Huge hotel could of walked round the place for hours and not seen it all. Very professional place.
Huge hotel could of walked round the place for hours and not seen it all. Very professional place.
I've stayed a couple times very pretty but overpriced for the quality. For lower prices you get better quality at the westin. If I'm paying a premium price I expect premium service and you just don't get that with hilton.
Very beautiful hotel. Staff is super helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
If it wasn't for Jadewaters, their water park, I would have given this place 1 star. We showed up after check-in time, just to be told our room wasn't ready and to come back later. After explaining this was unacceptable, they ended up putting us in a different room, which was fine but then our digital key stopped working the second night because they had to check us back in again due to the room changing. The bedroom was underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, and as a Hilton Honors diamond member, I expected more from the service and the room quality. The bed was uncomfortable, we woke up sore both mornings. The executive lounge was a joke compared to other Hilton properties I've stayed at, including DoubleTree properties that aren't even resorts. Overall, this place is incredibly underwhelming for hotel patrons; but seems nice for weddings/events due to all of the ballrooms available.
We were attending a New Year's Ever event. The hotel was spectacular. We did encounter an extremely long line at check in. Staff eventually provided a seconds registration option that was shorter but there was still a wait. The room was nice, but the bathroom was so small. By yourself you barely had room to move and no way for 2 people to get ready at the same time.
Excellent service in every single way.Gathering of 3500 managed flawlessly
Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and informative. Great location close to downtown. Our room was really nice. Two downsides were we had to pay a lot for parking, and usually that's included with hotels. We also had to request a crib 4 times before they brought it to our room. I'd recommend bringing a pack and play if you have a baby. Overall good time.
Way over priced. Would never stay here again. $229 per night, no microwave in the room, not even a free continental breakfast. Beautiful on the outside.
If money is not an issue then this is an excellent place to stay. If you're trying to budget a trip then I would recommend staying somewhere else.
Pros: Very beautiful hotel & atmosphere and friendly service
Cons: $20 a day for parking, $13 a day for internet, movie prices are exorbitant, room had some minor maintenance issues, many advertised features are reserved for Hilton club members and there is real no nightlife in the area (club in the hotel was not impressive).
If you have a six figure income, most of my cons wouldn't be an issue for you and you'd probably have a great time. Otherwise, I would recommend trying a different hotel in Dallas for your trip (If you have a car the Frisco/Plano area is beautiful).
What a huge hotel! They have "exhibits" that reflect their Asian theme, huge outdoor area, and very kind staff. We are lucky to have our OHOP reunion here. (The shower feels like a car wash! And the beds are so comfy! )
Graet food great service grwat view of Downtown Dallas at sunset.
Awesome customer service friendly staff great food!
I really enjoy the water park and swimming pools, it s a perfect place for conferences and events.
Great property. Nice big room with access to the executive floor. Very helpful staff.
Housekeeping came early, but the rooms are nice. The hotel itself is gorgeous!
Very clean and has lots of facilities. Rooms are spacious and cleaned/sanitized before check in. Water slides/lazy river was amazing
Use to be better, but still a great hotel. If not for a convention, it would not be a choice for vacation. Hotel is not walking distance to anything. Good swimming area, for a fee. Getting the Club level is worth the extra fee. Good breakfast, nice dinner, small but sufficient, and dessert in the evening. Very nice people all around. Dallas is not exactly a tourist town, head for San Antonio instead.
The most amazing hotel I have ever been to, and I've been to most Vegas hotels!!
It's close to Downtown Dallas so if you ever wanted to go, it's only about 6 or 7 minutes away. The staff is really nice. Great food in the hotel.
Great atmosphere everyone has a great attitude...I'm be back
I went to this hotel for a lunch seminar and was just amazed by it's aesthetic!
Customer service is outstanding and everyone is very friendly. Hotel decor is outdated but they have very interesting art around the hotel. The room was good but the flooring was definitely in need of replacing as the carpet pad was completely worn in many areas, leaving the feeling of uneven carpet. Prices for food and beverage are overpriced but service is good. The pool area is great with the water slides and the lazy river. Customer service and the pool areas are awesome.
Didn't experience several of the problems others have posted. The check-in process was quick and painless. Did the self parking as the valet was super expensive. The food options are all pretty pricey. We opted for Dennys across the street one morning. Dinner was expensive and I literally left the Media restaurant still hungry after spending $77. The hotel is very clean and modern looking. The rooms are clean and decent but nothing extraordinary. The staff were all friendly and eager to help and answer questions. Jade waters is cool for the kids, not a lot to it but decent. By no means a great wolf lodge type of experience but the kids can play for a few hours. Went to the hot tub and indoor pool also, which was a nice change for the adults. Overall a good experience, but food is pricey for the portions.
