This was a nice hotel, it is very large and seated in to two towers. Staying here for a vacation I think would be fine, though as an off site meeting location I would strongly recommend requesting rooms in the tower section that the meetings are held in as the walk from one tower to the other is a very long.

Always a favorite for a family vacation. Jade Waters is a great place for a smaller water park attraction. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and the amenities are good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Expect holiday weekends to be crowded.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Beautiful resort style hotel. It reminds me of being on a cruise ship. It's huge and full of lots of restaurants, bars, spa, gym, atrium and more! The service is remarkable. I brought a travel steamer and the housekeeping staff expertly tied up the cord for me.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, and the hotel itself was very nice. The staff were kind and thoughtful towards our family, and we really enjoyed the giant pool. The food was nice especially the funnel fries! Overall my experience here was pretty good, except for the fact that in a room next to us that wasn t occupied an alarm clock was going off when we were trying to sleep. It took security a while after we called them to get them to come and shut it off.

The Hilton Anatole has a very large complex. It's quite surprising and beautiful on the inside. I'm here with a co-worker for a conference and discovering all of the different areas of the hotel has been one surprise after another. You almost don't feel like you're in a hotel and could quite possibly stay the whole time without leaving. There's shopping, eating, and so many paintings and museum quality artifacts. Not to mention the incredible park on the inside of the complex. Wow. It feels like something out of a movie.

Huge. That is the best way to describe it. There is a giant moving art piece of an amoeba in the lobby area that I stared at for too long. The event area was large and we'll maintained. I got lost at one point and the very friendly staff helped me back to the event.

We have stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions and were very pleased each time. From Matt's professionalism at check-in to many great places to eat, and the beautiful artwork throughout the place. The location is perfect, the food at the Media or the SER won't disappoint. The new pool with swim-up bar stepped it up another notch.

Very nice hotel ballrooms but the rooms themselves we're left lacking. Missing wall outlet covers, bedside lamps that don't provide power, a power strip under the bed that turn off and on if you touched it, and stains all over the couch. Would have complained to front desk, but it took and hour from the time we walked in to the time we entered our room so at that point we let it go instead of trying to brave the treck back. Most likely would not stay as an overnight guest again. But would be happy to attend a seminar or event in their meeting spaces.

Sprawling hotel with basic amenities, pricey coffee and terrific art displays at no charge. Very nice staff except the guy who lied we would be charged for parking so better prepay for discount. Normally $16.47 he said, but prepay just $7. When I drove to gate, it just opened without a ticket.

The resort was amazing! Four wrist bands come with each room which is a really great deal. Service from the beginning was awesome, plus free coffee from Starbucks come with each room (2 max). Oh and let s not forget the outside activity area near the pool! Must stay! Definitely 5 starts!!

I recently visited Dallas this past weekend with my husband and kids for the Texas State Fair. We stayed at the Hilton Anatole. This hotel is so gorgeous, huge, and seems to be a world of its own because there is so much to see and do.
We were quite impressed that a hotel can have all of those things. The scenery is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The bellmen as well as other hotel staff provided great service, everything was super clean, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The restaurants, including room service, are a bit pricey so be prepared to spend money if eating in. The hotel itself is expensive so everything else ties in with the pricing.
One downfall is that the water park was closed for the season; which apparently, is only open for a short period over the summer. Overall, We had an amazing time and enjoyed everything else: the art displays, indoor pool, restaurants, browsing the shops, walking and touring the property. Of course, there was lots more that we did not partake in. My husband wants to go back in December since we were originally planning a holiday trip that we cancelled because of this one so we have decided to take our holiday trip after all to go back to Dallas and visit the Anatole again. Even better is that I found out they transform the hotel into Peppermint Park for the holidays starting in November, with tons of activities perfect for families. This will be great for our kids and perfect cfor the stay We are excited and cannot wait to go back.

This was a breath taking hotel. The service was exemplary and I appreciated how room service called our personal timings. The food within the hotel is a nice variety of food for everyone which is nice. Also, I cannot say enough nice things about the JadeWaters Resort. This resort made my stay at the Hilton Anatole even better!

We greatly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. The room was clean and quiet, and the service was fast and courteous, even though it was a busy weekend at the hotel.

I attended the Passport Event at the Hilton Anatole. The hotel is beautiful and has beautiful art inside. There was also a pool area with concessions. My daughters enjoyed spending time there.

The service that I have experienced at the Hilton Anatole is horrible. I left my wallet in the room after checking out and have been trying to retrieve it for over a week now. Every time I call, everyone is disorganized and unhelpful and they never return my calls when they say they will. The people I speak on the phone with are second language english speakers and hard to understand, and management won't return my emails. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service at a hotel before, and with the price of this place's rooms, this is absurd. I will not be staying here again.

The place is massive. Fantastic Spa. Cool drinks at the bar. Amazing art and sculptures, take the one mile walk to see them all with the help of a free app. The food is okay. Nothing notable with my room.

