Expensive but very nice hotel. The Gym is perfect but the water park isn't free. Room was perfect. The only complaint was the amount for room service. They charged a fee and a delivery fee??? Thus no tip.

Kinda pricey but was very clean staff was extremely helpful, the waterpark was clean and not a lot of people. We were there for a dance competition but perfect for a getaway. Also very convenient to highway and lots of places to eat

I've been a Hilton HHonors number for many many years with a silver status it's a very nice hotel however watch what rooms you get assigned some of the inside rooms on the tower level floors three four and five are Overlook the courtyard and you look up at walls on the inside of the hotel

Rooms and hotel in general are very nice. The restaurants in the hotel however are very expensive and the hotel is not close to local hot spots requiring an Uber or Lyft ride to get downtown.

I reserved the deluxe suite for a little over 400, when I arrived I was told they would not release the room for me, but I got downgraded to a standard room, half the size, for a few bucks less than the suite. Makes no sense at all. Then to top things off, there was no hot water to take a shower at all. Was not impressed at all with the hotel, and will not be staying at the Anatole again. Shame, the place used to be so great.

Excellent hotel that now "resorts" to deceptive resort fees to boost quoted rates. Resort fees charge everyone whether services are used or not (parking); whether services are available or not (water park in winter?); and for services supposedly included for free to program participants (WiFi for HHonors members). Be honest. Quote a fair rate. Charge for services used.

Resort sized Hilton. Top line rooms. Facinating Asian Art collection. Five star staff. Has everything spa, workout facilities, pool, track, etc. But watch out for the "resort" fee. Especially if you're not a user of the additional facilities. That's why only 4 stars.

I attended a1,300 person conference here and yet this hotel was able to consistently provide good food combined with friendly service. This is a very big hotel but they have helpful maps and staff.

We did not stay in the room we went to eat at SER restaurant. Very disappointed. I got 3 quarter size oysters for 15.00 dollars. I paid 125.00 for a meal that should only be 60.00 at the most. Also waiters or helpers could not speak english. So if you asked to get something they did not understand and had to get some help to interpret. I have been to other very high end establishments. And they where on top of there game. I will not go back and i have to come to Dallas once a year.

Amazing hotel, enormous grounds with over 57 acres, every inch is filled with beautiful and exquisite art and artifacts. In addition to an amazing Asian art collection, they have a propeller from the Lusitania, as well as enormous pieces of the Berlin Wall. Awesome. There were multiple restaurants to choose from, and the Jade Waters pool area was a massive hit with our kids. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel during a week long business conference. The hotel room was nice. The bathroom could've had better lighting and the toilet seemed to have very low water pressure. The hotel has several large conference halls and ballrooms that accommodated the 2,000+ conference attendees. The water park is nice. There is a small workout room that anyone can use, but the larger fitness center costs about $15 per day. Also not included in my stay was wifi access which was an extra fee. This was the first time in several years that a hotel required an extra fee for the use of wifi. The hotel features a few bars an restaurants, all of which were nice. The drinks might be on the pricey side, but I suppose your partly paying for the great service and quality. I highly recommend going to Ser (a steakhouse) on the twenty-seventh floor on an evening to see a great view of Dallas and a sunset. The hotel is located right off the highway and it's not too far from the heart of downtown Dallas.

Ken the maintenance guy is a class act! Superb service, attitude and accommodating. He definitely deserves another Pineapple! Asbury was a great help as well! Couldn't ask for a better duo. Our room was not what it had said it would be, but these two went above and beyond to help accommodate us

It is huge, but beautiful. The rooms are nice and big. Nice decor. Here for an event and the holiday is friendly and beautiful. Staff has been nice. Ballrooms are huge. Would suggest a stay!!!

I am an annual visitor of this hotel. It's filled with amenities, not a complicated location to get to, very big inside and fancy enough to make it fun. There is a dance club, bar, several restaurants, corner store; you name it. Even a zen like indoor garden to relax in. Reservations and check out is always a breeze, never experienced any lines. Also, the bedding (comforter specifically) is amazing; like sleeping on a cloud. If you're staying in the tower, walking to the elevator from your room can feel very stagnant as it does get hot in the hallways. But the rooms stay cool.

Here for a work conference. The ballrooms are lavish and huge. I didn't get to stay overnight but coworkers have said the beds are comfy. They have a lot of awesome Christmas decor up for the holiday event they do on the weekend. The hotel decor includes numerous gorgeous pieces of artwork. I was shocked in a fabulous way to find a piece of the Berlin Wall on display. Food here is pretty expensive so bring snacks or big moolah. The appetizers were not great but I don't really like fancy food. Snacks like muffins and cookies are great. Butter is shaped like a rose which I love. That attention to detail is one of many things that make the Anatole special. This is been a really great first visit. I hope to get to stay here very soon.

The hotel itself is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! Everyone was friendly. Though, upon check in- the ladie just rushed us through her introductionary speech. When we would ask questions as to what she meant (she talked so fast), she would clearly get irritated and lost patience (even though we conversated in total 5-6 minutes). It wasn t even busy. She just clearly didn t want to meet the Hilton expections with check ins.
Not to mention- she never told us we could get free coffee, discounts throughout the hotel, or even free desert at the fancy steak house upstairs.
When we checked out, she wanted to charge us almost 400$ (we did NO room service at all) for the 25$ bundle fee the each day you re there. I told her that I don t feel comfortable paying that seeing how we stayed there for almost a week and wasn t aware of those neat little discounts you can get. I told her that I m not paying since we didn t use any of it (we would have used all of them if we could have!) we even went out to eat to most of the food places in the hotel. She did take off the charge - but I wish we were aware of the extra things we could have used. Would have made our stay a lot more pleasant.

In terms of the food there - alcohol, food, etc is all extremely overpriced for what you even get. Very disappointed spending 120$ at the steak house to literally get meals the size of a toddlers plate.
Overall, I loved our vallet drivers. They were all very sweet and genuine. Tipped all of them!!

My experience here was amazing. We came for a conference here but that ended up being cancelled. So they were super helpful and let us stay an extra day while we waited for a flight. The inside is so beautiful except the main lobby smelled like bleach because of the indoor pool. Keep up the good work guys!

Parking situation is atrocious. Paid parking for attendee at event hosted at hotel meant the unmanned self pay no cash accepted lots stacked up with cars trying to both enter and leave. Took at least half an hour to both enter and leave, for an event with several hundred attendees at 2 separate overlapping sessions. Otherwise its a beautiful space and lunch served was decent. Service was balanced.

We were sent to this Hilton due to an overbooking at our planned hotel. The staff was very helpful and set us up with a room quickly. The room was very nice with a large walk-in shower. Unfortunately we were in and out see we didn't get to check out the amenities, but based on the hotel layout they were quite vast. Only complaint was that wifi want free for Non-Hilton members.

We stayed here on our way to board a cruise ship and it felt like we didn't need to go any further. Conveniently located near restaurants and stores, some within walking distance, we could have never left the resort and still had a great time. Multiple restaurants, bars, and pools were available without leaving the building. I could have stayed at Jadewaters pool area the whole time. It has a swim up bar, lazy river, and water slide, making it great for adults and kids alike. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving dining and transportation advice and offering to make reservations. Everything was clean and well-maintained. As a bonus, the grounds are kept immaculately and most of the public areas are also an art gallery, including two sections of the Berlin wall.
