Very nice large room for only 40,000 hhonors points. Very nice property.
Very nice large room for only 40,000 hhonors points. Very nice property.
Stayed in the old part of the hotel.. old rooms needing renovation one USB plug in whole room from what looked like a old Walmart clock.
Room air conditioning would never get cool enough even when you dropped the temperature.
Had Great water pressure.
The staff was extremely helpful and made sure I was top priority.
Awesome service, Beautiful rooms, The food was incredibly Delicious.
Got locked out. It took security 20 min to let me in. I had to call reception twice and go downstairs once
Had an amazing stay at this Hotel! Have never been. Really enjoy the food, atmosphere, and the awesome pool/water park! Definitely 5-star in my books!!!
Nice place to visit, attend a conference, or stay for the weekend. Located right in downtown Dallas and close to everything. The hotel is well kept and nice on the inside. Lots of things to do while on the property.
Spectacular property with convenient access to downtown Dallas and Irving. We enjoyed their water park, indoor lap pool, and especially, the breathtaking collection of artwork from the Far East. Upgraded rooms were strikingly appointed and had great city and river views. My first choice when I visit Dallas.
I've been attending Quakecon at the Hilton Anatole for the last 6 years and the hotel and its staff have never disappointed. I look forward to August every year because of it and they have able to meet every accommodation I've ever asked for. Their facilities are top notch, they have a wonderful art collection, and they just recently expanded with an outdoor water park area.
Had a fun time with friends and family, really nice environment.
This is an amazing hotel when it's fully operational. Not so much now with COVID-19 restrictions. Great architecture and great artwork throughout. The lazy river is a real plus in the summer.
Lovely hotel! All of the rooms are well accommodated, and the hotel itself was easy to find. One mishap was we were signed out of our room for no reason, so we had to check back in, but other than that it's a great hotel!
A\C doesn't work well in the room. 2 engineers later it's limping along. Beautiful property, museum quality pieces thru out. Enjoy the visual stimulation around the property.
Massive hotel, upscale & elegant. Lots of great artwork & sculptures. Expensive but so worth it
Incredibly clean room, fantastic lobby and atmosphere, great staff. Located minutes from everything. Will be staying here again.
Nice hotel. Great amenities. Pricey. Food could be better.
It's good out here. And it's a huge one. Good for company mega conference. Staying in 11th floor and the view around is nice especially at night. Food is average.
One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The room was great with a nice view of the city of Dallas. They also have a water park on the grounds. Nothing extravagant, but worth the time. The lazy pool is great and there is a restaurant in the pool area if you get hungry. We went for our anniversary and had a great time.
Beautiful big hotel, has shuttle to airport n next door Hilton Garden . Easy access to highway, few places to eat but of course very expensive. The conference area nice.
The ballrooms, while spacious, are overstyled. It's hard to coordinate decorations at this hotel. Food was fine.
This is a lovely hotel near downtown Dallas located off Stemmons Frwy or I-35 as we call it at Wycliff exit. It is a very upscale hotel & conference center and stays busy year around. It has a large parking lot to self park as well as offering valet parking. The taxis line up outside 24/7 just in case you might need a ride at a moments notice. The hotel offers room service, bed turn downs, restraunt delivery to room and a full service athletics facility. Its located w/in 2 miles of downtown Dallas and local hospitals.
Great place for conferences and trainings. Great Asian and a lot of Buddhist artwork. There are shops in there and seems reasonable and affordable. There's a FedEx, a spa, bar, and a restaurant on the top level and other places to try in there. I haven't seen the restaurant on the top level or visited it but it's there. Too bad there weren't any close by restaurants within a walking distance to go to especially for people traveling from the islands or other far places. Would have been great but great place to stay at. I haven't had any pro lens when I checked in and I checked in late at night and it was fast, took about 5-7 mins. The taxi trip from the airport cost almost about $50 because you know they include the tip. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and the price may be have been discounted because of a conference i attended. Well, make sure to check it out and check their website. Aloha!
I love it here, especially in the summer the lifeguards are super vigilant and the place is well ran.
Outstanding, the hotel food and drinks are expensive, but the hotel is phenomenal. The at collection throughout the public area is not to be missed.
As a Audio/Visual tech, i love doing gigs there. The staff and house A/V are always professional!
Wonderful hotel. Very big - bring your walking shoes. The executive level lounge is a little small and was packed with people which made it pretty warm inside. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is a little isolated and restaurants are about .5 mile walk.
Great hotel for a regular stay or a company event. Has a pool and gym, as well as a lap pool (25 meters) and external pools
A very noisy hotel. The noise from the lobby echoes far into the room. When the neighbour takes a shower at 05:30 it is very audible too.
Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and modern! Great location and close to downtown Dallas.
I went to the Hilton Anatole to attend Quakecon and let me just say I was so overly impressed with the Hilton itself. The Hilton Anatole while I can't attest for the rooms if they are even a fraction of as nice as the builds interior than you are going to have a fantastic stay.
For us too have paid 300 a night this place is way over rated. The pools close way to early
I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I attended a conference and staying at the same hotel was very convenient. My room was very pleasant but the shower was a bit too much for me and felt like a fire hose. All sessions I needed were hosted in rooms near each other and I never felt "lost". Breakfast was provided and I would eat at the hotel. I never felt the need to leave the hotel. Very nice decor as well.