They've been amazing every year. The place is beautiful and lots of things to do, sit and talk and enjoy
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. A lot of interesting art and artifacts throughout. Nice outdoor space with lazy river and pool bar. Great gym and top notch breakfast.
Service was excellent. I attended a reception dinner hosted there for a charity organization I volunteer for, and the Hilton's catering staff as well as food presentation were simply off the charts. The ballroom we occupied for the event was extremely clean and well set-up, dishes were taken away promptly, and the high caliber of service is nothing I wouldn't expect from such a high class venue.
A beautiful place with lots of Art. With bars in the lobby and restaurants
Been here several times for company parties and have always enjoyed the 4 star accommodations. Great views of the lake with several places to eat and shop within walking distance.
Jade waters is a great little water park for the family.
Stayed here for our anniversary and thought we'd try the S r steak restaurant. It was an absolutely fantastic meal and the restaurant has great views from the 27th floor but expect to pay at least $200 if getting appetizers and drinks. Recommend getting a 6pm reservation when the restaurant opens because you can see Dallas during day/evening as well as by night at least in winter time. There is a resort fee of $25 if you stay here but you can also visit as an evening guest and the restaurant will validate the self parking. If staying the spa is nice and Jade waters, the new water park is great during the summer.
One of the best hotels I have been to. The rooms are huge, the only problem is they don't have any king beds
Nice but noisy. Restroom very very small and vanity area inside there too. Great shopping area. Valet people very friendly
Absolutely loved it. A little pricy for my budget but the amazing art work made it way worth it.
Very beautiful place. The problem was trying to find exactly where I was supposed to go. Asked four different employees including the front desk twice. And no one really knew because the place is so large. Lol otherwise beautiful beautiful place.
Rooms are a bit small and outdated. However the hotel is great for holding company conventions.
Paid almost $400 for a room that allowed up to 40 people the guy told me we would be able to throw a small party there and music wouldn't be a problem cause they will put us near no other guest.
Well then they knocked on our door tried to kick us out and our few friends with no warning at first noise complaint all cause music was too loud so we turn music off they leave....
they came back 15 mins later an decided to kick us out for good this time for having the tv to "loud" very rude hotel don't waste your money on a place who won't even give you a warning for any type of noise oh and don't turn the t.v. to loud....
BEWARE OF YOUR VALUABLES! THEY HAVE THIEVES WORKING FOR THEM! I had my jewelry in a case IN THEIR ROOM SAFE and when I checked out, I forgot to retrieve my jewelry case out of the safe! When I called them, they explained that their SECURITY is the ONLY one who unlocks the safe and transports it to "lost and found." They located my case BUT the ONLY thing missing was MY $6,000 sapphire/diamond ring! They offered me $50 for my loss! OUTRAGEOUS! Did they bother to call their patron when they realized I had left a jewelry case in THEIR SAFE WHEN THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION? THEY WERE CERTAINLY ABLE TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE ROOM!! Funny how my COSTUME jewelry was ALL there, but NOT my EXPENSIVE ring! If you CAN'T trust SECURITY, WHO CAN YOU TRUST? WE SHOULD ALL EXPECT MORE FROM THE DALLAS HILTON ANATOLE OF ALL PLACES! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! THIS IS THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR OF A LOW CLASS HOTEL.
I travelled here for a company event and was blown away. The service was beyond my expectations. The artwork throughout the hotel was like from a museum. It felt peaceful. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel. Wish there was more elevators to the rooms. One location for elevators only. I am a little worried if there was an evacuation, it's pretty far from the room I was in.
Unbelievable hotel. Beautiful from top to bottom.
Great place to get away and unwind! We have a One Bedroom Parlor suite with 2 doubles, a King bed and 2 full bathrooms. We love it the kids love it! The Jaded Waters superb the Executive Lounge excellent!
This is a five star world class hotel and this is a five star review. Everything you would expect. Here for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Hotel staff responded to every need with a big smile. The amenities are many including a lazy river swimming pool! Enjoy your stay here. And don't forget to enjoy all the wonderful art on display here. It's amazing.
Food was less than stellar but it was a large event.
We were upgraded to a room with a window, free of charge. Although this room was designed poorly...no outlets next to the bed, TV not facing bed, and coffee brewer had to be put on the floor to plug into outlet. However, the room was huge and the hotel was so amazing and pretty with Christmas decorations! Very unique. In addition, they even had museum like exhibits, including a piece of a Berlin Wall! We cam expecting just a hotel, and got so much more!
