Here for a conference (not staying at the hotel though, fairly expensive compared to others around). But Looks legit and high class.
Had a wonderful time at social evert Anatole ballroom
Amazing staff! Customer service and hospitality goes above and beyond.
I paid over 700 dollars for two nights to stay in a room with no exterior windows.. why on earth would any room not have exterior windows? Just trying to maximize profitability, i understand ? But make it a game room or vending room something else then a hotel room... attached is the "nebula" a suspended lattice structure, quite elegant like the rest of the hotel, just not the room i booked..
Some nice historical pieces sprinkled throughout. The rooms are a little dated and dark. I didn't think the junior suite was worth the cost
pathetic...my over priced room didn't even have toilet paper. Had to call HK for that and it still took them 30 mins to bring to room. I wondered if that was an extra fee at this nickel and dime you facility. i will never stay at Hilton Anatole again.
I m not a big fan of these huge resort style convention hotels. Nice for a convention or meeting and unique Asian art on display but not my thing.
The hotel is beautiful. Room is clean and well Maintained. My room was located next to the elevators, which was loud. At check in I was told I could have a different room after 2 days that there would be an opening. I requested a different room and was told that I would have to return at an earlier point the following day. All dining experiences were unreasonable and expensively priced. Many staff interactions were hasty and off putting. The location of the hotel is not within walking distance of other restaurants, sightseeing, and entertainment opportunities. Uber, Lyft, taxi, & private shuttle are available outside of hotel services.
There is a big emphasis on Buddha. Clean. Interesting decor.
Went here for a staycation with the family so we could use the new water park. It was worth every penny. Kids had a blast and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Stayed this past weekend with my husband for our anniversary. All staff was amazing. Food was great. Larry from the Media Bar was so sweet and super fast when it came to taking our orders and checking up on us while we ate breakfast. Awsome place overall!
Friendly staff, beautiful facility. Love all the decors.
I went to AKon 27 and it was such a great experience. I hope they host it here for a while longer
Hilton Anatole is a really good place to Betsy at, since I'm staying there for a Zurvita national event.
Amazing property filled with amazing people. Spacious rooms, awesome food and incredible decor. Great pool and outside areas and fun shows. 5 of 5
Like the hotel and amenities. Comfortable room, good internal garden and pretty well organized service. A bit long wait at reception. Also last year parking lot problems has been solved. Price is a bit too high.
Went for the night, the room was nice. We couldn't walk around because of construction, which is understandable. We ordered room service, and the food was good but the service could have been better. I had the romance package and received a flyer to call when we were ready for it, but when I did I had to explain a few times to get it.
Beautiful hotel. Vast covered atriums and galleries lined with showcases full of ancient and more contemporary asain sculpture and art. They even house two sections of the removed Berlin Wall.
Beautiful place! Very lovely hotel with super amenities. I didn't have time to explore everything because I was in town for an offsite conference. But the jade pool and garden, and the art gallery was really nice. Just walking through the halls daily felt grand. And I clocked a lot of steps going from my atrium side room to the executive lounge all the way on the tower side. Also, the valet staff were excellent.
Too much walking, not enough elevators, not enough signs to tell you where rooms were
I'm kind of indifferent on the Anatole after staying here. Everyone reports a different thing wrong with their hotel. The room I stayed in had barely functioning air conditioning, while I know someone else had their shower barely putting any water out. It's a great hotel for a convention, but there are so many better hotels to stay at as far as room comfort.
Great room service. Love the out side pool the gym is to small. Food and drinks r way pier price.
Looks very pleasant, and was a great overnight stay!
Hotel is great.
But very very unprofessional employees ! Especially with policies and information regarding deposit and hold amounts. I advice the managers to an intensive course for the employees so they can give the correct information for the residents. Very unprofessional !
Beautiful Hotel adorned with original Asian art. Beautiful lobby and restaurants. Have not stayed there but impressed with their welcoming displays for the Mississippi State Women's Final Four Basketball Team.
Beautiful hotel, great service, comfy beds, nice rooms. :) I would definitely recommend this place to others.
High end hotel, very nice and massive. Every time I've stayed, though, they always get something wrong with my check in. They always fix it politely, though.
Christian & Donovan are possibly two of the best front desk peeps I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at ANY Hilton property in US it Europe
Over the past 5 years I've had great experiences at the Hilton Anatole property. The exhibit halls and meeting rooms are great for large or smaller events. Staff and food service has been responsible.
Beautiful resort very clean great atmosphere lovely artifacts everything felt like great energy especially from the staff that gave great enthusiasm towards it's guest we will be back to visit and I will tell others of how great of an experience we had
Located right in the middle of Dallas, the rooms have great views. The service is also excellent.
Aesthetically pleasing, good service and good rooms make this an above average hotel but not great still would recommend because of the amenities
Staff is great. The water park is great. We will eventually go back without kids because the park is a great lounging place.
poor customer service but the place it's very good the jade waters it's so nice the services there it's very good friendly I like the place but the hotel cervice was rude and desantetn.
Great location. Friendly staff. Outlets by bed didnt work.
Very very large hotel. But huge upcharge for hotel.