Amazing location for the convention I was attending. Many spacious rooms for seminars and meet n greets. Anatole has beautiful decor and landscape. All staff was welcoming and very helpful.
An exceptional hotel and exactly the kind of place that all Hiltons should be like. We booked in advance for a weekend stay over Valentines Day. I asked for a couple of extras that were completely met. In fact, we had some chilled food that I asked to be in the room when we arrived for a late check in. The staff made sure that the items were not only waiting in the room but they were also brought up only 15 minutes before we said we were arriving so that the food and drinks would still be cold once we checked in and made it to the room. Talk about attention to detail! Our stay was perfect.
Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. I loved coming here. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were in town for a hockey game and the proximity to the American Airlines Arena was really nice. We will be coming back in the summer for the pool.
This was a nice hotel, it is very large and seated in to two towers. Staying here for a vacation I think would be fine, though as an off site meeting location I would strongly recommend requesting rooms in the tower section that the meetings are held in as the walk from one tower to the other is a very long.
Room and services are outstanding, but the check in desk runs surprisingly slowly. Like, 30 minutes in line despite the fact that there are 3 conferences occurring here and wrestlemania as well because only two people are working. Kind of absurd.
Beautiful hotel. Bar staff in front lobby were extremely friendly. Amazing pieces of art covers the walls. Would highly recommend.
Excellent property, very well maintained. Staff can be more helpful. I was told a bigger room was available immediately and would cost 25$ more per night or would have to wait for an hour for the room. I said I will wait and voila room was available immediately.
Staff is very helpful and courteous food is delicious and I love staying here
Rooms are getting a little outdated, but overall a good stay.
The rooms were extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and fun to stay in.
This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Dallas. I really felt like a queen when I stayed. The view was gorgeous. The food was impecable, and the customer service was outstanding! Even when I accidentally locked myself out of my room! Security showed up immediately to help. I will definitely return.
Great location, wonderful staff that are very polite and helpful. Event food is excellent.
Very nice hotel, employees are mostly friendly. Had some issues with my parking card, and after the 3rd replacement they refunded me the $20 parking fee and finally fixed my parking pass.
Overpriced and almost no amenities. Atrium area is very hot and humid most of the time. Reservations were messed up 2 years in a row when attending Quakecon.
Front desk staff are completely incompetent. They are unaware of their own policies and procedures regarding check in and price holds. I imagine there is a nice hotel close by that isn't staffed by incompetent idiots.
2nd stay here and all is good once again. My only complaint in the past was about the beds being to firm but that at the same time might have been a personal preference. This time around the bed we have is comfortable and the room is very spacious. Only thing that could make our stay better is having a soak tub but I don't believe this hotel offers that option. Will be staying here again.
The front desk clerk seemed very uninterested in helping me secure my room. Before I was done he begin to speak with the Caucasian couple behind me. And stopped helping me
I will definitely give this hotel an A+ this is because this is one of the few hotels in the U.S.today that does NOT pump chemical air freshener throughout the entire hotel. Finally a hotel I can walk through and take a deep breath without compromising my health and inhaling chemicals.
I really don't understand how so many of these hotels have gotten on the chemical bandwagon and don't even realize they're jeopardizing millions of people's health every day including there poor employees so thank you Hilton Anatole for keeping your hotel Chemical free and safe.
A pretty standard Hilton property. The rooms are nice and averaged sized. Good for conferences and business functions, but not a vacationer's hotel.
Anytime I want to be treated like a high end guest, I come here. The restaurants downstairs offer superb service, and the staff go above and beyond to make any stay one to remember.
I booked this hotel because I was intrigued by the resort status. Being from south Florida, I should have known better. A resort style hotel in Dallas...what a joke. This hotel was overpriced and boring at best. I must say that it is huge but doesn't come close to being a resort. I tried it and I'm over it. Will not be back to that resort. If you have money to throw away, by all means stay here, otherwise spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
Overrated and overpriced. Rooms had very small TV and was all in all a big letdown.
Don't judge this book by its cover. The inside is where is all at. Stayed here for my bday and we had a blast.
Fabulous Hotel, I Recommend All To Visit This Location. I Was Very Pleased With My Stay
Fantastic hotel with an Asian theme. The hotel has art in the lobby, hallways and rooms. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great views.
Book a weekend or corporate function here and you won't be disappointed.
This place is as much art museum as it is luxury hotel.
Hotel was a great location for our conference. We did not have to leave the location due to great service, restaurants and conference venue. Recommend location for anyone one in town for work or pleasure.
You Pay $270 per night and get no Breakfast.
Outrageous!
Such a beautiful hotel. I have loved this hotel since I was little. There is a bar on the top floor with live music on the weekends and a great view of downtown Dallas. They are one of the hotels with the most art pieces in the world , many coming from far east Asia. And the pools and lazy river are a great place to waste the day away
Beat and huge hotel. This is a must visit place since has millions of dollars worth of art work.
The hotel was really clean. It is also huge. Accommodated nicely a large convention, but it was a lot of walking. Wear sensible shoes, and this is a great place to stay
Being there for a conference. Hugh place with nice facilities and a garden. Several restaurants inside. Large collection of Asian art pieces. Ample parking. Location is not ideal, Not many eating places or stores nearby.
The hotel is very large. It has nice amenities, but the hotel does show a little age. Disappointing to have to pay resort fee.