I was told this was a high class hotel and so I'm disappointed in the service especially for the price you pay. We stayed here on a business trip for my husband back in december. When we first arrived and walked up to the front desk we were completely ignored. The guy was sitting down with his head in his hand looking like he was surfing the internet on the computer. I stood there patiently while the other attendant was with a customer waiting to be acknowledged. It never happened. I finally just said, excuse me! can you check us in? The response I got was oh yeah sure. Later during our stay I called to ask about the restaurants trying to get an idea of how busy they get and if we needed to make reservations. I was told to just walk over and check. Wow... thanks for the help. I also ordered room service one morning. Eggs Benedict. The potato cake wasn't even thoroughly cooked and it was cold. The poached eggs were sloppy looking and overcooked, the yolk didn't even run when you cut into it and the hollandaise sauce was disgusting. When we attended the Media Grille our server was AMAZING!! Finally someone who actually took care of us. The food was again subpar but the drinks we ordered were great and our server was always quick to notice when we were getting low on apps or drinks and asked if we wanted anything else. I think the best thing I ate at this place was the fried pickles. Those were excellent! Our server's service was so speedy and sincere and he is the only reason why this review went from 1 star to 3...and those fried pickles. lol I just wish I remembered his name so I could give him the proper credit he deserves.

Biggest issue was that for myself and several people in my party we experienced flare up of our allergies while within our rooms at this hotel. The hotel is overall expansive and could hold our conference just fine. It had a good selection of eating and drinking establishments. Had a good ambiance. But to wake up every morning stuffed up and a headache was not ideal. Those of us most experiencing this were in rooms near the clock tower in this hotel.

The parking here is horrendous! Everything is valet. And the catering staff did not provide enough food for the volume of people who were at our conference. And then the fire alarm went off during during workshops from what I was told was some issue in the boiler room. For a beautiful building, I was sadly disappointed.

Gorgeous artwork throughout the building(s)! Inconvenient access to the gym and spa as you are forced to go outside to get there. (not fun if it's cold outside and you are in your workout gear!) Rooms are pretty nice, but I continue to be cursed by their lamps with additional plugs for devices. If the three in my room only one worked. Not a problem if the regular outlets weren't hidden behind heavy furniture.

Had to be relocated to an alternate room because the first room I received was an ajoined room (with a doorway to allow for one room to have access to the room beside it) because the individual in the room beside me was having coughing fits (not something the Hilton could have predicted).

The toilet seats were the cheap plastic seats which I assume are swapped-out frequently, but they are still cheap and uncomfortable.

There are no convenience stores nearby, so you are pretty much stuck paying top-dollar for whatever you purchase within the hotel.

The website makes it look as if the Water Park (outside pools and lazy river) are an amenity, but they are not. The hotel has an indoor pool, but the Water Park costs $25 per day.

Regardless, the hotel is big, beautiful, and the staff are friendly.

Make sure you checkout the hotels website and choose your rooms carefully. The hotels very big with multiple different towers and the newer tower has much much better rooms than the older one and it s conveniently closer to the amazing water park area. For locals this was a great home away from home.

Very nice convention/meeting hotel. Large hotel campus with a number of on-site amenities. Art collection is a nice touch. Still, like the Renaissance right across the freeway, this hotel is located in a walking no-man's land. A little strange to be near the city core of one of America's largest metro areas, yet feel so disconnected from the surrounding city.

The hotel are so good as per my exception staff are friendly and helpful I ve stayed for the work rooms are neat and clean and comfortable there is no sponge on bed. We are enjoying our stay at the. Recently we decided to spend a night here to enjoy the water park and our family was not disappointed. Everything we needed was here, all our needs we're exceeded by a wonderfully hospitable staff, with one exception. Sitting in one section of the water park our first night, we had excellent pool side service, sitting in a different section the next morning we were largely ignored. Since this is our first time here and all other staff were more than fantastic, I would just chalk this up to a fluke. I look forward to returning and testing my hypothesis.

The Hilton Anatole in Dallas just keeps getting better with age! Stayed at this property 30+ years ago and as recently as 2017 & 2018. First class accommodations and staff always, highly recommended when in Dallas!

I have been coming here for an event for several years now since around 2010. The staff is always phenomenal and the hotel is so beautiful and always clean. I can only assume that the rooms meet the same standard. The only thing is that it is definitely expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Th Hilton Anatole is a beautiful location with some great amenities, such as Jadewaters, the outside waterpark. However, our stay did not start as a 4 star experience.

My daughter and I chose this hotel over many other places because she wanted something fairly simple for her birthday: to enjoy room service for dinner. We went with this hotel in the end because of having the outside waterpark as an option for fun.

We arrived on the day of check in at around 4:30, an hour and a half after check in. We were both sweaty and smiling having completed our two hour drive north from Temple, TX and lots of walking around at the Dallas Zoo. My smile was quickly turned to a frown after finding out that our room wasn't ready, there was no way of estimating when our room would be ready, and we had to provide a phone number to receive a text for when our room was finally available.

Hot, sweaty, tired, and really anxious to shower, I and my birthday girl waited for another long hour to an hour and a half when I decided I could hold my disappointment back no longer. I approached the other registration desk - they have two - and asked if it was possible my room was ready. I shared our story with the desk agent and it was she, Sydney, who helped turn things around for our visit.

Sydney was courteous, friendly, and built an immediate rapport with my daughter. Because of Sydney, my daughter expressed a desire to return to the Hilton Anatole again in the future. Because of Sydney, and the beautiful Peaches in the VSpa, we will be heading back.

Because of Sydney and Peaches, what started as a negative experience was made right and made our time their enjoyable.

Once we checked in everything was amazing. However our room was delayed 6 hours from our quoted check in time and they said they didn't have anything else available anyway. Not happy about that. No amenities provided for courtesy or anything. I hate it because every other aspect was great! But we had driven 10 hours and a 6 hour delay was unacceptable.