I love the Jade Waters pool area. The hotel and pool areas are always clean and well maintained. I love the lazy river. The food is on the pricey side starting at $12-15 per meal. Due to Covid the food selection is not that great. (Burgers, chicken tenders, fries, chips, sandwiches & ice cream)
This is my go to favorite place to hangout in the summer. The resort pass makes it a great place to visit when not staying at the hotel.
I recommend going during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.
Rooms were very nice and clean. Service was quick and professional. Would definitely stay again.
Absolutely beautiful hotel * was there for a meeting. Wish I had gotten to stay the night!
No free WiFi and no free basic gym. For a luxury hotel to charge for these basic amenities provided free at much cheaper hotels is a joke. $13/day for slow, spotty WiFi and $9/day for basic, non-spa gym access. Counter Offer food is expensive but sub-par. Hotel looks nice and has good styling and lots of art, but ITS A HOTEL! A hotel should make you feel at home and charging for basic amenities does not make for a home-like feel.
Used the conference rooms for a corporate event. Everything was perfect! Any need we had, the hotel was able to provide!
Good clean hotel with excellent amenities. Internet was fast, food was good and water pressure in bathroom was AMAZING! Quiet lap pool and jucuzzi that is indoors and away from children and families.
Location OK Hotel is great in terms of environment Bathroom was flooding, had to use all towels to dry floor every time I took a bath.
The Anatole is a well-managed, beautifully maintained property that hosts gorgeous events. There are a number of restaurant options, most of which I have tried over the years. It's a huge, airy, slightly cold space, but the art and decor is always interesting. It's really large and complex, so a common sight is women in party shoes limping through the lobbies, trying to find the restrooms.
Very nice facility for events. Very well laid out. Perfect for a conference
Great place, lots of outdoor stuff. Nice Starbucks inside!
massive hotel with clean rooms. I wish I couldve found a microwave somewhere. Had to use the coffee shops (normally used for products bought there) Jade waters resort is attached and is awesome.
This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. They have a full museum of gorgeous art, a botanical garden, a huge gym and spa, and a water park in the summer. It is truly lovely.
Impressive hotel! Big lobby and spacious conference rooms. Service was great as well as the provided meals.
Alright hotel for a typical night's stay.
Horrible for large events depending on the nature of the event. For business events, the staff was courteous and upbeat, catering to me in every way. During entertainment related events or things not deemed upper-echelon, service and attitude take a rapid decline.
REPLY TO THE OWNER: You guys get another star added back on for that response. Thank you for taking the time to pass it along. I just noticed when at an event for the city things were lovely, but when there for a fan media related convention, we got a bit snubbed. Money still just as green! Overall a lovely hotel and thank you for the good customer service response.
This is a wonderful place to spend quality time with the family
The Hilton Anatole provided every basic necessity that the average guest would have. It was beautiful, clean, and a friendly environment. However, the reason i rate it good is because the walls are not as thick. Its not too thin but guests can hear faint noises from the room adjoined. I can hear people talking in the hallway as they cross my door. Keep in mind, the people I would hear, would not be yelling whatsoever but the surrounding areas do not prevent and block out outside noises. Otherwise, the hotel was great
Peppermint Park.... waste of money... the park is way under staffed!
Horrible. They charge for everything, the restaraunts are ridiculously expensive, and the room service has lots of extra costs added on. Our rooms door didn't lock well. The pool is extremely disappointing. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Great place for a conference, delicious food, humongous place and helpful staff
Great meeting place. Very freindly and food was great
Gorgeous artwork throughout the building(s)! Inconvenient access to the gym and spa as you are forced to go outside to get there. (not fun if it's cold outside and you are in your workout gear!) Rooms are pretty nice, but I continue to be cursed by their lamps with additional plugs for devices. If the three in my room only one worked. Not a problem if the regular outlets weren't hidden behind heavy furniture.
Attended a business conference there and they all were very nice. Accommodations were good. Beds were average. Handicap accessible other than some outside doors do not have handicap buttons. Couple of elevators went down, thus causing 2000+ people to struggle to get up to our rooms in a timely fashion. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is LARGE. Only other concern is they hosted a company dinner outside with plastic chairs in the grass which was not very handicap accessible.
Nice hotel! Many nice restaurants and conference center. However, many of the pool amenities were not available. The pool bar and the spa section of the pool were closed. This was very disappointing considering you pay a mandatory $25 per night resort fee on top of the strong hotel room price. The executive lounge is not located in a convenient location.
