This is a lovely hotel near downtown Dallas located off Stemmons Frwy or I-35 as we call it at Wycliff exit. It is a very upscale hotel & conference center and stays busy year around. It has a large parking lot to self park as well as offering valet parking. The taxis line up outside 24/7 just in case you might need a ride at a moments notice. The hotel offers room service, bed turn downs, restraunt delivery to room and a full service athletics facility. Its located w/in 2 miles of downtown Dallas and local hospitals.

I'm really shocked at how much this hotel prioritizes leeches money from its customers opposed to providing proper service for the things that we have already paid for in being a guest here. Of course, a hotel is a business. I am not expecting everything to just be given to me free of charge, but things should be made abundantly clear and simple to customers of what they are paying for and why. Guests are forced to pay $25 a day for a mediocre waterpark and "two starbucks drinks" which in reality translates to free coffee I could make in my hotel room. Also, the idea that one can not choose the days they would like the service does not make sense in the slightest. We ended up wasting $50 paying for a waterpark we did not have time to use. Any business should prioritize their guest care over making money. We also encountered problems with our television, water pressure, air conditioning, and also a condescending attitude from many of the reception area.

For the cost of this hotel I was expecting more. Just one night was $330 on a weekday. We looked at pictures and were impressed with the Jade Water pool which was just a lazy river and a few kid slides. Spend the extra and go to Great Wolf Lodge for the price. The lady that checked us in failed to tell us there were multiple elevators and multiple towers so we searched for several minutes (like 30) looking for our room and someone to help us! The people working the very expensive restaurants were very nice but other than that we didn't encounter nice staff. They weren't necessarily rude just not helpful. The beds were hard the air conditioner didn't work well and there was some lack of attention to detail with the cleaning. There was also a conference going on while we were there... I wish hotels had to disclose this information prior to booking... I digress. We will not stay here again just too expensive and not worth what you get for your buck.

We go to the Anatole every year. Get 4 rooms. This year however 2 rooms weren't ready till 8pm. And one of the rooms had a broken shower, and another had curdled creamer for coffee. The creamer has expired in 2015. This was not the type of service we were used to at the Anatole. This was the 5th yr my family all met there in December. Not sure if we will return.

One of the better higher end hotels I ve stayed at. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The water park was great. Food prices are outrageous though. I would recommend bringing your own. Great place for families.

I was there for a conference, the 21st & 22nd. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature was not and the room didn't cool down one degree the entire two days. The food that was served to us, by the hotel, was horrible. For breakfast, wet scrambled eggs, fruit and a few pastries. No bacon, sausage, tortillas, biscuits. The lunch both day was disgusting. I've had better food at a hospital cafeteria. The second day you couldn't even distinguish what kind of meat was on your plate. I ate chips from the gift shop. Hilton should really be able to make edible food. They should be embarrassed and my company should be reimbursed for those meals. I won't stay there again for sure and it really changed my opinion of the quality of the Hilton Company.

The Anatole has always been beautiful hotel and a great place to host confrences and i have been here many times. My only issue on this visit is the self parking. The self paid parking lots do not know when they are full. You enter and drive through the entire lot only to find that there are no spots available. Then you go on to the next lot. It is just a pain in the ass.

Property is well maintained. Very safe environment for our children. Staff was very disappointing in general. There are few employees who are very kind and courteous However, the majority of the staff seem to be unfriendly and even appeared to be bothered to serve us. A little hint to those: smile, say thank you or your welcome, and have a nice day. It goes along way to make someone happy! It would have made our stay much more enjoyable. We stayed with a large group of families and those sentiments echoed through our group.

First time ever staying at a place this big & fancy. I understand huge events happen here, but the level of security, depending on the events, could be borderline TSA levels, no exaggeration. Just a big heads up if you're not used to this at any hotel you stay at.

Room & bathroom was very clean where it matters most, but places where you're not going to expect to touch or put things on may be dirtier than you'd expect (but given the fanciness & prestige of the place, someone likely previously "had some lines" on the furniture furthest away from the bed ), especially if this's significantly more expensive than what you're used to. Based on my travels to date, this is very likely the cleanliness standard Hilton uses across the board; be it Hilton Garden, Home2, etc.

