Great hotel, friendly staff and great service. Not too much in the way of restaurants with in walking distance. But there are 3 good restaurants in the hotel. Also they have a water park attached to the hotel. Open dureing the warmer months.

I checked in to the hotel on Sunday to attend a conference. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the curb by a man whom I later learned was named Michael. While my coworker was unloading my wheelchair from the trunk, Michael offered no assistance. He did go get a luggage cart, but mostly stood by and talked while my coworker unloaded the car. At one point he was holding my walker in one hand and had the cart by the other. He was upset by something another guest said, so he tossed my walker to the ground and let go of the cart as he stormed inside. At this point, the cart began rolling towards the edge of the curb and car. I had to catch the cart with my foot (keep in mind that I m sitting in a wheelchair.) Upon his return, he picked up the walker and, not only did he not apologize, he completely dismissed me when I said something about it.

Management was informed of the incident, along with the list of other issues that took place during the conference. I was told on Monday that someone would be following up with me, but I have yet to hear from anyone (it s now Wednesday evening and we have left the hotel.) While the hotel is nice, the customer service received was terrible. We will not be doing business with this hotel again.

Great hotel. My husband and I have had a fantastic time while here, however, the night we checked in, there were a pair of underwear hanging from the shower rod. We asked for someone to take care of it, and a few hours later, the offending clothing was still hanging there! The hotel has been fantastic, including all of the amenities. The spa gave the best massage I've ever had in my life, and the food was actually fairly decent. Overall, would recommend!

Beautiful place with great options for dinner, coffee, or bar if you don't want to get out. Quick check-in, friendly staff, and huge clean rooms. Gave 4-star rating because they need to hire more help with the valet.

I attended a four day conference at the Hilton Anatole. The hotel is huge but is laid out well to easily get to all the conference rooms. The media bar and grill had good food and drinks and tvs throughout the hotel made it easy to find the next room to go to.

We took a two day stay here with my three children, and we loved it! We were asked by text message several times if there was anything Hilton could do to improve our stay. The water park was well staffed, and it was not nearly as crowded or chaotic as Great Wolf Lodge. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Lord willing, we will stay there again.

Alaska Airline issued vouchers for cancelled flight for a night stay. Customers were all shuttled via Uber and had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes in the lobby because the staff had no idea about the vouchers. Late at night other parties were running around the lobby shouting and our bed was missing a comforter

We had the unfortunate experience to be in the same wing/floor and nearby rooms to what was possibly a graduation or some sort of function for a very overly rambunctious group of young adults. That had no consideration for anyone. They were possibly inebriated, yelling back and forth in the halls, fighting and arguing from 12:30 a.m. til 3:00 a.m. We called down to the office the first time at 1:00 a.m. to complain and we were told that security would be notified. We heard no difference in the noise level resulting in another call to the office was about 2:30 and 3:00 a.m. I never seen security nor did the children ever quite down. We were there to celebrate our engagement and we were scheduled to take our engagement photos the next day, but due to lack of sleep the photo shoot was cancelled. Then in the morning I notified the concergiege and he asked did I know where the noise was coming from I gave him a room number that he looked up and only stated "I'm sorry". Which was another disappointment seeing that I have always been more than pleased with my previous stays at the Hilton's nationwide. I travel frequently and the Hilton Hotel has always been the hotel of my choice. I would appreciate a return call regarding this matter.

Good.

It's ok. Nothing major to brag about.

No airport shuttle. $25 "resort fee", $25 early check in fee, $50 "incedental fee" may be refunded if no incidents. And we got a "discount" on the room.

Stayed here for a mini family reunion and volunteered at the CHARGE syndrome conference. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with distinguishing the "Atrium" side from the "Tower" side. I was disappointed that some of the other guests were making loud noises down in the Atrium during the wee hours of the night.

This was by far the most beautiful Hilton I've ever seen. Originally came here with my daughter's for the water park as a get away. I quickly got pulled in by the truly awesome art and artifact here. Great service, restaurants and attractions. Beautiful grounds to walk around. Rooms accessible with Dallas views. Over all, it felt like a water park mixed with a museum. A must see in the area.

Huge hotel, with really friendly staff.

Huge hotel, with really friendly staff.

Overall the rooms were spacious and clean, the art works spread out throughout the hotel is a nice touch.

I was there in last October, so the water park was closed, Dallas can be cool that time of year.

Great=Fantastic meeting spaces.. Delicious restaurants.. Proximity to attractions.
Good=nice art. Pretty views.. Very affordable..
Bad= do not accept a room in either of the top floors.. the glass tower makes everything hot and heat rises.. AC set at 62.. hasn't gotten below 80 tonight..ask for a fan and they expect you to pack your stuff up and move rooms.. also the walls are thin..couple next door were yelling like children. Be very selective of your actual room location when staying here. Oh and they "appear" to group reservations with children together .so everyone's loud. Considering cancelling my 2nd night..

I love this hotel.

Overpriced for what you get. Rooms are average at best and customer service is lacking any effort for a place that acts like a higher end hotel. Don't even respond to issues. "Management" needs an overhaul.

Elegant!!! This place is enormous. Nice rooms, lots of things to see, you need more than a day to see what the Anatole has to offer. From the Chinese artifacts inside and out to the water park(when open), massage parlor, restaurants, fitness rooms, and much more. Want to thank the young hispanic girl working the 2nd shift front desk in the tower and Emmanuel for the great customer service and learning us about the ancient artifacts that are displayed throughout the hotel. Our room, the Executive Suite, 26th floor, had an amazing view of the city, as a Hilton Honors members, you get lots of extras, like 50%off parking, free continental breakfast, water park, 2 Starbucks coffee or teas per day you stay, its awesome. Recommend this hotel for your next stay.

We tried to stay here so our kids could use the pool. The check in clerk said the pools were closed. When we went to eat, the restaurant was temporary closed. The food at the media grill was so so but the service was horrible. When my wife went to take a bath there was. I stopped, in order to get ahold of the front desk I had to call through the room booking service to get help. Finally the additional charges or hidden fees are ridiculous.

The Hilton Anatole was a family friendly hotel in Dallas. The on-site waterpark was very fun as well as the gift shops and restaurants in the lobby. Check-in was a little bit slow but after that it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for a great trip!