One of the main reasons we stayed at the Anatole was so we could dine at their fine dine restaurant with great views. Since it was Christmas time we called ahead and were assured it would be open, arrived and checked in and had the clerk call to make a reservation, they don't answer, we ride up in the elevator and not a single person is to be found in the restaurant, so it's not open, the hotel staff have no idea and we end up burgers from room service, and they managed to get them wrong too. Yes we were just a little bit peeved.
Fantastic Hotel with interesting decorations, historical objects from China and you can see many bits of pieces of cultures are blend in the hotel.
One of stuff that bothered me was Cutterary had some dirty spots and they were not washed properly.
Many big conference rooms and event Hall are surprisingly spacious and you won't realize it until you enter it.
Anytime I want to be treated like a high end guest, I come here. The restaurants downstairs offer superb service, and the staff go above and beyond to make any stay one to remember.
Amazing amenities. Room was perfect! Very big hotel!
Very big hotel. Smells good. Awesome artifacts, I love how they have a small lululemon in the hotel. Pretty clean :) I truly enjoyed my stay!
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Unqualified and unhelpful staff. Fees upon fees magically appear when booked stay was prepaid. Every instance of interaction with hotel staff were met with disregard and lack of empathy. Never staying at a Hilton ever again. WORST!
This place is massive!!! 1606 rooms, and not a single one open tomorrow
This place is a Hidden gem in the middle of Dallas! A beautifil escape whether u have kids or not!
Very beautiful serene classic elegance...wow..
Very beautiful
Excellent customer service
Pretty nice place. Jade Waters is a nice addition to the facility.
That was my second time staying there. I love it so much I did not want to leave. The staff are very friendly.
Great service and very clean place. This Hotel is so huge it's like mini town.
The room was small and not very clean, constant problems with the elevators and air conditioning. Was very disappointed with the helpfulness of the staff, the only good experience came from the valet staff. Would not stay there again.
A very beautiful hotel, definitely needs a rooftop garden our view is atrocious! "Alot of the banquet food was really good, the desserts need to be more "homemade" they had a very packaged food taste. Restaurants are nice, drinks are overpriced, we don't have children but the amenities for children seem to be pretty awesome
I have had several large events here and have always loved the experience. The staff is great and helpful.
Great service. Rooms are nice. Perfect spot for a conference.
Excellent hotel. You have everything you need there. Fitness center, restaurant, Swimming pool.. Amazing sculptures!
Giant sprawling campus with meeting halls, outdoor pools and everything you could ever need. Nice rooms and wonderful staff.
Great Service, their valet parking staff are the best
Nice spacious rooms, good restaurant food options on site. Easy access on off freeway.
We just had an overnight stay but booked it with the breakfast and passes for the water park included. The room was large, but the bathroom itself was small. The bathroom door almost touched the front of the toilet when opening or closing it. The breakfast was a buffet and they had biscuits, fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes, cereal, and a variety of pastries as well as an omelet station. The eggs were the fake kind, the country gravy for the biscuits was the runniest over ever seen, and the waffle my daughter got was very hard, but the potatoes were good as was the zucchini bread. Service at breakfast was excellent. The water park on site was a lot of fun. It had a lazy river, splash area for small kids, 2 large water slides, 4 pool basketball hoops, as well as adult and children's pools. The adult pool also had a swim up bar and they had drinking water placed throughout the park as well to keep people hydrated. They also had wait staff serving drinks and food which was a bit pricey, but very convenient.
I was here for a conference. The hotel conference room I was in was very large and well organized. Looks like they are building a resort style pool that will be ready summer of 2016
The hotel decor was nice but the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The bathrooms were scuffed, the shower curtain had stains on it, the drainage to the tub was bad and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper. The walls have black streaks on all of them and there were hand prints on the windows. Parking is HELL (especially during conventions). If you stay in a room and pay $20 a day for parking (per car) in their parking lots, there's still no guarantee that you would get a spot. And that's $20 wasted. Also, when leaving the parking lot, if there are any issues with your room key that you have to scan to let you out, the attendee will physically hold you hostage. You can't leave unless you show proof that you paid for parking (with receipts no one gives you when you check in or out). Menu is overpriced!!! It's $16.00 for a grilled cheese sandwich!!! My advice is to pack your own food because the fridges are a decent size. And customer service on the phone could be improved. During check out day I called and asked what time was check out and if I needed to come to the desk to check out. The woman's snooty response was "if you want to check out, then yeah, you come to a desk." In other hotels, they slip your bill under your door for convenience. And considering I paid when I checked in I didn't see the point. And BEHOLD, when we got to the check out desk, he told me we were all good to go. I don't think this hotel is worth anything. It's a food desert as well. There are no close by restaurants, bars, taxis or DARTS. They say it's in Downtown, but when you think downtown you think convenience. This hotel is not. Also, the room outlets are poor. Your charger will slide out. And the elevators are slow or don't work at all. AND the AC doesn't work. You wind up sweating out the night.
Bring your own drinks. After a long fun day in the sunshine, I was not able to find a drink anywhere in the hotel. Staff referred me to download 7-Eleven app to get drinks delivered.
