots inside to shop & eat as well. Staff were friendly & helpful. self parking was great, close by the entrance. We stayed in the atrium tower & my only complaint was being near to the elevator (which I specifically asked not to be located near), I am a light sleeper & could hear everytime the elevator dinged to open up. But I always carry headphones to cancel out noise & we arrived later than we thought & had to quickly get ready for put event & leave so I couldn't change the room. I do feel as if they would have accommodated me if I had asked though! Love the late check out of 12 (though you should be sure to put your DND sign out the night before, housekeeping was at our door at 10 a.m. & we were still snoozing.) We will definitely stay here again!!
Still such a beautiful hotel. The artwork and sculpture gardens are superb. Was there to help host a business event which catered to a particular ethnic group and the food chosen was very authentic and delicious.
Wow! Huge Place. Attending DJI Airworks conference and I'm very impressed with the size and location. Unfortunately the parking is expensive if not a guest of the hotel ~$25.
Amazing food and service here. The views are to die for. Definitely worth a stop in!
Thank you Anatole for a wonderful experience and delicious meals during the leadership meeting. The staff was amazing and the event was unforgettable. The hotel design is also superve
The hotel is great and a great place for a corporate party. The rooms are nice and clean. Showers are the best!!
I was attending a Women s conference at Hilton Anatole in Dallas. I am a working mother with a 4 month old and needed a private area for lactation. The first day, the front desk said there was nowhere they could send me, but there was an outlet next to the sink in the public restroom. Today, when I approached the front desk again, the associate called her manager, Nicole, and Nicole said they have space available and it would be a $100 charge to use the room for 15 minutes. This is offensive and I will not be returning to a Hilton property. Mothers, please keep this in mind when traveling.
This hotel is beautiful and huge inside! I'd definitely stay here in the future. I observed the front desk agents, and they were professional and helpful the entire time.
Location is great as it's right off the highway and close to several restaraunts! Room service and staff are great. The hotel is huge and has several different restaraunts. The atrium is really neat and has an outdoorsy feeling which I love!
Great experience! Has a ton of free amenities and friendly staff. Made my stay near Dallas extremely enjoyable!
Beautiful hotel with awesome fitness club and nice staff
Great hotel. Super busy, but it was Labor Day weekend to be expected. The water park was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed that they had an adult/bar pool area with the bar in the pool. Everyone was really nice, but valet was a little chaotic arriving and departing.
A great place for a business meeting, and the family can join you for travel and enjoy the attractions the hotel has to offer, a very luxurious lobby! Cool water park for kids, very clean hotel, excellent customer service! Highly recommended!
I will come back for sure next time!
Stayed one night. Beautiful hotel. Plenty to do and great location! Room was very clean and bed comfy
