Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Any time I had a question or needed something there was someone immediately present to help me out. Not only were the staff available to help, they always made me feel that I was their only priority. Truly amazing staff make this place worth every penny. The thing that is not worth every penny is the charge for WiFi. Such an excessive charge for something that should be complimentary.

The Hilton was beautiful and for conferences it provided amazing rooms full of space. Everything was nice about the building and rooms with one exception-- we had a live cochroach in our room and the staff would not come up immediately to get it nor did they seem concerned whatsoever. When you pay over $500 for 3 nights, you expect a hotel room free of any bugs- especially something like that. It really displeased me and my feelings about the Anatole. I won't stay there again for those reasons.

Top notch in many ways. Cleanliness, hospitality, guest services made sure my stay was comfortable and laid back. The fitness room was nothing like I ever seen on a resort. Just awesome

Don't stay here. Broken elevators and a rude staff make for an unforgettable experience. Place is like the shining. Desolate and run down. Overpriced food and wine. To top it off they double charged for the room and it has taken weeks to clear up. At this point it's easier to fight with the credit card company than their staff.

This is an amazing place to stay!! Service is excellent, food is delicious and to walk the hotel through out the different areas is to enjoy a visit into the past. Incredible pieces of art and exquisite paintings. Is a place to stay and enjoy all day long.

I did not stay in th hotel, just there to visit someone. It is a beautiful hotel, very large with nice architecture as well as artwork. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Paying to pro or using valet for a brief visit was unexpected. I was unimpressed with that.

We are at the Hilton Anatole for #SBE2017 and having an amazing time. This hotel graciously allows our gold star children to converge and have a blast every year. If your looking for a beautiful hotel look no further

The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and well serviced, but was not the one that was requested when the reservation was made. Long story short when dealing with the Hilton Anatole do not book using a third party.

Not the service I have experienced at other Hilton hotels. Disappointed with the stay overall. Room was clean, but the hotel full of noisy children running up and down the hallways. Final checkout was great with Pedro in the valet.

The staff here is fantastic. The main restaurant on the ground floor is a bit loud, and the food was okay, but nothing I would write home about (or under ordinary circumstances, pay that much money for). The coffee place also on the main floor does make a good espresso. A very redeeming quality in my book. I would give it four and a half stars if that were possible.

Volunteered at the AT&T ERG. Always great to help out. The Hilton Anatole is impressive in every way and beyond the normal grand ballrooms and atriums. The artwork is museum quality. Walking around while helping out was more like strole through an ancient kingdom with relics everywhere.

More like Hilton A-hole... If you want to have an awful, embarrassing time: stay here!!! Tried to have a nice " staycation". One bad experience to another the entire time.... Topped off with housekeeping banging on the door at 9am on a holiday weekend, opening my room with a key and and letting herself in -walking in on me half-asleep, totally naked and very confused. They don't even violate your privacy like that at Motel 6!! I've stayed in hotels, and Hilton's all over the world and never have I had a HOTEL STAFF MEMBER do something so rude, and act like I am the problem. The problem is I LIVE here, and I will not only not suggest this hotel to anyone I know- I will tell them how humiliating, and awful stayin here is... If you want to feel raped and gouged for every dime by strangers, stay at the Hilton Anatole! :)

My company holds meetings there, the meeting rooms are small and the place is terribly confusing. Make sure you add at least 30 minutes to your arrive time, by the time you park and walk the enormity of the place, because no one can tell you where to park in reference to the room you are in. But it IS absolutely Gorgeous and I have never stayed as a guest, though I would like too.

Nice, fancy, needs some maintenance though. My shower curtain was falling off the rod and some of the paint needs touched up... seemed like some of the finishing touches were being neglected. Very attentive staff makes up for it though!

This place is an ok hotel pretending to be (and charging like) they're super fancy. If you're into art, you'll find it interesting for an hour so maybe stop by.
The good - My room was clean, which is always #1 on the list at a hotel. Also the in-room coffee is good, which most hotel coffee is not.

The not-so-good: The room was hot. I don't think it ever got below 72 even with the AC running non stop. As in most places the AC doesn't run when you're out of the room, so every time I came back it was blazing. The sports bar is crazy overpriced for subpar food. The breakfast pricing is just a plain old ripoff. The drinks are expensive at the bars. I expect higher than normal prices in a nice hotel, but these prices are unreasonable given the lackluster quality. Why is a Bud Light bottle $6.75 at one place and $8 at another? Also this may sound silly, but the windows were ridiculously dirty. So dirty I couldn't get a clear picture out of the window because my camera wanted to focus on the crud on the glass.

Water park is a small place, good for younger children. It is nice to avoid the heat. Food is expensive at the water park. The art around the hotel is a nice touch. It has an Asian theme so probably won't appeal to everyone.

The hotel itself was okay. They are understaffed for the size of the hotel and the number of guests present. There was always a line for valet or to check in/out. The Terrace restaurant had awful service and bland food. The rooms themselves were dated. However, the staff was always helpful with any questions and were attentive when needed and for the money, it isn't that bad at all.

The meeting room and Client services was great, we used Any Event Productions as our AV company because the Hotel AV company PSAV fell to meet our demands and wanted to charge us an unnecessary fee for old outdated equipment.

The staff here are extremely accommodating and professional. The hotel itself is not my favorite, because its size is almost too enormous to navigate. This also seems to show itself in the dark hallways where there is wall and ceiling damage unavoidable in such a business. But I imagine it's an overwhelming undertaking when it comes to the upkeep and maintenance of such a gigantic place. The price is higher than what we have found to be just as nice hotels in the area.
The art pieces are a cool treat if you have a chance to stop and appreciate.

We were originally booked into the wrong room but they quickly fixed the mistake. Only downside was the parking. They blocked off a whole parking lot and the ones available near the tower were overflowing and had people parking on the grass.

I literally could not get a hold of anyone on the phone.... and I was literally calling from one of the rooms... not the front desk... not the operator.... not in room dining... this makes absolutely NO sense... this lasted for 20 mins before I just stopped trying

5 Star hotel my A$$! The room.. Walls were scuffed up bad! Seriously I spent 1 hour with a wet cloth and wiped down the walls and base boards so I felt less cheated out of money spent there. HUGE granite top desk.. Thing looked out of place and was sticking out from wall like room had been entered and desk moved out, and that monster was impossible to move back... TV went out. Had to get TV replaced. Channel selection was a joke..

A nice hotel I've been to before but exceedingly irritated I had to pay 16.37 or so..to park in order to meet friends at the bar briefly. Rate for 1 to 2 hr parking. Folks get real this isn't the heart of downtown.. Which would be excessive at that. I'm likely not returning. If staying there I surely wouldn't invite visitors and subject them to that hassle.

The Ser restaurant is at the tower of the Hilton Anatole. It is a steak place that serves steaks to perfection! The meat is so tender that even if you are
not a beef eater, you love it! The meal is served with vegetables such as fresh asparagus and soft mashed potatoes. Dessert is delicious, as well. The waiters are friendly and constantly watching to bring you whatever it is you need. The wine list is extensive. The ambience is exquisite - a room that is not huge, but not too small. Windows let you enjoy the beautiful city of Dallas, TX. The price per person is approximately $100.00 per person.