Despite the front parking lot being incredibly DEAD, given the event had people primarily bussed in, I paid over $80 for just parking the 2 nights I stayed here. From the perspective of someone that typically stays just off the beaten path or most efficient/regionally accessible point, like me, all the nitpicky things aforementioned should be seriously taken into account. THE PRICE YOU SEE ON THE 3RD PARTY BOOKING SITE WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU PAY! KEEP THIS IN MIND!!!

All in all, the room, service, what little I ever need were very good. The view of the Dallas skyline by itself was so PHENOMENAL to where that itself bumps this to a 4 star review. Would've been 3 stars if not since the wifi would not work the whole time I was there (typed everything in and supposedly I wasn't on the record... maybe I should've let them know up front next time... thought they would've made me pay to use it since I 3rd partied this stay...). Would recommend; just a heads up on everything else!

Beautiful and huge. The rooms were immaculate and big. I had an interior room on the 26th floor, but it certainly did not lack the feel if an interior closed space. Executive lounge breakfast had breakfast tacos, pastries, fruit, coffee and juice with a great view of the city (25th floor)

The air conditioning in our first room didn't work. We switched rooms the next day. When we walked in the new room the toilet was making a loud noise. They sent someone to fix it right away. We were attended a conference on a group rate but we ended up paying alot more than they originally told us. Beware of all their extra charges. They tack them on after you check in...our bill was over a hundred dollars more than they quoted.

One of my favorite places to stay! My family and I loved staying here. The hotel has so much to offer. It has stunning views of Dallas. Jade waters was the best time for the entire family and HUGE. I loved everything about Jade Waters. Staff was excellent. Parking fee was affordable for being in the city. The rooms were great. I might of wanted a bigger bed than a full but we still fit with two people on each. Huge TV and big bathroom! The art work was amazing to walk through to see it all! They also let you go into Jade Waters for the day when you check out however we needed to leave but I thought what a great deal. The pool bar was fun and the water park slides, pool and lazy river was the greatest.I love to return one day and thank you Hilton for another great experience of memories for my kids

Horrible experience. We paid $265.00(not including fees and taxes) for a subpar, dirty room. It had half eaten candy on the floor, roaches and the "resort fee" we paid was pointless because the resort was closed once we got there....and that information was NOT disclosed when we booked. We could have had a very nice airbnb for half the price. The front desk did nothing to make it better.

Hotel is beautiful. Room was clean. Prices for food and drinks were pretty expensive. We were on the 10th floor in the atrt and our room was very hot. We had the air to 62 and it was still very warm. The last night we requested a box fan and it did make a difference. We we're at the hotel for a conference.

I have always stayed here and had a pleasant experience. I had been awhile since I had stayed but since I was coming into town I booked a room. When checking out I realized I left my AirPods in the hotel room and came back to the hotel to retrieve them. I tracked it with find my iPhone and it showed the item was still in the hotel. I showed the front teak and after they contacted the lost and found and housekeeping they said they didn t see them but the location of the AirPods moved after it was brought to their attention that I was there to find my item. The manager on duty told me that if the employee had it and decided to turn it in that they would notify me. I thanked them for looking and then I left and filed a police report and the officer informed me that what the manager said was fishy and to call back and get the number to corporate. I called back and the manager was extremely hostile and rude when I asked for the number to corporate and told me You know this going to cause issues for you right? because he thought I was a team member of Hilton and basically tried to threaten me as if this would cost me my job (if I worked there but again I am not an employee.) The number he gave me wasn t even the number to corporate he gave me a number to MasterCard and I had to find the number through someone else. I contacted guest services who responded back a couple days later that the hotel manager said I was angry and rude and tried to make it seem as if I caused a scene when I did no such thing. I didn t yell, I didn t curse and I didn t make threats. But I honestly expected the response from the hotel. I will not stay here ever again. I am truly disgusted and disappointed with this hotel and how they treated me.

The rooms are very luxurious! They definitely have a lot to offer, so you will never be bored. The pool and water park are very huge as well. It s a great hotel for conventions like AAPNA, as they have very big halls!

We had a spacious corner room on the Tower side with an amazing view of the Dallas skyline. Located just off I-35 just a few minutes from downtown. They have a very large room service menu. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very nice. Self-parking was covered with the room cost.
